Simple, but a consistent reminder that I am in control. I like that the breathing exercise is there if I need it, but mostly I use it as a cue to relax my mind if I'm feeling anxious.

An awesome tool that reminds me to take a breath. I find I am so busy in my hectic work day and its the simplicity of doing an easy breathing exercise that really makes a difference to my overall outlook on the day! I open a new tab and am reminded to pause and take a moment to ground myself. A great tool!
