This is a great tool which I've been using since last year. Although it stopped working recently on the Rightmove, Simon and his team soon got to work making the changes and got it working again within a couple of days. Simon also responded very quickly to my query about it not working. Keep up the good work Simon

A great extension for potential investment properties.
Tool is great for analysing property potential. Suggested addition would be LHA rates for that property. I appreciate rental is shown but LHA as well would be great.
