Amazing, so important in this day and age of massive screen time.

It's just simple to install and use and provide a lot of additional convenience in your daily lives without having to think twice about it. I like the color story as any of the color on the palet relaxes my eyes. I also like the little videos for exercises in between meetings: they are short and don't require anything else than your own let go for half a minute to a minute. The eye and neck exercises I would especially recommend because I would not have thought about doing some before seeing those videos and now I do them frequently and wish I had discovered them years ago. All of these techniques may look simple and obvious once you start practicing them. But actually there is a lot of research and studies that backed up the product as it stands today. And that's why it feels so good!

I don't go a day without it, I spend most of the day in front of a monitor and this extension has improved my QOL. The first thing I noticed was the relieve in my eyes, changing the tint can make me work longer and focus more as the eyes are more relaxed. The more you use it, the more you find energy to do other tasks.

The colors are so soothing. It's like taking your eyeballs to a massage parlor. I could instantly feel all the stress and tension from staring at my screen melt away. My favorite feature is the break reminders. They say "sitting is the new smoking" so I try to make an effort to take a break every once in a while and having an extension to remind you to do so really helps! The soothing voice of the meditations will take you to your happy place and make you feel at ease. This extension blew all my expectations out of the water. 5/5!
