everything was good except one thing, I did not like that it opened in a new tab it should be its own website please try to make another one which opens in its own website thank you

I have been using over 1 year, Absolutely, The most use extension. I have installed around 20 extenstions on my browsers(chrome and whale) though, all the time loaded and opened with my works!!

Opening a new tab has never felt so good! I've been using tabExtend for over a year now and I can confidently say it is worth every penny! The UI is clean and intuitive, and the solution helps me easily organize my personal and business life. I have a small team, and the convenience of sharing tabs in one place is a major unlock for our productivity. Even support help was quick and responsive. Thanks tabExtend team for building such a useful product.

I like the idea actually but the UI im sorry to say it but trash as It doesn't function as it should... The tab didn't move back to the active tabs and the UI glitches a lot. please fix it and I would rate this 5 stars

Awesome tool for managing bookmarks I really like tabExtend because it provides a great option for managing tabs and at the same time allows user to capture notes.

Bring involved in multiple projects, this is fantastic, it really helps me stay organized and helps my daily workflow.

UI is great but it is slow when you have a 150 tabs open and its slows you down every time you open an app. Also can you please make active tabs not open on hover, they are open by default. Or maybe make a toggle button which opens then and closes them so I can have a permanent view of my tabs from there! Hover to open is very annoying since it closes automatically after you move mouse! Also one time, the extension crashed and I restarted my pc and all my previous tabs were gone because I didn't restart the extension before closing the browser! And they won't even open when I try to restore previous window or tabs! Maybe my bad but common bro, ur new tabs feels like janky and slow, don't really care for the UI cuz it makes my pc slow and functionality is most imp, I thought I had found the one but no!

Promising and not too pricey, but for accessibility, please add a way to disable the left-hand sidebar animation (expands/collapses with hover). Having large sections of a page jump around makes me dizzy and gives me headaches (particularly when trying to do a drag-and-drop). Instead, please offer click-to-expand as an option in the settings, which I believe is the more common design choice, and maybe when the sidebar is collapsed, on hover give a tooltip and/or preview with the name of one website at a time (like Chrome tabs do). I'd like to consider switching away from Workona, but unfortunately I had to stop using it.

Is your computer too slow, are you often interrupted, or do you suffer from analysis paralysis? I'd have so many bookmarks open with the intention of returning them that my computer would lock up, or I'd get distracted, step away for a while, and then forget where I left off in my online research. Since learning about tabExtend, I've been able to easily create Kanban-styled boards, allowing me to drag and drop what's actionable vs open. I added my wife to my team board, and now we can tackle problems simultaneously, which is fantastic. The tabExtend team is highly responsive to suggestions and has been pushing updates that I didn't even realize I needed! Definitely a productivity tool gem!

For me I am a programmer, research a lot, + my games + my movies + all sort of things, TabExtend let me save # of clicks, less typing, use less of my brain memory, use less of PC memory. save it with a click, and return to it when you are ready again. You can play with it and form your use case, with notes, etc... you can shelve a research and come back again to the same research. and a lot of times, it might be few weeks later, this alone is time saver, a lot of time i want to write something like, this site is better for concepts, this site has a good example, this site KIV, has something i want, but not for this research. this alone, save me at least 1 hour or more, if i come back to the research few weeks later and many other use case which i am forming now. Try it out, it is good

This is the best tab extension I have ever used! It makes managing tabs so much easier and it's really fast too. I highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with managing a lot of tabs.

You cannot see all the browser windows with all of its' tabs, just the one where this extension is open in, defeating the whole purpose of an extension like this... You cannot rename "Workspace 1", because when you do, the extension stops working and just refuses to open the workspace when you click on it in the top left. You cannot rename "Quicklinks", Read Later" OR "Tools" inside "Workspace 1".

I don't like the lack of transparency in the description of the extension. It's not free and this should have been mentioned at the start of the trial... uninstalling.

Great bookmark tool! It doesn't replace bookmarks for me and it's definitely not a bookmark manager - but it's one of the most useful extensions I use. At first, I:tabExtend to be a bit simplistic. At it's heart it looks like just a simple kanban type layout for bookmarks. What's amazing about it is the little things that you discover after using it. Last night I learned that not only can I stack bookmarks but I can label those stacks. This lets me subdivide and organize each board (or "group" as they've named it). Without the labels, it would have been useless. tabExtend is also working on V2 which is not just a total UI revamp but they are also building a Firefox extension. This is going to become increasingly important to me as the next versions of Chrome will start to actively block ad-blockers and script blockers. I'm heavily invested into the Chrome platform with many paid extensions - but at that point, I'm going to up and leave this bloatware. And now I can be confident I can bring tabExtend with me. tldr; if I need to manage tabs, tabmanager.io is my goto extension ... and if I need quick access to websites I use every day, tabExtend is my goto for that.

This is by far THE BEST tab management solution for heavy users on chrome. Stop looking for anything else and give this a shot! (coming from someone who tested at least 5 other solutions). As a full-time student and worker in the tech industry, I couldn't be happier with TabExtend. The ability to have multiple workspaces and group tabs to review later is super handy! 5-start support with fast response! Keep it up with the amazing work guys.

After years of using the Chrome, Edge and Safari bookmarks this is a gamechanger! Easier to manage, saves time, adds additional features like quick notes and tasks which can be very convenient as I am constantly in the app.

This extension is beyond useful, once you play with it, tabextend will become an integral part of your workflow. The support is amazing and they are very keen to help you. I use a similar app called qlearly and this one is qlearly better than anything out there.

I've been looking for ways to manage the many tabs I need to keep open and the many urls i need to categorize for my freelance work. Nothing worked. They were either ugly, cumbersome, slow, or had another flaw that made them not suitable. I intentionally waited with this review until I had a good idea if tabExtend was going to work for me. And it does! I finally feel I have a grip on all the tools that I need to juggle in the air. Super happy with this one! In short tabExtend is beautiful, easy to use, and super fast.

Awesome, time-saver and game-changer. Multiple Tabs open is the norm these days and trying to find the one you need when you need it, well......now it just got easier. Love it!

Great product and evolving rapidly -version 2 out soon. I think that you have to use if for about a week to fully appreciate it. My personal favourite is having a todo list that I cannot ignore as it is always there as I use tab extend to access my favourite links. If the list is on paper or in a separate program I can easily avoid it. Lots of potential, hoping for time sensitive reminders to popup in my todo list. I will not be going back to using my computer the old way TabExtend has changed the way I use a computer to increase my efficiency.

This is nothing but a glorified tab bookmarks system. You can't even do a search for an active tab, unless it was bookmarked first. Clicking a tab's bookmark doesn't bring that tab to the forefront if it's already open. It opens a new tab, thus creating a duplicate. If you don't keep closing and re-opening tabs you end up in a worse mess than before. There are plenty of free extensions more practical than this one.

It looks amazing, fits right in, and tames my tabaholism.

It looks great, flows well, and feels nice, but here's no option to stop it replacing the new tab screen and it's on an expensive subscription service if you want to save over 30 tabs, making it functionally useless as well as irritating.

Very cool interface/UI, convenient, and a good productivity tool. Unfortunately I can't use it for two big reasons: it doesn't include tabs from all windows when you're organizing (displays current window's tabs only), and it doesn't retain the tab's metadata. If you were caught in a YouTube loop for example, and want to watch the previous page's YouTube video after you saved the tab, you won't be able to press back and view that video. You will also lose the timestamp for the current YouTube video, since it's like opening the URL in a fresh window. If those two issues were addressed, I'd love to download this extension again.

What a great app! It took me 10 minutes to get it setup and using it to zap all my open tabs. The functionality to create workspaces, categories and groups is very intuitive and can be molded to suit the way you work Sharing workspaces is another great feature which makes collaborating with colleagues very easy All in all, a very good app

They let you export the data in json format but no way to import it!!

Exactly what I was looking for years! I really needed to get my tabs organized, and synced. Really amazed by the UX, and how it matched every single usecase.

TabExtend is working very well for me. I'd say the biggest benefit is organizing all my tabs in a logical way. I used to have several dozens (yes) tabs and that was driving me crazy every day until I found this new solution. Very pleased with the results and the tech support I've received so far.

10/10 must use productivity application. Simple and does exactly what is needed. Love having such a focused product!

I've been looking for a tab manager for a while, and tabExtend is perfect. Their UX is designed to be so simple, so you can quickly move between tabs and find the right one that you are looking for. They have an easy drag-and-drop system that automatically syncs with all my browsers too. Sopport is also very responsive and helpful. Deffo recommend it!

This tool for organizing bookmarks and for making an easily accessible to do list is unbelievably useful. It has changed everything about the way I work. I'm able to get much more done when I'm looking for the tools and documents that I need. I don't know how I was able to function before tabExtend. If you need to get work done, you need tabExtend. One additional benefit is that it has made my Google Pixel Slate tablet much more useful, even without the keyboard attached. Everything I need is right there in my fingertips. It's like living in the future.

For years I kept adding up chosen websites, url´s and info into different folders on my computer. And eventually, that was not good enough. When i wanted to share knowledge with colleagues, it became another task. But this is the best solution i have found to resolve all of the admin issues i had before. I love it!!

LOVE IT! I don't feel so stressed when windows closes my tabs or I can't get to everything. I usually have 3 screens with 10-20 tabs and multiple windows... Simple and Easy within 5 mins of Use - I'm Dyslexic and this is a bonus! As someone who has dyslexia and often loses things that I know I want to come back to this is amazing. I am already finding new ways to use it to make my work easier and anything that can do that is a true bonus. I have created workspaces for different areas of my work, reminders and also regular tasks - brilliant - Thank you

Works great but once you hit the limit you realize these guys are money grubbers. You can go back and edit your list so that you have less than 30 items but it wont save and keeps telling you "trial limit reached".

Its an amazing and my daily go to tool to save tons of time and make me more productive. Being a marketer myself I have various links to multiple categaries be it tutorials, tools, I had a tough time to keep a track of them and manage all of them at a single place. Till I found this amazing tool where now I can save links and notes that too open in a new tab everytime and makes my work more simpler.

Seriously my new favorite browser extension for Chrome. All of you tab hoarders have no excuse anymore... get TabExtend! You've got notes, to-dos, and you can even explicitly associate those notes with URLs, making life sooo much easier to keep track of. Here's some of my feature suggestions for the devs, hopefully they'll be implemented by the time you read this :P MORE DRAG + DROP FUNCTIONALITY WITHIN WORKSPACE/SEARCH MENU ~Allow you to seamlessly DRAG & DROP whole "Group" and "Category" modules around & between Workspaces once you open the menu to search/navigate all your Workspaces. MORE DRAG + DROP FUNCTIONALITY WITHIN YOUR CURRENT SINGLE WORKSPACE ~Allow you to seamlessly ~DRAG~ whole "Group" modules to and then ~DROP~ them into other "Categories" ***within the same Workspace.*** ONE-CLICK DUPLICATE GROUPS / CATEGORIES / WORKSPACES (For Easy Templating) ~This would save me & plenty others a lot of time setting up some of my URL workflows! TabExtend is without a doubt one of the most user-friendly tab and bookmark managers I've ever encountered. -Excellent user interface and user experience -Managing browser tabs and links is a breeze. -Multiple workplaces with unlimited groups and categories -Team workplaces -Active development and improvement All they need to do now is add Notion-style slash commands and develop iOS and Mac apps, and I'd consider abandoning Raindrop.io entirely.

Bought the premium version but I highly regret it. Very , very slow update cycle and when the app is updated it's usually with features nobody asked for. Major features like reminders are left out behind, so features like "custom scroll bars" are part of the changelog. Sadly it's too late for a refund.

The best start page available! I've been using this since day one, and it keeps getting better and better. I use this extension constantly, and I love that I can open up a bunch of tabs with just one click. It's also a great way to quickly save a set of tabs, which I do when doing research. The developer is also super responsive, and the extension is updated often. Love it!

This is the best Tab manager you can ever get your hands on. In fact, it is not merely a Tab manager but much much more. I have got two separate workspaces that covers pretty much everything I do on the internet (except password management) in here, including to-dos. I have invested in a premium subscription and also invested my time in learning how this works. This is the end of the search for a Tab Management solution for me.

I looked at a dozen different Tab managers. This one outshone them all. Intuitive, easy to use and ust works great. Don't pass this one up!

I found TabExtend a unique way of organizing bookmarks with workspaces, categories, and groups. The interface is smooth and easy to use with the drag-and-drop UX. I also find TabExtend useful as a Kanban board to track my weekly tasks. It's nice to always have the board visible with just a new tab in the browser.

I was actually skeptical when I used another free extension with similar features before I use tabExtend. I jumped at the chance to try it out and now I am on the Pro plan. I use it every day in all my browsers. Very nice UI UX, easy drag and drop, and it syncs with all my browsers. The UI is the best among the others I have tried to be honest. The team also responds promptly to my requests, and once I asked for a specific feature, it was available after a few days. Friendly and excellent support.

Super Usefull I've been using a similar idea app many years ago. It was acquired and then abandoned. So happy to find something new which is under active development. Please keep it up. That app also allowed to make different layout of categories. Basically your own design like a dashboard. Plus embed other products, via iframe or custom Keep up the development.

Getting hooked on this extension - so cool to go back and organize all of the tools that you even sometimes forget that you have at your disposal - and then to be able to share company wide to ensure process is being followed with easy access to them all is priceless!

I've been jumping around from one tab management tool to the next. Tab Outliner, Raindrop, Cluster, Tab Session Manager, the last one I used was Workona, even paid for the monthly on it. All of them had their drawbacks, although Raindrop and Workona did have the depth I required, but both of them lacked in workflow. They were slow to load, and bottlenecked my work, especially during Zoom meetings. I tried the free version of TabExtend before paying for a subscription. I appreciated the organization structure for tabs, but where it shined was the extremely low memory footprint. It loaded extremely fast, no lag time between clicking the extension button and seeing the group of tabs I needed to access to. There's still room to improve, but compared to the alternatives, TabExtend beats the rest for productivity.

Every now and again an awesome piece of technology comes along that changes the way you work for the better. tabExtend works so well because it's well thought out, has a very clean UI, reduces "tab clutter", organizes your bookmarks & it simplifies your life. The fact tabExtend also comes with a smart developer who religiously listens to end users to improve it is just the "icing on the cake". Top bananas!

TabExtend is an extremely useful tab manager but also comes with a lot of other features that make it a complete productivity suite. Easily one of the most used chrome extensions in my arsenal of tools. And one I use daily. The tool itself does its job really well without cluttering my already cluttered tab windows. It's very easy to sort your open tabs into bookmarked visual columns for future access. No more searching through tabs to find that page you were looking for. You can create several workspaces, and within each workspace, several groups (and within groups, several columns). So it really is a masterful sorting tool. I use a workspace for personal tabs, and one for work (with groups divided across different clients). This has helped me so much with reducing the strain on my Chrome Browser and eating up processing power on my mac. Also, the developer, Gustav, is very responsive and friendly.

I've used similar tab extensions in the past, but tabExtend beats them all! Not only does it group links, you can also at notes, create quicklinks of your most used websites and more. What I love is that it also adds a right link option to add a site quickly. tabExtend is fast, easy to use (and learn) and very intuitive. What's also great is that the developer (Gustav) responds very quickly and is extremely helpful. He also apparently has the ability to read minds, because it turned out that he was already building the one thing that I was missing. :-) Well recommended!

AVOID! This extension doesn't really save your tabs, it only saves the urls currently on them, like bookmarks. Tabs are more than that, they also include the history of how you got there, so you can click Back in the browser and visit previous pages, THAT GETS LOST. I lost all the history of my tabs and heavily regret installing the extension, because when closing all tabs with it, it closes them one by one, so one is unable to use Chrome's History's Recently Closed to get them back. It'll also freeze the whole browser when trying to open all "tabs" back, as it'll just open as many tabs and load the bookmarks in each of them. That's terrible, compare to just closing a window with many tabs, and using Recently Closed to get them back, it's done much faster and the tabs come unloaded so not all of them get on the memory at once. The point of an extension like tabExtend is to have a permanent Recently Closed functionality (because, if you close a window with many tabs, after you close enough tabs Recently Closed will forget the whole window), but due to all the things I mentioned it fails on all accounts and it's just a bookmarker of the urls of your tabs.

I've used a few of the free competitors over the years but TabExtend is well worth paying for the Pro Version. First and foremost It's much faster so it will literally pay for itself in a few weeks anyway. It's also more much more flexible and actually fun to use. Finally, Gustav the Developer actually solicits feature requests and listens to users because I honestly think he wants to create the best app in its class. Highly Recommended!

Switched over to TabExtend from Qlearly after Q's developer became unresponsive to questions and issues. Been only using TabExtend for a few weeks but so far I'm loving it - easily the best tab manager I've used to date. The UI is clean, it's easy and intuitive to use and Gustav (developer) has been super quick to reply to any questions I had. Plus, new features are always being added. Highly recommended if you're after a robust tab manager.

I've tried many different tab managers out in the market but fell in love with tabExtend the moment I started using it. It looks the most polished out of all without being distracting and works really well.

Excellent Tab Manager. Very thoughtfully created features and UI It is a joy using the product. Gustav - is just an email away... like a colleague in the office. As good as it can get... Some wish-list items here 1. Active tabs - auto opens and closes. A bit distracting. IT will be good to have a "pin it" option 2. Keyboard shortcut to move between workspaces / categories / groups 3. multiple columns in groups. (I Moved from Toby which has thumbnail view and so my groups tend to be long. It will help to have either thumbnailview or multiple columns)

This is a next level tab management idea! It is easy to use with awesome UI/UX that made me love my new tab while having all my links, notes and to-dos arranged and grouped. Now I have Workspaces to switch between my personal use and work tabs, everything is synced with my account and no need to remember anything with search I can find every word! I have used another new tab extension for years but this extension is much more better, so I moved to tabExtend. Pros: Easy to use Beautiful and sleek modern design Sync from browser to account Group tabs Workspaces Notes and to-dos on the go and linked to the website. Themes: Light, dark and auto Share and teams feature Export feature Share the current workspace and collaborate in real time Support is quick and professional via chat and email. Cons: nothing for me now.

Extremely useful tool. tabExtend will definitely improve your productivity. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. It's a solid and well-developed mature tool. I have started using it now (Moved my clustered tabs into manageable tabs). It's like a Trello board for your tabs (Links) with workspaces. Easy to access, sync, and manage. Powerful use case: I have created multiple tabs categories inside the tools collection & separated the links (SEO & Content Writing, Designing, Project Management, SMM). Now, it's way easier for me to drag-drop and click on the specified link when necessary. Super Useful, Highly Recommended

While trying it out I was very impressed by it already. But had some ideas that I thought it would make tabextend better. So I asked the founder about these features, and apparently, it is already available. Tabextend is really amazing and I can't wait for the native apps to be released. :)

The best web bookmark tool I am using Qlearly for 2 years, but I have a data missing problem with multi devices of bookmark data synchronization. Today, I happy to decide switch to TabExtend on working daily. Because, TabExtend is more perfect than Qlearly: ? very beautiful UI/UX ? Synchronize data fully on multi devices in real time. ? Easy to use, drag drop bookmark and no lag. ? Service support is fast and friendly. It's hidden gem I must have.

I use this every day. I love it, it helps keep everything I do organized right on my browser start page.

Normally I don't review Chome extension but this is one of rare extension I use daily. Very useful.

Love love love this app! I had a revelation a few weeks ago that I had too many online apps that I didn't use properly because I literally just forget I have them... And that lead me to design "tabExtend" ;) Thankfully, someone had already done it, and done it brilliantly! I tried a few others but none came close. I've still not finished setting it up totally, but I now have most of my main online apps in groups and workspaces so I'll never forget again that I have a particular app for a particular need. Also great for todo lists and notes, and for having groups of tabs you want to open or close all at once, as well as more general bookmarking for temporary items to read/watch etc before filing away or deleting. Highly recommended, I can't image Chrome - or my day-to-day workflow - without it now.

I can easily send tabs by right-clicking on a page. There's also an option to send a group of tabs at the same time. I totally support the founder in making sure there's a balance an optimized loading speed is maintained. They do update too pretty regularly so I look forward to the next version :)
