I've been using Lempod for 3 years, and I just want to say that I'm impressed by all the feature improvements. The only thing I would suggest is to periodically publish a blog entry about the new features that you add so that I can discover them sooner.

Terrible, no way to cancel, support takes 2 weeks to reply, and they'll invoice you for all this time.

The user interface is completely unusable.

I paid two days ago and I still can't use it. Each time I did, they ask me to subscribe. I just paid $35 for Christ sake. Pathetic

Its been over two days now that i joined. I had non of my pod joining request approved, i litterally tried all pods i could see to join, just to try it out, and still yet today makes the 2nd day and none has been approved. i really dont think this tool works.

I would like to sign up for lempod but unfortunately i get an error about their "costumer" string isn't working with their API. Please, I want to make an account.

Beware! No option to cancel after a subscription has been started - Support don't get back to emails. There is no 'Cancel Plan' button on the Billing page as the FAQs suggest.

I've used the service for a couple of weeks and after seeing the useless interaction it created I've decided to shut down all the pods. Unfortunately this thing charged me for months of no activity. No support. I cannot even get the invoices for my company. Third time I wrote to support without any response. It's a shady company and a bad product.

I've been trying to cancel my membership for months! With no help..... Horrible

I absolutely love lempod. It helped me connect with some amazing experts, grow my engagement, reach new audience. Also - the support team is VERY responsive.

It is unclear how to cancel the subscription and the support does not reply

Used it for couple of months to test and here are my findings: 1. Engagement from the pod over time will only kill your natural engagement (track your data and figure it out for yourself); 2. Most of the comments are very generic and you will constantly find your profile commenting some weird stuff to the same people over and over again (unless you join likes only pods); 3. Last part was the most frustrating. After deleting the extension I found that my profile still comments on posts. I tried to reach out to support twice, got 0 answers and now my support window won't even load. The post in FB group was immediately deleted.

Great tool! I am now looking forward to some great engagement and meet some like minded experts and digital enthusiasts. Digitalization, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Co: 1764 Its a "likes" and "comments" (matched to the content) pod. However, I am open for recommendation and changes.

documentation and support is non-existent even as a paying customer - not sure how a company can hope to be successful when it is run like this!

It's fabulous when it works but most of the time it doesn't allow me to enter a link in at all. I've tried removing the extension and re-adding it but no change. Good potential for a tool but it's not there yet. Luckily, it's only $5 a month so if it only works a couple times, that's worth it.
