App has been busted for months......Nothing shows when I click on google calendar anymore. dev doesn't respond to bug reports or emails either. shame really..

Why apps don't work? they open in the home page, with the main buttons, but nothing works. please solve the error.

A month that almost nothing works after an update, gmail, google translate...

Works fine for the most part. However, it shows "no offline messages" for both my private and my business email, even though offline messages is enabled for both accounts. Will edit review when this is fixed. Thank you

It worked fine until the last update ruined it. It will no longer show Gmail and only gives a message about offline messages. Contacted publisher but they failed to respond to my email. Hopefully this will spur them into action.

It's very good extension for accessing Google Apps from any tab. But right clicking selected texts to translate doesn't work always. Finally, please add Google Collab shortcut.

I gave it a 3 because it is really slow for Messages. I spend a lot of time just waiting in order to send a text. This is my only complaint. Other than that, it works as advertised.

Very Good, But It's not safe, Simply it require to give FULL ACCESS to Google accounts such as read,edit,remove files,emails,..etc.

Very slick and a great way to de-clutter and get away from having a dozen extra tabs open all the time.

Just one thing: The menu should be shifted more towards the right. It kinda takes up space in the middle where I want to see my content & use the extension side by side.

This is the best extension I have ever had. It all works mostly smoothly, but recently there has been some sort of bug where it does not let me access google images. Besides that, great extension.

bro this extension is absolutely amazing. How come google never thought of this? I can literally open any google app I want without having to leave my current tab. It's all right there and easily accessible AND the apps load much much much faster than when you open it through the website. For example, Gmail takes forever to load when opening through the website but it loads up in just a few seconds in this extension. Same goes for the other apps. You are the man, man! Loved it and I'm glad I found this extension. Kudos and keep up the great work pal!

I am using the Black Menu extension for quite some time and it makes my life so much easier. One of my main usages is translation and I can not stress enough how convenient it is to have the translate option on a right click. BUT (always a but :)) it would be HEAVEN if once selected language would stay chosen. Perhaps I didn't find the option to mark a default language and if so, please let me know. Otherwise, this is one user oriented extension that is just as essential to my day to day computer usage as the mouse itself. 5 star to the sky!

I absolutely love this extension, but ultimately had to remove and revert back to another similar extension due to the inability to add custom non-Google shortcuts in this one. I really hated to move back, because the quality and functionality of this extension is superior in EVERY way and wanted this to be the end-all-be-all of Google-focused shortcut extensions, but this just won't have the same functionality I need until we are able to add true custom shortcuts, not just the more niche Google services. Pleeeease add this to the roadmap if you have the time; I will happily and quickly jump back if this is changed.

I would love this extension, but I am still not convinced that developer is not able to collect private data. Convince me, please? Are you not able to do that or you are just stating you wont and we should trust you?

This extension is something I never knew I wanted. I even installed it thinking "it's a cool idea". Oh boy is this thing a good idea! And well executed at that! It's so logical have those small google service accessible on the side! (google keep, find my device, calendar and Gmail are those I use the most) I don't have anything groundbreaking to say to endorse it, other than it should be a native option. kudos to the developer(s): it works so well, and I simply want to say thank you. (and If you find the will/way to get Ymusic work, it would be awesome). Well that's about it. Thanks again!

all google icons are not original you have change the icons not google (bring back tasks jamborad apps script etc or i will delete the extension update: i hate this. why did put the shity new youtube design. CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD YOUTUBE DESIGN OR I WILL UNINSTALL THIS.

Great extension, it's great for productivity, and is even faster than google drive. There was an issue in an update, I raised the bug, and it was solved within 24 hours, excellent service!

Why is the new update so ugly?? The menu buttons are in blocks that look really off and move around for no reason, plus I can't see what I'm typing on the search bar. I uninstalled it thinking it was a glitch but it's just how it was. This looks more like a downgrade

Really love the app, but just so devs know, the last update messed up the UI and some button won't work.

Awesome solution, but Google Keep tab is not working. Shows " That’s an error. We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That’s all we know."

I love this extension but I'm so sad that for some reason keep no longer works, keeps saying error 403 and that i do not have permission to use it. All the others work fine :(

Convenient extension. Would be nice if there was an option to keep the pages loaded when you exit out of the extension. It keeps the pages loaded if you change tabs inside the extension but needs to reload when you open the extension which is a bit slow

This extension seems pretty great. Unfortunately it's from the same developer as G App Launcher, an extension that requires you to add two other, unrelated "security" extensions that request a ton of powerful permissions, without any option to skip and just install G App Launcher or any explanation as to why you are being demanded to install these other extensions (which each have a couple hundred thousand users and only 2 or 3 vague positive reviews). I can't think of any innocent explanation for this, it seems very obviously like either a scam or a shady cross-promotional deal that this dev decided to not really inform users about (it doesn't even tell you it's asking you to add other unrelated extensions to Chrome, you only discover that when it directs you to those extensions' web store pages) and to make completely non-optional (G App Launcher straight up will not finish installing itself until it detects you've installed both those other extensions, but if you disable or delete them immediately the App Launcher app still works just fine so they're obviously not necessary for that extension to function). This is misleading, sketchy, and against Web Store terms of service. As useful and cool as this extension appears to be, the developer is CLEARLY not trustworthy and I highly advise anyone using it to disable or remove it immediately. This particular extension doesn't force you to install other unrelated ones like that, but it DOES ask for permission to access and modify all Google pages, so it could very easily be phishing/datamining/inserting its own unmarked 'sponsored' results to your Google searches... If you really wanna risk that for a convenience tool, you do you I guess, but I wouldn't trust any scrap of code coming from this developer ever again if I were you.

Ngl this was a little useless because I am on Windows 10 and my app menu theme used to be dark but now its light because of the extension so it's kind of useless if your using Windows 10.

One suggestion: Add a browser inside the extension for more websites, and allow more to be accessed through the menu. I dont want links opening in a new tab; I love this extension!

This is a solid extension with a decent amount of customization. I love that I can pick and choose which Google products I can show or hide. I do have one small request. Could you make the window resizable? Or give us an option in the settings to set a different height or width? If I add more than 10 apps to the list it becomes scrollable, but I have plenty of room on my screen to just extend the height of the main window and see everything.

Cannot resize the dropdown menu :( On my hi-rez computer screen it's too tiny. Otherwise this is an absolutely terrific, well designed extension.

Is this thing safe to use? when I want to to link my google account it says the extension can manage and delete any of files and I just wanted to make sure I'm not about to get my google account deleted. It looks like it will be super useful in my everyday life as long as is it doesn't decide to delete or manage my stuff.

Handy extension if you want to check emails and other services quickly without going to the website.

This menu is amazing, it helps a lot with my organisation, also, I think a black menu for Microsoft can be such a good idea.

One of the best chrome extensions ive used. makes everything easy from switching to different apps and syncing it to all devices only issue is the google messages app is a bit buggy, sometimes it doesnt load. hope you get to fix this

Thank you again. #5stars :) Previous review: Good extension, and it would get a 5 rating, if it weren't for the spam when the extension gets updated. Every extension gets updated, but this is the only developer which thinks we need a new tab opened letting everyone know. Remove this, or allow us to opt-out, and you get 5 stars. @Stacey Anderson. I definitely feel the same about not knowing when/if some extensions get updated, and I appreciate the work put into this, but I need a mute button; either let me opt-out, or put an indicator on the icon that it was updated at the very least. I just don't understand why it has to open a tab when I'm in the middle of something, it's distracting. I have most Google products pinned to my taskbar, but something like Tasks which doesn't have anything available, or Translate and Adense which I usually just spends a minute on and leave, I love this app.

This is the best way to be productive with your google apps. 11/10 would recommend. It is perfect for multi tasking or quickly checking an email. This is amazing and I wish I would have found it sooner.

I didn't think I'd use it as much as I actually do before I had installed it. It really is very handy, not to mention attractive and color-customizable (Dark Mode, Light Mode, and Mixed).

I really like this extension, the customization is great and the integration works like a charm. It extends functionality of many google apps that don't need to be open on a new tab, like keep and translate. But as many have mentioned, it opens a new tab when the extension is updated. This is sometimes a big annoyance, sometimes not so much. It depends greatly on what you're doing at the moment and the urgency. It also depends on chrome which will sometimes focus on the tab and sometimes wont. THIS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. No other extension does this so why should this one? the use of the extension is not criticall, so why should it notify for every update? is it to promote the donation to the devs? because I understand you want people to notice your work, but I think there are better alternatives. Really the only reason why I will not ever donate for this extension is because of that. Alternatives for the annoying tab could be to add a donation button on the menu, show a notification on the extension or trough chrome notifications (I mean, the app already has notification support for other g-apps), even an e-mail would be more acceptable. Remove the tab, and this becomes one of the best and donation worthy chrome extensions.

It's great this is created but ...Very Slow Running/Loading. Also when saving in bookmark it is not as convenient as just a click or two to save it. I hope it can be improved to make it more easier for users like me who likes to save/bookmark a lot. Thank you.

This is one of my most used extensions. It makes finding files in Google Drive a breeze, even with multiple accounts. AMAZING. Developer has helped me multiple times to fix things that weren't working correctly. If you have a problem, reach out to him!

Just what I was looking for; access to the apps/tools that I'm used to on my Androids, while keeping with the Material Dark theme I've usually got going on.

Not sure whats wrong with mine but its cut off and i have to scroll left and right to see things which isnt ideal.

It's so cool! If you opening it as an open-source, I think it will be the best of extension for Google-ist.
