I have made less than 10 transaction of buying and selling Axies. On the wallet extension it was showing that I have 20x free transactions but every transaction it deducts 2x free transactions. What the hell is going on with your wallet ?

People that saying they got hacked it is your fault for not making sure your seedphrase is well keep. And if your computer got infected by keylogger it is your fault too. Not the axie infinity itself or this extension.

This is a scam. The game axie infinity is a ponzi scheme, untrustworthy, delusional and deceitful developers.

My WETH got hack after 1 day when I bought it. This is not a safe extension indeed.

I got hacked and all my 42 axies were stolen as well as SLPs and RON. I reported the issue as soon as I learned that I was hacked (within few minutes after). I identified the hacker to be "Lunacian #5" with Ronin:ronin:0ef09399f0e89813c77b6a1a78ed24495c99bd06, I have provided lots of screenshots of the unauthorized gifting of my axies in different account of my scholars, but they didn't. do anything about it. They told me it cannot be recovered, I requested to ban all those axies, which at that time out of 42 axies stolen, 36 are still not sold on the market place and they can still ban if they act fast. However, Its been more than 48 hours now and the SkyMavis's customer support just watched my 42 axies to be sold by this UNTOUCHABLE Hacker in the Marketplace. Most probably, this hacker is one of them! So here is my advise when your account get hacked, don't waste time to contact SkyMavis customer support to ask for help, because one thing is for sure, "they can not help" they will just add to your problem. In this kind of situation, doing nothing is far better than seek the customer support's help.

I cannot retrieve my seed phrase after the version update. It looks scammy that's why I didn't allow the automatic update but afterwards it prompts me to login with my seed phrase without logging me back in. I lost all my assets because of this new version.

Skymavis could NOT solve any problems with its Ronin wallet. ALL my SLP were transferred to another user without any confirmation from my side nor any notification in the activities area ? what is the point of your activity tabs like that? the wallet was hacked just like that ? i only hope for skymavis to remove this wallet and just let users use other crypto wallets. No one should placed their faith in this wallet unless ur okay with giving out hard-earned money.

My axies (Worth 2000$) were stolen! This does not include the WETH, SLP and AXS that were also stolen from me! Ronin wallet is not secure! Buy a Trezor wallet if youre gonna use this platform!

Seed phrase was not given to anyone, I didn't log in on any other devices, and did not click any external links. The only thing I could have done better was have everything stored on a hard external wallet, but that's very annoying when you are breeding and moving Axies around constantly so we didn't do that. I probably will not reinvest in Axie again as there has been no response from Sky Mavis about this issue.

its a good wallet to put your tokens but theres times where errors happen and some of the eth tokens withdraw gets stuck most of the time and it doesnt even get transfered in my metamask wallet

Been using this wallet since the day it was released. User experience has been great and team is transparent if there is ever any maintenance.

Ronin has and will continue to change the world for the better. Literally. Five stars isn't enough. As there is with anything new and bleeding edge, there are hiccups, but that is to be expected, and it is 100% worth being patient. PSA: think about how carefully you might guard your bank login information. Then triple your security, and that's how carefully you should secure your seed phrase.

This wallet is just phase 1 of transforming online gaming. So excited for phase 2. Edit: Phase 2 is live. DEX, Staking, Liquidity, Farming $RON This is wonderful. When the mobile version comes out it will be amazing. Avoid any scams, be safe out there.

Great, seamless wallet to interact with Ronin! These are software wallets, you need to use hardware wallets to be really secure, and Ronin works well with them (Trezor).

Has much more room to improve with the wallet, but so far it has been super useful and i cant complaint with that

3 axies were stolen a week ago as well as the little bit of WETH I had left over. This is a terrible system. I can't believe I basically lost $600 after a week. This is the worst service ever.

Hacked quickly and easily and lost significant amount of AXS. Make sure you protect your account. I didnt have a Trezor wallet so no 2FA - was moving my funds to another address when hackers got control and I couldn't move funds anymore.. they unstaked then exited the funds within 20 minutes.

The security on this wallet is not really secure. So many thieves can get through. Not recommended. I lost my trust on this ronin wallet. You should put 2FA and SMS code. It feel safer. Ronin is very open to access from the others, or maybe its inside job from developers. So that they don't care about security on ronin accounts.

Glad that it's free transactions. No gas fees whatsoever, which is great. Glad that I am able to transfer from Ronin to Binance directly without any problems. It just sucks that it's down a lot lately. I often can't transfer assets etc. Not sure what the issue is. In any case they should stabilize this, it's such a good extension.

Needlessly complicated procedure to perform extremely basic functions. Avoid the frustration.. trust me.

Please add 2FA/PHONE VERIFICATION or GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR for more security everytime we log in and/or if there are actions initiated on the Axie market place. This will secure our hard earned invested assets making sure that before the action is confirmed, there should be a confirmation from the owner itself like BINANCE and other onine wallets. Lots of hacking in Axie community. (Don't offer or advice to use Trezor as the app should be secure enough). Hopefully, this request will be acknowledged. We members/users would really love to have this feature added. Thank you.

it's your fault for not securing your seedphrase. You probably inputted your phrase on a phishing site. Or you downloaded a fake ronin on playstore or appstore. or your phone or PC got hacked and there was your seedphrase open to be seen. Seedphrases should be written on paper. Condolence for your loss though... but it's your fault if your ronin gets hacked.

Good wallet. But! When there are two accounts and you ask for the recovery phrase, you only get the first account!! I forgot I created the first account and assumed it was for the currently selected account. This was the wrong phrase for my wallet with $10k+ in it! I almost lost everything. Now I'm wondering how on earth to back it up to another place without the phrase. I only have one instance and no backup. If you could tell me how I can get the phrase of my second account, or restore using the private key, I'd be very appriciative.

NO security in this wallet. easy money for hackers. your hard earned money will be gone in just 1 click of a button. so many got victimized and cry in this wallet.So happy to see if they will take action on this on or if they will improve their security in transferring axie as soon as possible.

Well thank you for taking my money and holding it hostage with 0 information how long and where it went. Twiter has no updates. Axie discord just two words Ronin down.. what is this? In future add some kind of communication when things go down, you are responsible for your customers investment. Not how they use it, but to ensure they CAN use their funds.
