Being new to modern technology, I couldn't get the percentage circle to do anything and there isn't anywhere I can find any instructions, and believe me, I looked. It's a very frustrating issue at best, not being able to understand which button is for what and the steps to get these things to work, then finding out I needed some browser or extension and no one mentioned that point BEFORE I got to the important part- downloading.

No problems so far. Super convenient and fast, I love how it puts them in a specific folder for each board already. Even allowed me to donwload more than 1k images for free, so hope there are no issues in the future cuz its great.
Videos and Gifs not downloading only image types (JPG, PNG). how do I resolve this?

I wanted to download all of my pins to move to a different platform that was less distracting and didn't have advertisements or user analytics as revenue sources. This extension did exactly what I needed. It worked quickly and didn't crash at all. I'm super happy and impressed. Thank you to the developer who made such a functional, simple, no frills extension. Saved me soooo much time!
So it looks pro, but downloaded about 5 pics, then stopped. Says stuck at 7% out of board of 1700 pics.

downloads huge albums fast pretty convenient
I was utilizing this tool nearly daily for my work, and was beside myself when Chrome seemed to cancel it a month or so ago. I just found it was working again, and am THRILLED. Pindown is a HUGE timesaver and gift to those of us who need quick downloads of multiple full resolution images for our work. Thank you for creating Pindown!
it's good and it does the job it download most of the pins like 95% of them if not all , but the only problem I have is when I close the pc and open it again it say not active and it don't work and I have to remove the extension and download it again in order to work that is why I am giving it 4 stars
Works on first install, and stops working after browser has been restarted. If you keep uninstalling & reinstalling the plugin, it'll work, but that's kinda annoying to do.

Pindown is not working. after download 5 image its stopped

Used to work perfectly for me and I consistently recommended it to all my artist friends who use Pinterest and Instagram to collect reference images, however now it doesn't work at all. Just sits at 0% forever.
For those struggling to get PinDown to work I have a workaround using the extension DownThemAll!. 1. Go to the Pinterest board you want to download 2. Click DownThemAll 3. Click "Media" at the top of the window that opens 4. Deselect all file types in "Filters" 5. In "Fast filtering" write the word originals 6. The original images are now selected and marked in pink color. 7. Its good to write something in "Subfolder" because the download goes straight to your Downloads folder. 8. Click "Download"

This works so well! Since my download is on my desktop, I could see all the files going individually on the desk top and I thought OH NO! But then they then all miraculously popped into a folder at the finish. Loved it!

It doesn't work on my machine, using 2019 iMac OS 10.14.6. Chrome fully updated. Looks like a lot of people are also having the same issue, possibly from their last update.

Worked great until the 3rd or 4th board and now will only download .txt files.
Been paying a subscription to this but there's been no fix for a bit, clicking does nothing, it states it sees content to download but does nothing anymore. Has this been abandoned?
Works as advertised. When downloading 250 images wasn't enough, I got the paid version and it downloaded 10,000 images as I wanted. All are HD. Amazing software!

after paid version dont work download instagram after 12 images.. old version is good put after updating 1.1.23 dont work.. Bad support I have not received any response via email [email protected]

Excellent extension that does exactly what it advertises. Simply downloads all pins from a Pinterest board in high resolution. Recommended
This did exactly what was advertised. Saved me a ton of time by downloading a gallery of over 231 images in their native resolution. Thank you!
Stopped working as soon as I paid for it. Free version worked fine.
Problem is coming back after latest update. There is no feedback yet. Only manage to download up to 5 maximum image. And stuck to zero percent.
I think you're not debugging and testing your new versions. The pause and stop button is not working. AND I'M not going to give you the samples of HOW IT IS NOT WORKING...understood? Your new versions are bigger mess of the earlier smaller mess versions. Thanks.

stopped working suddenly. No response for developers about the complaint. money must be refunded
It worked on two boards, that's it. And ones that would have downloaded for free. Every download comes up with "failed - forbidden" now.
Was working great for a while, and suddenly stopped working. Now when I try using it, the button says "there is no active boards to save pins" If I click it, nothing downloads.
useless doesnt even down load half of pictures or locks up completely or just never gets started or sticks on one spot .usually never gets going , pinterest developers are definately better at programming than the pin down programmer.because of the bad rating I now cant download it to evaluate it again , App developers like this give Chrome a bad name .
I wanted to like this, its streamlined but lacking basic features. - Some of the images download slightly smaller than their true size found at their original remote host website, this needs to be fixed to be taken seriously. - On large boards I have to run the downloader multiple times to get all or almost all the images. I have one board that has 1999 pins, the first download pass got 1760 to my HD the second pass brought the total up to 1879, the third brought the total to 1912 still short 87 images, but that could be due inpart to duplicate pins and the DSL connection Im testing on. - In the future I would like to see a pause/resume button and a choice to override or skip all duplicate images when downloading the same board twice, it seems to be at auto-override currently. Also adding a pop up at 100% letting the user know how many images were successfully downloaded and how many were duplicate pins and how many didn't make it would be amazing. It would also be great to get a drop down menu of the folders I have previously downloaded boards to. Until updates are made I will have to cancel my subscription and start using Pin4Ever in FireFox. Pin4Ever has an enormous amount of features including downloading the correct sized images for about $2/month. The only problem pin4ever has is the backup has to be ran almost twice as many times as PinDown to get all images to my hard drive -_- and the interface looks like its from 1998.
This is a solid start of an addon but theres a serious flaw. It only saves the image as large as it appears on pinterest. There is one more step which is to either open image in a new tab, or follow the link to the original file. Here is what I got when I tested an image. Image downloaded via this addon came out to be 474 x 3094 pixels Image opened in a new tab and saved to the desktop manually came out to 564x x 3681 pixels Pretty close, but not the largest size on the pinterest website.
