its well made but for youtube its really poor,doesnt work well becuse sometimes it doesnt do anything and brakes,skips mid music time (like 0.5 secs or a sec).

mp4 meeting recording playback works just fine without the extension but the palyback is completely silent with the extension enabled (it even requires browser reload after a "disable" to play the audio again). (I am on Chrome 103 on Win11)

It's too laggy to click it from the toolbar but it's the only extension of its kind so I have no choice.

This extension is great. I've been looking for an extension to save time and this is the best I came across so far. I have suggestions however. There should be an option to have the extension on by default and an option to automatically turn on and off briefly to reset just in case when the extension isn't working right. The dynamic threshold could be stricter. I suggest a minimum threshold limit. I sometimes check and the volume threshold is under 5% and is barely skipping by. Thanks for this extension!

Well, since I already bought the developer "coffee", it seems to me that the beta feature should be available to me. However, the developer should accept payment from PayPal as an alternative to having me specify my credit card, which will not happen! BTW, the extension seems to work better on Firefox than on Google Chrome. The extension is a good concept, but needs work.

Dude please add support for zoom recordings page (https://us02web.zoom.us/rec/play/xxxxxxxxxx). It dosent detect audio in that site. please add it ASAP!!!.

This extension is so good! I am missing some functionality from VLC player like skipping 5 seconds forward and backward with a keypress, but this extension is so much better than VLC for long lectures. Thank you, it saves so much time

great so far! just one suggestion, I am trying to watch recordings from a Zoom lecture, and the extension does not see any video. Thats is. besides for that it is good
One of the best extensions in the world. Open source and actively developing. Can't wait for the new version with cross-site settings storage and speed changing hotkeys to get rid of competing extensions. The only severe bug is spontaneous audio/video desync for some long videos. May be caused by player bugs, time base differences etc.
Been using this for quite a while and it has worked great. However since the last update yesterday (November 3rd) it doesnt load properly initially and makes you refresh the page to get it to work. It also doesnt save your set speeds anymore so you have to change the speed each time you click it to run which is a mild inconvenience.
It is great, as I was looking for this sort of thing. However, there are a number of things that could make it even better. 1. Allow a separate options menu, 2. The ability to save at least one (though preferably five) profile(s), 3. The ability to have it on constantly instead of having to turn it back on with each new thing you watch, 4. More specific control of the playback speed much like how the video speed controller extension works, 5. Shortcut keys
