Just downloaded it recently and it is AMAZING!. Highly recommend, Especially if you are facing the same problem as me, which is that nowadays YouTube gives 2 ads out which the first one cannot be skipped.

While it is clearly better than the youtube-only predecessor: It crashes repeatedly, could be the Chrome browser updates, and it took less than 14 days for malware to be no longer blocked by this suite. Means: Popup-ads and redirect-ads (buy this, download that) happen again.
It is good overall, needs to be able to block the injected adds from youtube unblocker and such then will be 5 stars
The extension itself IS an ad for Nord VPN, and it inserts pop ups into your pages, defeating the purpose. Absolutely avoid.
YOU HIDE THE DATE OF THE YOU TUBE PLACING YOUR ADD. PLEASE PLACE THEM WITHOUT HIDING THE CONTENTS OF YOUTUBE.

It was wonderful until the last update. Since then, it still works wonderfully in blocking ads, but it started to show pop-ups with ads for itself. After indicating "Never show this again", it showed again. So it was time to vent my mild frustration here. I would still recommend this extension, unless you can find one which does not promote itself.

Incredibly basic and glitchy adblocker. You can't whitelist sites, which, after blocking ads, is the second thing you need from an adblocker. Unnecessarily disrupts certain functionality on websites too, e.g. certain pages on IMDB wouldn't load because of this. Have now removed it and reverted to other adblockers, ones I know and trust.

Yeah, does not block ads on all sites. I just got 3 ads on a movie site. And I think it's bugging my YouTube out. I will probably uninstall. Edit: So this ad blockers definition of blocking ads is to show a black screen that says "This has been blocked"? Genius. I still get ads but instead of the ad playing I get a black screen with some text.That's not blocking an ad! This extension sucks.
Has worked as intended. I haven't ran into any issues so far.

A few days ago, I downloaded this blocker to chrome and removed all the several blockers I had previously included from chrome extensions. It works very well and without stress. I think it is a very good product.

I mean it works ,but if it tries to block an ad on spotify the whole app glitches and you cant play anymore songs because its stuck on a blacked out ad
Sometimes, this adblock does not block the ads, plus, it responds to ads way to slowly. Do not recomend.
WOW. Way too much lag. It's like I'm back on dial-up. It's not worth the speed sacrifice. I wish I was over exaggerating too.
I guess one way to block ads is to block EVERYTHING. Which is what this did. So, if you think that Google is a site you want to block, then by all means, install this extension. Then again, it slows down your browsing so much, that you are way better off just letting ads load.

Heavily slowed down my browser, it kept freezing and being unresponsive, mostly on google sites.

It works but slows down web page loading too much for me even on a relatively uncluttered and speedy home PC. Affects my netbook the same way. Will keep the extension switched off and try it occasionally to see if it improves.
Exactly what I needed great improvement over the original build.
It's DRAGGING my computer TOO SLOW.
it reload the AD takes 2 to 3 seconds which is very annoying.
Locked up Chrome when launching, also tends to cause it to crash Chrome 2/3 times when launching, seems to do well enough blocking ads.
Im giving it a 5/5 because i have no more pop ups block all ads on youtude and every where this is so good keep doing a good jod
Not only significantly slows down Brave and Chrome, but also make them crash all the time. Brave doesn't reopen most of the time which is the main browser I use for work. Uninstalling right now.

Like many others, I found this to be less helpful than uBlock Origin. AdBlock Suite may have disabled ads, but it left their large rectangles there as well as HEAVILY slowed down Chrome. Maybe in the future it will have things like the element zapper in uBlock Origin (Where you can get yourself into trouble, if you aren't careful), to remove many things you may find unsightly/annoying, but for the time being, it is very basic in its function that I've seen. As such, it is being uninstalled in full.
Had to remove the addon as it was causing chrom to freez and crash. after desableing all the extentions and enableing them 1 by 1, it was narrowed down to this one. Shame really. it worked quite well untill recently. Chrome and the computer would freez up and crash when enabled.
I normally jump all over ad-blockers as they are the greatest thing for internet browsing. However, since installing this extension, Chrome locks up. I tested this on 3 different systems. I launched Chrome with extensions disabled, blocked out this one and relaunched it like normal and Chrome now works just fine again. I do hope they get it optimized again, but at this time... NO!!!

I installed this and it does indeed stop Ads on everything including freevee on Amazon Prime Video. But here's the thing, since installing Chrome goes to "Not Responding" from anywhere between 20 seconds to 45 seconds, Sometimes just straight up crashing and closing. Now I'm going back to Ads on Amazon Prime Video because I really can't deal with this crashing my chrome every time I open it.

I've had to remove it within 24 hours of installation, it may or may not remove all ads etc, but it does slow up & or break websites, Ebay, for instance, became impossible to use ;(

This ad for this extension popped up on my screen and would NOT go away until I installed it. I didn't want another ad blocker as I already have one. Very annoying. Also, it's not working on YouTube. Ads are still appearing.
