I use this extension all the time but I don't think I came across any mining website, just out of curiosity, can add you a test website in the description section so users can test the extension in action to be sure about its functionality. I rate this extension 5 stars: 1st star for the regular updates, 2nd star for the ui design 3rd star for the options 4th star for the tech support 5th star for functionality of the code e.g. static/dynamic blocking and its small size.

This blocked the bitcoin miner like 80% of the time and I think that is amazing.

Webpages like wikipedia and imdb are freezing for at least 30-60 seconds when this extension is enabled.

Doesn't work on pirate bay. One of the comment said it doesn't block coinhive since the users opt in voluntarily but pirate bay doesn't have any option to opt out of it nor does it inform the users of mining out of its visitors' cpu. Very disappointing.

Does this extension whitelisted YTS? I don't know, but I'm glad if they really removed their mining scripts. Overall, great extension for Chrome and I really hope this will get the support it deserve from users and developer.

I seldom write reviews for chrome extensions but really, this extension detects and successfully blocks Javascript based bitcoin miners based on the pirate websites I visited ?. This is a must have extension together with an adblocker since an adblocker can't really detect all types of hidden scripts.

This is actually the only mining blocker which works, i tried several of the ones listed but they didn't work as intended

AWESOME SCRIPT. Great for general usage websites. Blocked all conspirators during my usage.

Tried a couple others and they didn't work. Installed this one, tested it on a known mining site, and it blocked the process right away! 5* from me.

Doesn't work.

Works 95% of the time. Some sneaky websites using proxies sometimes get past it. Gets updated regularly, which is it's advantage over NoCoin. Overall great, useful and a must have extension.

Best app so far in regards to circumventing browser cryptojacking. The technology itself is being heavily scruitinized for ethical reasons, however I see a win win here with the mass consensus participating in the greatest decentralization of the inter webs and ad contents moguls in the history of our world. Download with confidence.

I tried No coin firs but it was unable to detect miners, when I added minerBlock it immediately blocked them

I was looking at a web forum and noticed my CPU cooler kick into overdrive. Closed a few tabs until I found the one with the miner. Tried two other blockers (they can remain nameless) that failed to block the miner. This one worked, so it won the block the random non-Coinhive script award and I'm going with it.

Doesn't work on CoinHive. Probably doesn't work at all

Stopping scripts from other sites too not only single site, so many websites are crashing when installed this extension. not fair. should be banned from chrome extension list. I am uninstalling it from my system.

did not stop an in-browser miner that using over 50% of my CPU that was not coin hive useless EXT for me

please check if this exten take users logs, because my accounts are hacked after installing this

Fantastic addon. Had a hunch a site had a hidden miner, installed this and refreshed the page and lone behold this addon disabled it. I noticed a significantly faster experience and my CPU usage drop.
