I can't edit the timer time

I absolutely LOVE this extension but recently keyboard input has stopped working, which is a massive deal breaker for me. However, I know that the dev is actively working to fix the issue (I can confirm that version 4.1.2 does NOT fix keyboard input; the only way to change timer values remains to be scrolling), and for that I have to give this 5 stars, because I know that they listen to their users and I trust that they will be able to fix the issue and continue to support this extension for years to come. Consistent extension support is difficult to come by, even amongst many popular extensions (that have often had their last update years ago), so this gesture of solidarity means a lot to me.

This is not a countdown but a countUP app. Also, I have no idea what the icons mean apart from the deletion. There are 3 icons that represent sound.

scrolling the mouse wheel to set the timer jumps from 5min to 6min30 to 7min30 etc...why not 1,2,3,4,5 ? Garbage app that can't even perform the most simple task correctly

This is exactly what I needed. Simple and very effective. Allows for multiple timers and chronometers, I use the notes to name each one and time different activities and automations that I run daily. I needed something easy and accessible to help me track these automations in particular, and this extension was the perfect one for it. Only thing is that it took me a while to figure out where to add the notes to each counter (it's on the little strip on the bottom of each one). One suggestion would be to add a little "add note here" so other people can find it more easily. That's all, because I love it!

Keyboard no longer works for setting the timer, and using the scrollwheel is highly inaccurate. (using slimjet browser)

Can't set a pre set time for counting up

If you want to edit the timer , click on the timer and press the numbers on your keyboard , and backspace to make it zero

Ability to have multiple concurrently running timers is great. Would be nice to be able to add time to a running timer that is counting up, either by typing it into the counter after it starts from O or with a +1 minute or +5 minute button. Using this as a supplement to our billing tool which doesn't have a good timing utility for multiple concurrent running timers.

Whoever made this is a genius, with all the small details and features, this has got to be the most handy times I've ever used, but at the same time it was very frustrating to try and understand how it worked when I first downloaded it. If the creator is reading this, please make it more intuitive or explain each feature slightly better in the overview. The complexity overshadows its brilliance

There's no option of having it pinned and visible full size all the time.

Simple and easy to use. I was confuse how to set it at the start but after I figured it out it's working seamlessly. I love that it notify and give sound when the times end. Excellent product. Very helpful. Totally Recommend!!!

Is there an chance you could add an auto reset toggle for the clocks? Right now with the auto reset upon completion, It's really hard to track which of the clocks i have used.

Love this timer would really like to be able to share the timers I use across multiple accounts and share/add others so they can see and use the same timer.

Excellent extension for windows 7 only. Come windows 10 and notification doesn't always show or sound. I am not sure if it's windows 10 or the 43" LG display. I know for one the google app doesn't work correctly on the monitor; I suspect it can only support 32" and more would cause programs to somewhat function incorrectly.

A great extension for multiple timers. Good variation of alert sounds and nice themes as well.

Could you pretty please add a big, visual notification? That is large? I hear a sound go off when my timer is done, but I would also like a big dialogue box or chrome tab to pop up too.

It's great but it's hard to work out how things work. I also noticed that scrolling does not work anymore for adjusting the time, but it could just be on my end.

I love this. Simple and efficient. All I wanted was a timer that I could keep track of and this was it. Being able to see my time while doing my work helps me a lot, no problems here. Great job! Tips: - I use a chromebook and the scroll feature is the same if you just use two fingers and move them up or down over the countdown. Though I'd rather just type in the time. - Make sure the timer is reset before typing(click the square), it doesn't work when the timer is paused. - The stopwatch function works when it's at zero. So put it at zero and press play and it will start. - Press the bookmark if you want it to be seen on the extention. - Press the 3 dots if you want to name it(or see the name), if the name is already seen, press it to see other options. Hope it helps.

yes it is a learning curve to know how to use it. but once you get it it's great and is the only one that has the time shown on the icon, that I have seen, and has a timer and stopwatch, I love the simplicity, no unnecessary bells and whistles

Input method a bit tricky but it works. Simple and what I was looking for. A Timer that works even browser is closed for me this is the key to choose it

Great tool! Coming from a Mac, where I used the Tictoc app everyday for tracking my time on various tasks, this is the best free & simple alternative I've found. There's still a few features that I'd love to see replicated, like... - displaying the timer name along with the counter when active - an idle timer (so if I walk away and forgot to stop my timer, it would ask if I wanted to revert my timer when I was no longer idle) - being able to manually reduce a countUp timer amount (maybe not via scroll since that could cause UI issues) - drap & drop sorting of timers in the list! Nice work!

Wow! The wow factor was when I tried scrolling through the various timers I set, and my mouse cursor was over the minutes digits. Wow.

The timer display bookmark should move to the next bookmark after completion of the current one.

This extension is a perfect timer! Runs smoothly and allows multiple timers. You can set countdown or count up timers. It also displays the time on the icon so you can see it as you are doing your tasks. Highly recommend!

The extension is easy to use. But recently I find it occupies global hotkeys "Ctrl+Shift+1" and "Ctrl+Shift+2" which I use in another APP. I check the config and I'm not able to find where can I reset the hotkeys or disable them. Would you please show me the way to reset/disable the hotkeys for this extension? I'm sure I do need these hotkeys in other APP. Thanks.

Easy to use quickly, can change the ringtone, volume, create a mute one, pin on to keep it visible in Chrome, countdown and timer, can change the color too(I think it's a nice little detail). I really love it. However, maybe I didn't understand how to use it but the shortcut to start the timer does not work with me, but the shortcut to open it does. Am I missing something? Anyhow, highly recommend it. Thank you to the developer.s for your great work!!

Great tool! Simple and does the job. I like that you can see the countdown on the badge. I use a 1h timer a lot. I like that i don't have to set it to 1h each time. Once it zeroes out, it returns to 1h for next time. Not clear how to set the clock, so when I don't set a new timer for a while I sometimes have to come back and look up how to do it again. Up/down buttons or a "set timer" button might be more obvious. I can change the alarm tones but there's no tone preview so not sure what tone I'm choosing. Overall though, it's awesome!

Very simple, very focused, only does one thing and does it well. Multiple timers, a choice of sounds, figured out the interface in about ten seconds. I like to challenge myself by setting a time limit for tasks I'm working on and this utility works perfectly for that. Thanks to the developer.

Best timer in chrome. (it's ridiculous how bad most timer are...) being able, to sort your own alarms, would be nice

Update: all of the issues I had with this have been fixed! I'll leave the original review below since it's been replied to. This is now the best timer in the Chrome store. --- - It needs a volume control. It only makes one sound at one volume, as loud as possible. - Sometimes the notifications and sound don't happen when the timer is up, and are delayed for a minute or two. Not acceptable in an app thats only purpose is to time things. The interface is very unintuitive, but it can be learned. I'm kind of baffled it's this hard to find a usable timer in the Chrome web store.

Simple yet effective. Does both count up like a simple stopwatch and countdown like an egg timer, and you can add text labels to the timer; you can even run multiple timers at once, with the icon even displaying the running time of your choice. Once you figure out the interface, it's easy to use. Star knocked off because once in a while, a countdown timer will miss its notification time and keep counting past zero into negatives, or a stopwatch timer will count into negatives instead of positives which can be confusing, but it's a free extension made by a single dev so it is easy to call "good enough" despite those foibles. New update adds a few tools without being a cluttered interface, and alters the confusing trash system to something clearer to use. Now the timer displayed on the icon is controlled by a bookmark button, and when your timer is done the icon displays a blue "00:00" on the icon when not running a timer, you can remove that by deselecting the timer. The update is good but brings the tiniest issue: when looking at the timers, the "countDown" text in the upper right is now cut off by the first timer.

It was all good until I tried to add a new timer and change it from being a count-up to a count-down timer. Saw questions about this in "support", looks like maintainer disappeared. Gonna look for another timer now...

EXACTLY what I needed, works great. One suggestion: I think there should be an option to display a persistent popup in the middle of the screen, which would be more accessible as compared to looking at the extension window.

Good idea, but terribly unintuitive UI

Good idea, bad execution, not user friendly at all and no instruction on how to get the timers to work. Really, the least the developer could do is direct us to a document or something, instead it just sends us back to the main page. And not everybody has a scroll wheel. (I am on a laptop)

Does not work

Works well for what I needed it for! I would like sound options if possible. The default sound is rly loud and surprising, especially when I have headphones on and am listening to music at the same time.

Dead-smooth keyboard control. I use this with todoist to track the time and this surely improve my productivity Thanks a lot! I don't know why but the . and , didn't work for me (Only the . in my numberpad work), but it's fine typing 0 Request: Keyboard shortcut for editing note and creating new timer

Its a great idea. Would there be a way to get it to stay large at the top of the screen?Also could it show milliseconds? That way it could act as a bit more of a motivating tool.

it's OK because it supports multiple coutdown timer definitions, but it really sucks as its unreliable some times it fails to ring the alarm! at it happens frequently

Works. Sometimes when trying stopwatch then it does 1 hour timer. Extension has bugs but they won't be fixed because extension had no update since 2014...

Although you can not move the timer on the screen nor can you use the extension while the address bar is removed (F11)
