I've hated the way labels work for years. This allows me to filter a bunch of types of email and then have the important ones like messages from the boss or specific coworkers at the top. Very handy.
3.5 stars. Seems to always require a page refresh before it works, which kind of defeats the point of less clicking. Although, it's VERY nice having my commonly used filters as tabs instead of having to scroll through all filters to find the one I want.
