I have download quite a few software programs, but this is the worst one I have ever seen. There are not any directions about about how to use it. These developers should be ashamed of themselves. It appears that they are only interested in selling it. They do not care whether or not you use it. I will be requesting a refund.

I was using if for an year, then something happened to my chrome (sync issues) and remembear dissapeared. And now I cannot log in anywhere because it asks me about the code from the another pc that I am logged in. But I am not logged in and cannot do anything. If I don't fix this I will never recommend to anyone this app. I am sorry

I Loved RememBear's Password saving features, but needing to have a companion Desktop app is just unnecessary. I would love the app could be disabled on some sites, so it could be more custom.

Very happy with it so far. Better than LastPass and 1Password in terms of UX for sure.

Inexpensive. Cross platform. Supports multiple devices at the same time. Simple and clean UX. I'm requesting for a feature. On submission of a pre-saved entry in the Chrome app, it prompts me to update the password each time. Please add a way to remove this prompt. I've looked in the menu options and can't find it.

Useless for Chromebooks/Chrome OS users. I hope these notes finds you bears! I'm a Pixelbook/Chromebook user, which you (bears) seems to currently don't support. Yes, I can install the extension. And I can install the Android app (more on that later). When I click this extension button (from within the Chrome browser), your site opens and says: The RememBear browser extension was designed to work alongside our desktop app, please download it now. A desktop app is required for this extension to function? Running/Installing the Android app on Chrome OS is not considered having a desktop app. Other than that, great app for devices that run Android natively. I Absolutely love it! Please implement a solution for Chrome OS. If it's not possible to implement as a "pure" chrome app. At least support Linux! Thanks in advance. PS. Chromebook owners, upvote!

Switched to this from LastPass Families and never looked back. Much better support for family sharing on multiple devices.

Useful and secure app, although the Premium version is a little too expensive for me.

High price, basic features missing, locks you out of old passwords when you don't pay and there's no export option.

I liked the app but doesn't work on a Chromebook. Requires too many master pw entries, might be OK with a fingerprint reader. Export CSV file was not readable be other apps. Too expensive for what you get.

I love TunnelBear and all their products, they're fun easy to use especially if you're not a very computer savvy person. the interface and format is easy and self-explanatory and would take skill to mess up. if your first time proxy user I would highly suggest TunnelBear.

For a new company, it's pretty well designed. Very lacking in features though. Although one thing that annoys me the most, this extension keeps asking you to store the credentials every time you login even though you already have the entry there. If you say yes, it will create a duplicate. It's just so annoying.

Cant inline edit logins. No 2 factor support. No multiple URI support. No Yubi key support. Cant inline add logins. It's missing these basic features that others have, like Bitwarden. Then charge is premium. Why would I want to pay more for less features?

I think this has the possibility to be a killer 5-star with a few features. 1 and 3 are the big ones for me :) 1) Grouping/Folders. Some people prefer the a-z sorting, but having folders as well would be nice! 2) Password Generator, the sliders are nice (upper/lower case, symbols, numbers, etc), but add an additional checkbox to make that number random. 2a) And maybe the ability to turn the options off altogether for legacy sites with weak password requirements? 3) Blacklist of websites (and apps for mobile possibly) you want the extension disabled for. Would prevent me from having to go incognito to disable plugins for those websites. 4) I had a #4, but can't remember right now, maybe later... 5) I'm sure you've heard it over and over again, but automatic password changing is nice. Not a deal breaker for me, since I've run into issues with it for almost every other provider. I think that about covers it, I can provide more feedback via email or something if you'd like, let me know :)

Fully broke my Mac. Used to have passwords saved on chrome, they still show up when I log in on other devices but after disabling RememBear my keychain is messed up and won't let me access my passwords. Even uninstalled chrome, but didn't work upon reinstall.

Great app so far, but as a developer there must be some way to disable saving passwords for localhost.

As with all the Tunnelbear products, it aces everyone else. This one was a tad bit confusing for me to set up, but I got it. Well done, Devs!

It works well on my PC at home, but since I can't install the actual program on my work PC I will have to keep using Lastpass :( Please make a standalone extension like Lastpass, that would make things so much easier!

I love the design of the app, and from what I understand so far the security looks good. Been looking for an alternative to Lastpass since Logmein purchased them.
