An absolutely outstanding CRM with built-in email AND text scheduling / templates, extensive organization & customization capabilities, and robust workflow automation. And all at a great price! This extension lets me gather prospects and allows me to see my activities and contact information while inside Gmail. VERY highly recommended!

CRM with huge potential but with many problems. Chrome extension makes my gmail freeze and there are no polish letters support. Connecting a google account is a nightmare. Google claims it's connected and CRM claims it is not. At the same time I can see all my contacts from the Google :/ Fix it please

this is the best gsuit based CRM. i can manage my deal,contact,activity through this extention and it is allowing me to scheduled an email.i can access all the associated records. through extention i can add note rich notes into any of the record.

Overall very fluid integration with Google Inbox which is hard to find. The interface had a few quirks and still really useful. Stronger support for email templates and scheduling would be really helpful. Much better on data security than other solutions, with team model.
So far this is the best CRM software I have ever used. Mainly, due to its operational flexibility and real time update. It rides along as you use your G Suite products and allows you to add related activities and deals, and also create and add contact info without leaving your page. Best of Luck Guys!
Love the simplicity and Google integration. After using other CRM services I have found Paradise with Salesmate CRM for Gmail. This has simplified my communications with my contacts. The easy of use and ability to quickly and easily add records is intuitively easy. I would definitely recommend Salesmate for Google to anyone who needs CRM!
I checked this out with a free trial. If you are looking for a Gsuite based crm none of them are perfect. This one appears to have all the functionality of Prosperworks at a much lower price. It does not have inbox support yet though and does not appear to have google maps auto input on the contact fields for easy address input and lookup. ( Please add this as even google contacts has this) note and everything else is searchable a great feature that many crm programs fail at. For the price a strong contender in Gsuite compatible crm
It helps me to manage Salesmate and to explore more Contacts, while i am on Gmail
