CloudExtend is great! If you are looking for a simpler way of attaching necessary files to records from your email then this is the go-to. Makes keeping a paper trail much easier. The ability to filter so only records that fit your title appear is a big plus as well.
We use it everyday to attach important emails to client and employee records. We also use it to attach invoices to AP records and supporting/remittance info to A/R invoice records. Extremely useful and easy to use.

Every day have to repair the extension for it to work. Maybe a Chrome issue? CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite 3.7.3.0 This extension may have been corrupted. Google Chrome is up to date Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
It's severely unreliable and moderately difficult to use when it does work.
I really wanted this to work, but it failed right after I installed it. Couldn't even sign me in. Kept getting an error.
Good extension. The ability to limit searches to specific record types is key. Does not play nicely with the right-side chat plugin, which has caused a lot of anguish for my users. Fix that and you have 5 stars from me.
