Ms. Gozum was so helpful and easy to talk to. Her knowledge base was excellent and she was patient with me. I'm very untechy and she was able to show me where I was having the problem and then tested it out so I could repeat the correct way to make it work. I almost canceled the appointment but I am sosososo glad I didn't. She's a keeper. Thanks PS make sure no one is using "Wave Browser" it slipped in when I enrolled in my Affiliate program and it carries malicious elements and DOESN'T work with Group Leads.

Worked for a bit, then it didn't. Is there really no place to cancel my sub? Looked everywhere in billing, on my profile...Literally no place to cancel. Customer support seems MIA. No response from anyone going on 28 hours now. Disappointed.

AS OF RECENT UPDATE., It Does not work properly, used troubleshooting and contacted support to no avail. Wish my experience was better!

JD is amazing! She has been in touch since I started with Group Leads and I just had a ZOOM call with her so she could help me with an issue I was having on my end. I am not tech savvy at all and I very much appreciated her patience and the time she spent with me. Issue solved and I'm so grateful for her and Group Leads!

Will not send welcome message to new members. Tech support keeps blaming FB and coming up with excuses. Still getting charge for software that does not work.

Nothing but issues since I signed up. Nobody responds to support, the online chat always asks to send an email - never get a reply back. Posted in the Facebook group 16 hours ago, zero response. Service is senior to selling, if you're unable to support customers you shouldn't be taking people's money. Going to go to my bank today and file a dispute as seems to be the only way to get down to resolution. Overall a disappointing experience - never again, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very excited to get going with this tool for generating leads through FB groups. Jamiu jumped on Zoom to help check my setup to make sure that the extension was installed and configured correctly. We ran a test to make sure that data was getting pulled from the FB group into a google sheet as well as into my email software (Convertkit). Everything is working as expected. This will be a massive time saver - thanks Jamiu!

Doesn't work. Contacted support...still doesn't work.

Amazing time- and money-saver. Added 1600 new leads to my group in the last 10 days. I can't count the hours it would have taken me to do it manually. The only small downer: The auto-approval mechanism is a bit tricky to get running and will also automatically delete requests from users who don't meet the approval criteria, making it impossible to approve them manually. On the plus side: Extremely responsive support and the extension is always in development and new features being added. Love it, thanks for the hard work!

I'm very excited about this product! I hit a snag with the installation. So I scheduled a zoom from the help center and Jamie got me straight in about 5 minutes! I wish I knew about this 2 years ago!

This app is amazing - I LOVE simple tech and I never imagined that something this valuable could be so easy to install and set up, and on top of that the customer service onboarding is amazing. What a waste of time... They scheduled a meeting with me to help with the setup but never show up. The funniest thing was that they sent me a generic email with "It was great meeting you..." Now I am trying to cancel the subscription before they charged me and it looks like that won't be easy because they don't have any cancelation option on the website. Looks like a kind of scam to me...

Was wonderful at first. Time saver. Then I kept getting locked out of Facebook. Numerous times. Even with disabling various settings. Clients had trouble reaching me on Facebook. I'd be open to returning as a customer IF and when they can get it working 100% as to me it's not worth it if I can't use all the features to truly automate.

I am so, SO happy I came across this extension. I've been wondering how to host more of my online community on FB only. People don't like to go to other sites to register for things. Now, I can easily (and automatically) transfer their email from my group directly into my ESP. Wonderful!!!

I love this - but where has the support gone? I've been trying to upgrade my plan, and I am having problems with my account, and there is no reply. This is unusual because they have been so helpful in the past...

Worst customer experience ever, and literally for no good reason. I had a discount code, but was automatically charged the full price. Contacted Jamiu for help only to be given some BS excuse, he said it was against his policy but you can't find it in his policy statement. LIAR! Then he ignored me instead of taking care of the problem like he should have. He'll reply and say I was a horrible customer and he doesn't want to deal with people like me, but I wasn't. It's just a lie to make himself look better for acting like a fool and not letting me apply the discount that *he* agreed to. I was kind and polite and waited for 5 months to get this resolved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JAMIU!

What a game changer! Quick, easy to use, efficient and it does exactly what it says it will do. Plus the customer service is excellent. Even the set up was quick and easy. I only wish I had discovered it sooner.

This app had a myriad of issues, including reloading facebook every 5 seconds so that I lost anything I typed into a facebook post or comment, not capturing leads into a spreadsheet (its only job), not recognizing my facebook group but not letting me add it and so on. I reached out for support and, when I wasn't able to stop my workday to hop on a zoom call immediately, they canceled my account and blocked me from the support facebook group, and stopped responding to support inquiries.

Jamiu is the real deal. I've been struggling with using a similar product that never seems to work. Worse, the customer service of that company is so bad. Jamiu installed Group Leads for me while I waited. His product is beautiful and intuitive and my assistant can now handle all of this. I'm so relieved to have made the move. I am thrilled.

I set up the extension myself and it worked right out of the gate with Kartra. None the less I took the time to jump on a 15min call with Jamiu because I always want to know the person behind the code. I have to say that I'm blown away with his customer service! Great extension and great developer who cares about his customer! The app is well worth the price!

This platform has definitely been a game changer by freeing up much more time for myself and my VA. I love that it not only handles member requests based on criteria, but also integrates with my email provider, tags them in a welcome post, and even sends both welcome and decline messages to really build connection with members. A huge win. The only thing I had an issue with was when there was a recent update, it appeared to have removed my group from the extension and I had to re-enter everything all over again for it to start doing the group functions.

The extension disconnects every 2-3 days. I would need to add in the license for the extension for it to start up and then restart my entire google chrome for it to work properly. In some cases, the tagging of for the autoresponder doesn't happen, i would need to shut down my chrome multiple times before it actually gets the users approved and auto tagged in the welcome post.

The ease and simplicity of using Group Leads is brilliant. If a technophobe like me can make it work anyone can! I also love that when I had a query Jaimu jumped straight on a call with me and helped me sort it out. Brilliant customer service, fantastic product. Those I've shared it with love it too. So far so good! I had trouble with the emails loading when I first set it up and Jamiu was very quick to respond and hopped on a zoom call to trouble shoot and knew exactly what was the cause and solved it immediately - happy days! Email leads are following beautifully now!

Was working fine in single approvals, everything was going into the google sheet flawlessly. So I decided to hit approve all. BIG MISTAKE. I had over 250 leads pending... all had provided emails-- I'd weeded out the ones who hadn't provided one. Group Leads did not pull in the info for more than half of the approved people. I'm missing out on leads and potential revenue as a result. PROCEED with caution. Don't approve all for groups of more than 10 or you will be sorry like I am :(

HUGE fan of this plugin! There are other choices out there when it comes to pulling leads from Facebook group questions, but this one integrates with autoresponder APIs and they're always adding new integrations. I LOVE THAT FEATURE. If you've ever used a plugin like this before, you know that sending the leads to a Google Sheet and zapping it to your autoresponder is a giant pain in the butt, and it doesn't always work right. This plugin takes care of that hassle for you. I'll use it for as long as I'm running Facebook groups.

Great extension. Had some issues with setup and they got in touch with me to get it sorted very fast. If you want to capture data from your Facebook Groups into other places, this is the way to do it.

The tool is amazing and it saves me a lot of time and stress of managing my FB groups. I was struggling of always manually approving my FB requests, copy/paste the info in the xls and then mass import it to active campaign. Well all of that is behind me now. All I have to do is press Approve and voila ... everything is being tracked and imported automatically. And the support is amazing. Customer support was awesome and so quick! This extension is everything they say it is and saves VAs sooo much time in manual work. We were having our VA manually upload emails from our Facebook group to a Google Spreadsheet and then using Zapier to integrate that with our email CRM. It was too tedious and time consuming, so this saved us all that time plus what we were paying a VA to do all the work to manually update the spreadsheet. Additionally, it saves us a lot of money over Zapier since we no longer need to use that to integrate our group members into our email CRM since this extension does it all automatically for us. I don't normally leave reviews, but this tool and the customer service warrants one. Absolutely great extension and even better customer service. It takes 5 minutes to setup and it works great for us as a team who have a couple of Facebook Group Admins. If you want to collect emails from your Facebook Group, use this tool. You won't be disappointed.

The developer walked me through using the software.We discovered that the software link went to the spam box but he reached me through facebook messanger ,then he walked me through the process .I am impressed

Group Leads for us is a saving Grace! When I started my Facebook Group, it was easy for me to manually copy and paste the answers of the welcome questions. Those questions gave me an insight as to what my group members are hoping to learn and benefit from the group so I could'nt but just endure to manually copy and paste each time. But as the group grew bigger, it became almost impossible for me and my team to manually get those information. At some point, we had to stop copying those information and would just accept members into the group. Everything changed ever since we started using Group Leads. Thanks to Jamiu for this amazing tools. We now get leads directly from our facebook group into mailchimp faster and easier than ever! This is a GREAT extension and has AWESOME customer support. Thank goodness for customer support. Since the setup documentation could be more clear (click that big red update button after EVERY entry you make in the setup process - after entering your spreadsheet url, after selecting your autoresponder, and again after entering your api settings for your autoresponder - and BE SURE YOU SEE THE RED APPROVE ALL button in your FB group on the member approval screen before you use the extension. Also - you can approve one person at a time to test, just by clicking the normal approve button next to their name. Unfortunately, I lost 22 leads before I contacted their super-awesome customer support. After walking me through the steps on a Zoom call, I understand this product much better and will continue using it. Plus, since I know customer support is so awesome and responsive, I know I can contact them with any questions I may have in the future.

Great software! I was sceptical at the start whether it would work as advertised, but it's been great. Few little bugs to start with, but Jamiu responded very quickly and had them fixed faster than i've ever seen from a software company. We get 30+ leads every day and this has saved us so much time and gotten us so much quality market research. Plus there is no need for Zapier like the other similar extensions on the market.
