Reviews & Comments of Movavi Screen Recorder for Chrome chrome extension

I bought/subscribed the online screen recorder but have not been able to activate it and am still using the free version with the watermark. Numerous messages to the company result in a bot telling me my message has been received but no help. Am looking to get a refund if I still get no help after almost three weeks now. This is very disappointing.

you cant edit/ trim the videos they lock the file so that you cant save the changes

Initially it worked superb may be after the update(I guess) it is not working as earlier. Screen voice is not recording, after downloading the Video, Audio is not available in the recording. Please resolve this asap.

when i tryed to save or watch my video it wouldn't let me it really sucked

I recorded my screen using this for an hour and then as I hit stop it crashed and also uninstalled itself for some reason. An hour of footage gone.

It worked great on 3 videos then it just stopped working and kept crashing. I would get to the end of the video and try to save/download and it would just freeze. I tried 5 different times with the exact same outcome

Love it. No any restrictions I mean no limit the time durations. and even record the screen voice also. Superb ! Thank you

This extension crashed with the first recording I tried to save. On the same day I sent a message to the customer service link on their website asking to the subscription and automatic renewal. This was two weeks ago and I have not received any response. I have sent another two messages since, all without a response. It is absurd that there is no unsubscribe button in the account manager page and the level of bad customer service.

download link at the end does absolutely nothing. I'm also unable to watch the video after I recorded
