The only reason I dislike this extension is because it's not actually a BIT.LY product, it's bityl.co so I find it deceptive marketing.
Sits nicely in your browser. Unobtrusive when you have a link to shorten paste it in your browser and hit enter. When the page opens click on the icon in your browser and bitly will give you a short link. Tips, once bitly assigns a url to a link it will give that url the same link every time in case you lose it. So just go back to the site and click the icon. It will generate the same shortened link. Affiliate links are the same just paste the link in your browser click go. Then click the icon to generate a short link. Your id will count and everyone will be redirected to your affiliate page. Super simple!!!!

Brilliant. Better than official Bit.ly extension, as this version gives a one click to create and copy link workflow. The official extension requires two clicks. Works well and much appreciated!!

One click of the Bitly icon in the toolbar and whatever URL I'm on gets bitly-ized and is placed in my clipboard. There is absolutely no way the process could be simpler.

Works fairly well, intuitive interface and creating short links takes hardly any time. So far so good. Would be nice to have history feature too... Overall surely recommend this .
I'm still in the honeymoon stage but so far this seems like a great little extension. I'm a blogger and need lot of short links for everything in Chrome every day. I frequently needed to create short link ranging from 50 to 100 for various websites, which generally used to take lot of efforts but now no more worries - it does everything in just one click, simply awesome. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this extension. Really like it!!
Really cute, small and fast extension for creating small URLs. I am almost using it everyday multiple times, and helps me store small links for all my favorite website, blogs etc. It would much great if it have sharing features too. Overall.. just love it
