This is a super cool extension

I actually found this extension useful, and liked it until it force switched the search engine to Bing. This is misleading and deceptive conduct. It seems to be deliberate fraud. Such action should attract severe criminal sanction. The developers should take a good hard look at themselves and hand their heads in shame. Despite the functionality I am uninstalling this, because I get to decide what services I use, not some random developer with a dirty side deal with Microsoft.

I don't like this limitations of only 10 customs tabs you can create.

The app seems excellent initially, but then it changes your default search to Bing, even when after I removed Bing from the possible search tools in Chrome. I deleted and reinstalled it, and it is back with Google. Let's see for how long.

Clicking on a bookmark in the bookmarks card only works when clicking on the text.

love this tool, will be using it for foreseeable future, I would gladly pay for the ability to sync my settings across multiple browser instances, would also like to see Google Icons for News, Voice, and YouTube

I love it, just wish I could view folders in my bookmarks. Also having this weird bug 1 out of 5 times where clicking bookmarks just doesnt work the first time I click it, other than that, love it!!!

End to end, this is brilliant, and quite nimble too. Became my home page within minutes. Thank you! I'm not as tied into the entirety of G-suite, though I expected Voice to be present. Possible to get a mention in the app shortcuts?

Converts search to Bing after a period of time. It's some sort of scam.

WHY IS THIS DEFAULTING TO "BING"!??? ODD and maybe the last thing I would have to "deal" with.... when there are countless other things to deal with! either Google or whoever you are is asleep at the wheel. plus there are some bugs....

I love the UI. Simple yet highly functional. Maybe you can add Google One and Play Store to the shortcuts. If you can configure hotkeys to do simple tasks like open shortcut, or a particular website, or last history website, that would be fantastic. Also sync for added website shortcuts and setting is appreciated. Excellent Homepage.

I really like this extension but why is it now redirecting my searches to Bing? My search engine is set to Google in settings and yet this Google extension is searching Bing!

It doesn't sync between computers? That's a bummer, would be great if this will be added

I really loved this app. I have been using if for a while and all of a sudden the search option goes to bing and not google as it was before. Can't figure out what is happening to cause it to do this as of today. My default option is google search and nothing else. Would love to know why this changed all of a sudden in the extension.

this extension is amazing but theres 2 things, i am unable to add links to the bookmark card and i find that it slow down loading time on the new tab page not alot but just enough to notice it.

I like a lot about this extension only wish you can add more than Google shortcuts to the homepage but what was glaring to me was, how can you create a page with Google at the top and yet for Bing as the search engine... Cute!

Could be better with more control of next sections after apps, such as more and bigger icons for dashboard (Recently visited) and (Frequently visited) plus ability to pin what we need on top. Also (Bookmarks) could look better with toolbar bookmarks on top and display the rest in better way such as explorer styled folders and files big icons, Quality is better than quantity in bookmarks.

This seems to be a good tool for manueverability and focus. It sets up mainstream feature icons, and provides shortcuts to frequently needed areas such as download, history, bookmarks, etc, I was really looking for a place to put shortcuts to my extensions, and to be able to label them to my liking. This extension doesn't do that, and from what I read, it tries to redirect to Bing.. I hate that, though I haven't experienced it yet.

This app gives the impression that it is an 'official' Google app and then searches default to Bing. Uninstalling immediately

I cannot find a way to add a new short cut. I looked everywhere for instructions or documentation but could not find it

Honestly, I I haven't checked it out thoroughly. But I can't use it without the microphone in the search box. I would like to revisit after. Thank you

This is just a ploy to redirect search traffic to Bing. It should not use the Google logo, because that implies the Google search engine is being used. Anyone can customize the standard Chrome new tab with shortcuts. I am removing this extension.

i'd have given it 5 stars but for the fact the search bar seems hardwired to bing! you'd have thought those most wanting to use a g-suite new tab would be those least inclined to want to use bing, if anybody at all wants to use bing, which they probably don't. i've tried removing bing from my search engine list completely, only to find the next search requests permission to use bing. ridiculous

I used to love it until they changed the bookmarks to show all bookmarks instead of "other". Is there a way to make it show only the bookmarks you want it to show?

This is the best thing ever IF It didn't search in Bing. Can you make it search in Google not Bing?

Was incredibly useful but now saved bookmarks don't appear it the bookmarks card so I have set the new tab to go direct to Bookmarks in Chrome. Please fix this then it'll be amazing again!

Very useful in general - but once in a while it redirects my searches to Bing instead of Google - which i havn't asked for - nor given consent to. This is in our opinion a breach of trust. Our preferences specifically have all other searchengines removed, and google is the standard - so the extension ignores that, and apparently does whatever it wants.

I love it, but it loads so slowly.

I notice there is no Google Class. This would help many educators if it was included.

This is a great new tab. One suggestion I have is: we should be able to add whatever websites we'd like to the application list. For example, if I'd like to add ROBLOX to mine, I can click a button and add it in.

I'm enjoying it so far, however, touch screen support would really be nice since I use my Lenovo Chromebook Duet as a tablet most of the time and most of the buttons doesn't seem to register. Also, more Google shortcuts would be nice, like YouTube and Google Docs for example.

It's fantastic. I would like to make 2 suggestions for simple tweaks: 1) a slide bar that allows you to adjust the size of the bookmarks icons (as at the moment they're quite small) 2) the possibility to determine the order of bookmarks, most visited and last visited. I prefer to have the latter 2 below the bookmarks, so for the time being I diabled them (as I can strill acces the last visited from the browser history)

It's great to have all my favorite sites and webapps just one click away. It's nice to be able to quickly see the weather or to make a quick memo. It's definitely way better than the default new tab page included by the browser. The rounded icons and simple interface are also quite touch friendly when used on my windows tablet. It also looks great and functions just as well using a mouse and keyboard. Really love the customization options and is just an overall great new tab replacement.

I really like how easy it makes it to organize (and customize) your shortcuts. I love how you can group them in folders too! Great extension!

I rely on this and finally bought the pro version. My wish list is the option to blur the background a bit... and go to 5 letters on the icon... smaller font but not a deal breaker.

Exactly what I was looking for.nAllowed me to create a beautiful new-tab screen with customized icons. nI really like the rotating background option, which changes every hour.

Nice extension and its cool that you don't have to 'pay' or something to get 'Pro', u only have to sign in (smart)

Michal, How do you add icons (containing shortcuts) to the ones that come by default? Haven't found yet a way to do it.

Finally something that has everything in one place. I'd give it 5 stars but unfortunately it is quite slow to open :( It takes full 2-3 seconds to show up

Hi Michal, long time G suite New Tab user, I was wondering if any dark mode was in the works? As a user I feel that's the only thing that's lacking, besides that if there were an option to view bookmark folders that would be swell, as I have loads of useful tools/links, I would like it if I were able to house them in folders and have them be displayed under my different categories. Old - Love this, so much, I have all my essential bookmarks on a single page. Only 2 things I would ask for is a darker version, it would be great on the eyes, and perhaps if the cards for Bookmarks & Dashboards could be a bit wider, or at least for the Bookmarks so it could have more bookmarks per row. Other than that keep up the good work!

Great job! I have often wondered why Google did not have this type of thing as a default for those signed in to GSuite. Very helpful. I hope you continue to add and refine.

I really enjoy the feature set, though I would like to see more default Google apps available to be displayed, e.g. Photos, Maps, Music, etc. The current "Apps" toolbar link only opens chrome://apps/.

I really like the minimalist design but the bookmark card doesn't work for me. I have bookmarks for Chrome and Google Bookmarks, but nothing shows up. Could anyone help with this problem?

What a useful extension! It would be absolute heaven if I could replace the search bar with Google Cloud Search.

Was thinking of making my own since I found it extremely odd there wasn't an official centralized place for all G Suite apps, thank you for this! The only thing I would add would be the bookmarks on top like in the original Google page, the rest is amazing. EDIT: for some reason the bookmarks aren't showing up at the bottom, it just says "bookmarks" but it's blank!

It's a really nice app but some of the links on the main screen are problematic. The Google Groups link seems to take the user to the author's page instead of just to groups -- so that's basically broken. All links from Confluence through Kabana take you to log in pages. I don't use any of those services and would just assume remove the links -- but there's no option to do so. Otherwise, it's very attractive and versatile. Hopefully there will be some updates over time, and I'm going to continue using this plugin. It is nice.
