The website I tried formatted the price as follows: 123.45 € When I select the element, SPM shows N/A as the price. Is there any chance you could parse the selected input, looking for currency symbols at any position in the string? Thanks

Greetings! I was LOVING this app, until all my items disappeared. I took the time to reload them, and then the next day they were gone again. Is there a bug? What can I do to use this amazing app again?
Sometimes it crashes and it loses all the tracked items with no way of exporting them (if you don't make a regular backup of the list). The saved list is also nowhere to be found in the computer so you can't manually go and retrieve it from a time machine backup. It should really have the ability to store the list in plain text at a user-defined location, be it on the local disk or in a dropbox folder. While it's free, it's really frustrating to have to deal with this.
This extension is exactly was i was looking for. It does the job and we save money, BOOM!
100% would recommend this above all others. So far I've tried 8 extensions and 3 apps for price monitoring. This is the only one I've kept. Would recommend to anyone interested in it. Simply love the percentage notation next to the price updates. Suggestion to developers: 1) make better tutorials for new users so you guys get even more traction. 2) make the results window open as a new tab so its easier to review and compare items 3) add font size and options 4) add better export options
It works sometimes and today all my items are gone :(

I added a bunch of products to be ordered and two days later added a few more. I went to check on the prices of everything I added and they were all gone. Total waste of time.

nice idea but it does not work the element that are being captured does not grab the range, like $5-$7 and list the price as N/A also most website are not supported especially European retail stores, AliExpress, alibaba, newegg.... etc. useless extension as amazon already have price monitor build in ebay same.
Worked Ok for some websites, and I was able to manually fix the regex for some others that didn't work (e.g.: Google store, Nintendo store). Now you removed the option to edit the regex. I have old urls working but can't add new ones working on these sites, since I can't fix the regex. Can you please put the advanced options back? I'd rather edit them in the options screen than go and edit the source code. Regards

So I installed this extension and tried it on several popular retail stores including Target, Venus, Amazon, and Ikea. All of the prices are showing as N/A. Doesn't seem to work...

It used to work pretty well, but alot of sites it would seem wont allow you to monitor prices anymore. I am seeing this more and more and unfortunately the plugin isnt very useful anymore. 5 stars when I can monitor a price properly.

Very usefull extension, realy love it. Thank you! I just have one question.. Can this extension be modifed so it works also with product availability checking except product price checking? For example, when I manually select the price of the product on the page, if a select a sting saying "Out of stock" or "Under restocking" then in the extension menu, this product's price is N/A. I guess this happens because the price I select isn't actually a number. It would be even more useful if this extension could monitor the product's availability this way. Is it possible the stock/avaialability check of a product to be added as a feature in the extension in the future? Thanks again.
Looks amazing but does it work with stopped Chrome in the background? I use mostly Firefox but have Chrome installed. It will be absolutely smashing if it works fully in the background. Thanks for your work anyways!
I would like a minimum price below Initial. Other than that excellent plugin.
Really glad this is back and working again. This is one of my favourite tools for Chrome. Tracks most prices, unless they're displayed in an unusual method as on some websites.
Is there a way to share the checking across devices?
The app is great. What it does and how it does it is fantastic! Some sites don't allow it but you can't win them all. My only complain is the "Folders" feature. I can only have 1 folder. If I create more, they disappear after I close the dropdown and enter it again. That's my only real gripe. Can't wait for the mobile app :D
