Has an ongoing issue of working intermittently, Zoominfo's answer "Uninstall and reinstall" which does nothing. Clearly a problem that needs to be looked in to by development. Would not recommend.

Extension doesn't work most of the time, information is wildly inaccurate. Zoominfo will say an A+ contact works at Salesforce and you click the link to their Linkedin page, and the contact does not work at Salesforce and has never worked at Salesforce. How can you link to a contact to their linkedin page and then get the company they work for wrong? That is if you can get the extension to work in the first place, which like other users have stated, works maybe 1 day a week.

Running on Brave and it just stays loading and provides no value at all. Having to mine data from LinkedIn to search on Zoominfo is not very practical and time-consuming. Based on the latest sets of reviews, it seems like there is a big problem that needs fixing.

Glitchy, half the time the information isn't right, the Chrome extension doesn't work at least 2 or 3 days out of the 5 day work week, if not all 5. Great concept that used to work, but has gone downhill.

Outdated information.More times than not it doesn't work (constantly loads) probably the worst sales plug in on Google

It keeps on refreshing and never works. I wish zominfo would have used some of the humongous amount it charges companies to fix this app!

I wish my company would abandon this tool. It's routinely too slow to be useful or doesn't load at all. If it does finally load, it's so slow you're left wondering, why would anyone pay money for this?

Dishonest and false marketing. They do not offer a free service, but will take your information, pass to aggressive sales reps to call your private number, and still not offer any free service to try.

I can't get it to load from any website, I have tried with salesforce, linkedin, linkedin sales nav, and company website. This needs to get fixed asap, this is increasing the amount of time it takes me to prospect into accounts.

helpful when I can get it to work though lately it's not often. It simply spins and spins on a website or linkedin page and it never comes up. This is separate from the fact that zoominfo makes you login every single time. Great in theory but pretty poor in execution.

I love this extension when it works. If I don't first log in to Zoominfo on my browser, the extension fails to connect. If I don't close down the browser and start again in the correct order, it will never connect.

It's a great concept but is not working on Microsoft Edge any solution for this?

The 8/16/22 update has made it where you have to log in on every website you visit. When it works, its great. Having to log in every time is annoying. Hopefully a fix is in the pipeline.

Great when it works but half the time does not load and I have to remove and reinstall the extension to get it to open.

the worst search and extension! The info they have on most prospects is outdated by years and the extension never reloads unless you manually type in the company name. Fix this program please

This error seems to have been documented many times, but no there doesn't seem to be any resolution out there....I'm on a mac, and when I use the Zoominfo chrome extension, it just shows the zoominfo logo over and over without loading the contact(s). Please fix this issue!

Pretty much what Joe said. I'm also on a macbook and when trying to access the Zoominfo chrome extension it just shows the zoominfo logo over and over without loading the contact.

The worst extension. I run a MacBook Pro and I constantly have to delete and re-download the extension. Nobody at Zoom has been helpful. The extension hangs up all throughout the day and is USELESS. There, I said it.

Super slow when you need to be making calls all day. Sometimes it never even loads

Great extension that enables me to be most productive and get the best information without having to switch screens!

Reach out dramatically increases the value of your zoom info investment. Overlaying it on website and Linkedin allows me to quickly speed prospecting and getting everything loaded into your CRM. It's really helpful to have it over your SEP to quickly add cell numbers since they cannot be exported in list form

The new update makes this extension almost unusable.

I use Zoominfo on a daily basis. It is very beneficial in helping me with prospecting. The ability to see the hierarchy of contacts is great! I like that if you are in LinkedIn, you can connect as well. I find it may be slow at times. I have had to call support a few times and they have been extremely helpful in solving issues.

Zoominfo extension is awesome! I use it every single day when prospecting on sales navigator/Linkedin. Makes my workflow much faster :)

This is a great database app for prospecting. My sales team and I used it all the time. We use the Scoops filter option a lot. Some great sales trigger in there.

Saves a few clicks moving from one app to another. Optimizes the use of time and effort. Though some records are not updated, majority of the time, they are the most recent and provide relevant information needed. Complements LinkedIn.

Zoominfo is a strong addition to the work that I do. It is able to effectively allow me to reach the contacts that is necessary. I would say it works effectively 90% of the time, which is great. However, there will be times where it will not be able to find the correct email or does show up via the website but not the linked profile. There is room for improvement, including occasionally around loading times, but it has a high accuracy rate making it a go-to.

As a salesperson (Account Executive) this tool allows me to quickly prospect and find contact information on my prospective clients in a really efficient way. Oftentimes, it helps me find data (like cell phone numbers) that I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. It helps me understand the software the company is using and the latest news and trends. Overall, it has made me a more efficient seller.

Most of the time this extension works well enough that I can get the info I need without going directly into the full ZoomInfo site. To make it a five star review it would have to work a little better in getting the contact info all the time. What I mean is that several times a week it will not show the info in the extension, but then I can easily find the person in the full blown site.

The plugin extension is extremely convenient! Getting prospect's information or company insights has never been easier. I can also see a company's technology stack information from the extension. The plugin is a real time saver! I wanted to update this to 5-stars as you can now use this in conjunction with Sales Nav. Simply pull up a saved search and use extension to quickly gather prospects info. Even more of a time saver now!

The extension is very powerful. It saves me hours of data entry every week. The data does occasionally have gaps but has enough to get the job done. I highly recommend adding this extension. You will wonder how you got your job done prior to having it as a tool.

I have been using ZoomInfo alongside Sales Nav for roughly 1.5 years - I couldn't imagine another day-to-day to where I am not using this incredible tool. With most teams moving remote, the challenges associated with typical prospecting are a thing of the past, especially when it comes to pulling net new contacts on accounts. I am confident when I state that "A day without ZoomInfo is a day not hitting quota" - Heavily recommend this tool for all sales orgs, of all sizes, in any industry.

Great to easily add account/contact information straight from LinkedIn or a website into our CRM! Easily accessible and understandable.

I use the ZoomInfo extension in conjunction with SalesLoft and I love that I can share contact information directly from the tool into SalesLoft or Hubspot. It makes the process super convenient by not having to leave the page to add or update contacts. I use ZoomInfo every day for prospecting and to access contact info. The extension can be very useful to surface information about individuals/companies. The main issue I had with it was when it auto-generated contacts that weren't in ZoomInfo's database. A lot of times I would have to manually add the contact info, even when it was predicted. Overall, pretty useful tool.

I really love ZoomInfo. It helps me be the most productive by saving me a lot of time and energy when prospecting. I also like how easy exporting contacts into other platforms as well.

Overall love the ReachOut chrome ext, and especially the new features! Not only does it connect with Salesforce, but you can also highlight any name or company on your screen and immediately search the ZI database for a match.

I am an Executive Recruiter and I find that this makes my job so much easier. The contact information it supplies as well as colleagues of that individual/company is extremely valuable. The link of using it on linkedin is seamless.

This extension makes finding contacts so simple and easy! Being able to browse LinkedIn Sales Nav and use the Zoom Info Chrome extension saves me so much when prospecting and finding out who I need to be calling. I use the extension everyday, all the time. I have saved a lot of time and effort prospecting using this extension.

Saves a ton of time finding contact information

I used to need multiple extensions from various companies to make sure I had all of my prospecting bases covered. ReachOut was great before this year's update, but ever since it's been even better. I've never run across a contact on another extension that ReachOut didn't already have. The usage on either SalesForce accounts or direct websites is great as well. My only knock is that the Salesforce contact importing integration is behind a tier paywall and I consider that a must have for anyone using ReachOut with Salesforce.

Overall - the extension performs very well. Instead of needing to go through the main page t's a huge time saver and allows for prospecting no matter where you are online. The ease of use and integrations into different CRMs seem to be unmatched from what I've seen in the past. Occasionally, there will be different data in the extension then there would be if you were just using the tool's advanced search, but those aren't all too common. Overall, I'd highly suggest this to any sales professional I know.

It's almost there. Super useful tool, i wish it kept me logged in longer or all day for work. Occasional bugs when trying to find a specific contact within a company. Aside that, the best tool i have available in my role.

Zoominfo really bridges the gap for prospecting by giving you updated contact info based on their amazing algorithms and dedicated teams. They're worth every penny as the investment will absolutely result in returns that pay dividends. My team would not be nearly as successful in cold outreach without the help and support of Zoominfo.

Great extension! There are times when it provides accurate marketing tools being used by companies which was useful for identifying ESPs. The occasional logging in and out can be annoying at times but other than that, the UI is easy to use. Pulling contact info has also been really helpful!

The Zoom Chrome extension is like having a super power. Finding decision makers and their contact information was once a massively time consuming part of our process. Additionally, it lead to new reps cutting corners and engaging with the wrong contacts at companies. Having access to contacts on demand is an improvement that I couldn't have ever imagined in my wildest dreams and has shortened the time from identification to engagement incredibly. Absolutely my favorite part of the Zoom system.

The Zoom Info extension offers a quick way to see insight into the company. I have found that the information is not always accurate to the full page search.

Love the ability to scrub direct contact info whether it's on LinkedIn, a company website, or within our Salesforce CRM. It's a must have for any type of Sales Development teams to have in their tool belt.

Zoominfo extension has made my job really easy with easily adding key accounts and contacts in my CRM. Great ease of use and connects with multiple other softwares I use.

The Chrome extension is extremely handy and I use it every day. I don't particularly like the automatic pop up when highlighting info as it seems a little more intrusive... A right click search would be fine as an option but not an automatic popup.

The newest update of the ZoomInfo plugin has been crucial in speeding up productivity. The ease of the UI and capabilities within allow users to easily pull up any company or contact and eliminate changing webpages or tabs.

This tool has helped me save a TON of time while prospecting, honestly can't imagine my routine without it.

Use ZoomInfo in conjunction with Sales Navigator and it saves me a lot of time. I use Sales Navigator b/c profiles are usually more up to date than ZoomInfo but the combination works really well together. No five star because there is a good amount of contact data that is incorrect but I honestly wouldn't be very successful at my job without it.

This extension is a huge timesaver for prospecting. You don't have to leave the page, it predicts emails that aren't available and it gives you 25 similar companies to view. Love love love this extension!

So, having been in sales for many years one of my ever frustrating battles is finding relevant contacts and their emails and phone numbers. I have used several services yet the best by far is ZoomInfo! ZoomInfo provides so much relevant information from org charts to personal phone numbers which in a Pandemic has been the difference in speaking to someone vs trading emails. Thank you ZoomInfo!

The best contact searching, extension, and buying signal app I have utilized. I have tried to use other ai extensions like Lusha, seamless.ai, rocketsearch, etc. and none have been as easy to use and pull lists from that integrate with Salesforce like Zoominfo does. I love how easy the extension is with Linkedin and Salesforce that can get my contact's number and email very quickly. One thing I wish was available is that every lead/contact had a linkedin feature so I can know about their past roles.

Perfect Integration with Chrome and makes finding new contacts, leads, and accounts so much easier vs having to always rely on the web version. I highly recommend any outbound prospectors install and use this extension. Our entire team uses the extension and we always find the new releases to be spot on. Great job!

Out of all of ZoomInfo's Products, the extension is the best. Things I like: being able to directly export contacts from LinkedIn with the extension open. Sync multiple contacts at once (batch upload can cause issues sometimes and create second account on SF), view of technology being leverage on website. However, I do think there are some rooms for improvement. A few issues: contact's information wont be fully updated or synced correctly. Have to manually edit contact on my system which ends up creating more work if I had not done it manually to begin with (2/10 contacts). Not able to manually edit contact name on the ZoomInfo extension (if i know data is incorrect I am not able to manually edit for my own transfer, only able to flag on the extension). Log In doesnt work seamlessly. There are days where I have to log in multiple times to be logged in (sometimes i am not able to log in at all). There is some sort of issue with it, does not recognize i am trying to log in. For the combination of these reasons I will rate it as "okay." It's nice to have but I could go without it too.

ZoomInfo's LinkedIn plugin and connector with Salesforce makes my prospecting workflow extremely simple, and gives me lot's of time back every day in my schedule. ZoomInfo is definitely a must for every outbound sales team that wants to hit quota!

The Zoominfo plugin works great and as advertised. Yes, sometimes the data isn't correct but the plugin feature saves time and is easily accessible. Would recommend installing the plugin for any sales-person.

The extension makes it really easy to look up more information on contacts. It can be slow to load, though.

Very easy to use. I get more accurate contacts here than the other platforms. It's quick and helpful to export new contacts into HubSpot as well. I've been using Zoom info extension for over a year now and I have been experiencing alright results, I wish the contacts were updated more frequently - I tend to look for upper management titles and information

ZoomInfo makes my job soooo much easier. I've been using the tool for about 2+ years and the plugin integrates so well with my workflow in LI Sales Navigator. The information is usually accurate and it has helped me source many opportunities for my company. Don't know what I would do without this tool!

Extension is great! Love it - never going to be perfect, but ZI has made it significantly easier for me as a BDR to get in touch with the right prospects, at the right time.

Same frustrations as many other users before me. I want to love ZoomInfo and actually wanted this tool desperately in a previous role. This tool is only helpful 50% of the time and has no follow up on the bad information that is in there. We are able to mark and suggest changes to various fields, but there is zero follow up. When DiscoverOrg was stand-alone, and information was incorrectly listed, they had research agents that would reach out and state the actions they took to try to correct the information and they would also REMOVE bad data the site and let the end user know. I've spoken with people who have been retired from companies - and have been retired for several years - as high as 6 years in some cases!! They've even updated their LinkedIn profile to reflect that they are no longer with the company but ZoomInfo has not circled back to check. I also constantly run into people who are listed at an extremely low level, like "Analyst" but they've been promoted to Director or VP for the last 3 years...!!! People I've overlooked because they're incorrectly listed in Zoom. And, while I know no database is going to be 100% correct 100% of the time - I quite often run into bad numbers, disconnected numbers, wrong numbers and like I previously mentioned, folks with very incorrect titles and companies. Extremely frustrating since this is the main tool my company has invested into. I have nothing else but Google to assist me in my searches and I know that's not a Zoom Info problem, but since I am heavily reliant on your tool, I would hope that some of my concerns would be heard and addressed.

Excellent! it allows you to get really useful information regarding candidates or companies just by using one app, is extremely intuitive, efficient, is a really good investment!

I'm a multi year user and fan of Zoominfo's app and extension. Highly efficient and informative. Very much increased my gathering of prospect data - individuals and companies. Now quickly exporting into my CRM. I use it everyday. And the accuracy of the data is ever increasing - better than other platforms I've used especially in SMB.

ZI's ReachOut extension is one of my favorite tools to use when researching companies to prospect into. Having the option to pull a prospect's contact info from the ZI database while looking at their LinkedIn profile saves me a ton of time. The predicted email feature is also a nice touch.

Really like using this plug in as it speeds up my day and is very easy to use.

It's convenient ... when it works. The bigger issue is that their data is typically not correct and that's what you're paying for. I don't understand why, but the extension oftentimes doesn't have contact info until you open it up, and even then you're lucky if the data is correct 50% of the time. Old titles, old mobile #s, personal email addresses are in short supply ... and they charge a premium for this service. Shop around folks. There are better services out there.

The extension is very handy, allows me to get details on an organisation, their revenue and specific details. If on LinkedIn on a particular lead, the extension can get their accurate details within seconds. This is a huge time saver and has come a long way in the recent years. Highly recommend!

I use ZoomInfo daily in my prospecting. The plugin has given a huge quality of life improvement by allowing automated syncing of new data into our CRM, with the ability to request an update to the contact data. All in all, a great tool for any BDR, SDR, AE and anything in between. I highly recommend it.

Zoominfo has put me on the prospect 8/10 times with a correct cell phone number even. That is remarkable (slightly creepy) but saves me so much time and makes me more efficient with my day and prospecting.

I'm in executive search and use this tool on a daily basis. It's had a real impact on productivity and sourcing contact info of target candidates much quicker than having to go through a manual search. So while it's overall a helpful tool, it does occasionally (I'm talking maybe 5-10% of the time) pull the wrong info for some people I am pulling data on. A minor wrinkle in otherwise a great product.

This extension is super convenient to use. It is a quick access to information without having to switch to a new tab. Sometimes the extension does not work and sometimes it will not give me information that I am then able to find on the full ZoomInfo site.

I use the ReachOut tool all of the time. Whether I am in my CRM or on a client / prospects website, I click the ReachOut Z and it gives me company statistics, the contacts I'm interested in, the technology they use an more.

Zoominfo's extension comes in handy daily. Whether I'm looking at a prospects website, Linkedin or in our CRM this makes it quick and easy to find the info then connect!

I'm on ZoomInfo daily! It's is one of my favorite extensions to use for gathering contact information across companies I care about. Super convenient because I can be on any website or Linkedin page and the extension will pull the most up to date contact information. Mobile numbers (if available) are very reliable. It's also great that it exports details straight into my CRM. If you're looking to gather contact or company hierarchy information, I would highly recommend ZoomInfo above other similar platforms.
