Unlike most extensions of this type, you don't draw directly on the page.. a window opens.. Eh Has Text. Good! You can't Scroll in the markup window, .. Eh If you refresh, your markups will NOT be there.. As soon as you close the browser, markups will be gone, however, like some similar extensions, you have the option to take a screenshot. Ok In this extension, they offer a PNG or Vector format.. Vector could use some explanation. I can't find a reason to favor this extension over similar ones.
