It's great, sometimes it doesn't work, but I find the loading bar useful in case I don't want the link to hover.
Does what it's supposed to do and does it well. One thing that would make it better is if you could specify a modifier key so that it only displays the preview if you are holding down the Command key (Control for you PC users) while hovering over a link. That would reduce unintentional previews that sometimes occur when your mouse just happens to be over a link.
Very nice. Some ideas for improvement: A big help would be for the popup to disappear on loss of focus instead of having to click it away. An [X} to close it so one doesn't have to click on the live background page. Incorporating a reader view so only article text would show would be super helpful. An override key to prevent it from taking effect would be good, or perhaps, with opposing logic, a key to make it take effect. Thanks.
Great extension! Thanks!
Excellent. Wish there was an option to use a shortcut button though. On some websites, having no control over the popup becomes an annoyance..
It works fine but takes a little bit time time to load. it should be more faster and also give a option to resize pop up window
I really like the app, it's clean and does what it says. Great! Although the 2 second delay causes problems. We do not have to hover over a link whilst reading what is around the link, then the popup opens and covers your screen hiding everything so you need to close the popup to continue reading the previous webpage. We all do it, but it would be great to have a little control over the popup. Ever since EzLinkPreview was removed I have been looking for something similar, and this is the closest. It would be nice to see a few changes though. 1. Hovering over a link could show a little icon, i.e. the Hover 'H' logo, so the user can decide if they want to click the icon to open the popup screen. 2. Or a setting of a number of seconds before the popup screen takes over the screen? 3. The popup screen is a little large, is it possible to allow users to resize it according to their requirements? 4. Can the popup be fixed and the user needs to close the popup by clicking the Close button in the top right corner? 5. Points 3 and 4 would allow more than one popup on the screen, allowing the user to assess between the 2 or more popups and how to proceed. Or a popup within the popup? 6. Is it possible to read pdf's in the popup? It would save a lot of time to not have to download each pdf and wait for your pdf reader to open it. As said, I have looked at many apps trying to do the same. Hover does what I need so far, and it would be great to see a few updates. Many thanks for your work!
Just wish there was shortcut and shortcut only options.
Better than the last 2 similar extensions I tried. I like the load up bar, but this still doesn't seem as quick as an extension I used in the past, and I'm trying to find it again.
Finally! I can now avoid infusing my browser history with word lookups. Well-built and easy-to-use ?
I don't have to open a ton of tabs!
Very helpful, specially while looking through documentations
Love this.
Simple and does what it says.
