I did not find the blank document that I wanted. This extension is No Value Added (NVA)! I will remove it next -

Shoud be removed from the app store. Not free, requires a subcription to use. Spent 30 minutes editing a pdf and then I had to pay to download it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Hidden pay scheme - you need to register to download and print your PDFs, and you need to pay after 20 documents. Worse, when I attempted to download and print one of my first documents, it printed completely blank - none of the fillable forms showed up at all. Wasted 20 minutes on this document and this extension.

clunky interface, no copy paste, horrible date picker (1 format), no support for Hebrew (broken RTL + all text becomes ??? on download), registration required.. I can't believe software like this exists in 2021 :(

This extension is fairly easy to use and does an adequate job but I had a couple of issues. When filling in blanks on a form, side to side adjustment of the text you're typing is easy but top to bottom adjustment isn't, which results in your entered text being above or below the printed text lines on the form being filled out. Changing font size did not correct this issue. Second issue appeared after saving and downloading the completed form to my documents folder. Some of the entered text that showed to be properly aligned during text entry was significantly misaligned in the saved and downloaded form. I noticed that some users have complained about having to pay after completing 20 documents. Really?? Do those users actually expect the person/persons who spent hours developing this extension and writing code for it to just give it up for the freeloaders? OMG, you're getting 20 documents for free! Do you work for free?

Not as smooth as it should be. Makes you pay after 20 documents.
