The filter mode can be changed via an injected dropdown:

Blur - Blurs matches (reveals on :hover)
Replace - Replaces matches with !@#$%^&*
Remove - Completely removes matches
Ignore - Ignores profanity

Now features a configuration panel for maintaining your filtration patterns.
