it would watch the add then skip it when possible for you
It's a slight Simpler version than the rest. Looks lighter but does the same heavy work. Recommended if you like the light look otherwise it brings the heavy to knock ads out!
Gives MORE ads instead of less! The extension hi-jacks youtube and promotes its own adds! This is a total scam. Why is this even in the chrome web-store??
After running this extension I couldn't skip any ads or anything it just gave me more ads!! Then I scanned it and it came up with PUP (potentially unwanted program) Me and my little brother were just trying to have a nice evening WITH NO ADS!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD (Or at least in my option you shouldn't)
... i installed this "adblocker". shortly after i ran a system scan via malwarebytes premium & it flagged AdBlock Max as a PUP (potentionally unwanted program) PUPs include spyware, adware and dialers, and are often downloaded in conjunction with a program that the user wants. PUPs can negatively affect a computer's performance while being an annoyance at best, and at worst, they can introduce security risks.) i informed google as well. it's a shame, i did like this popup blocker...
Not sure how it works for other sites but does not work for twitch as of 11/15/2022

after enabling, affects the download / upload speed of the browser (almost inactive), in addition, it also loses the ability to translate pages from one language to another on chrome.
the adblocker was decent, though it removed the skip ad button on youtube and recently has failed block some ads on certain websites.
SOMEHOW THIS BLOCKS SPOTIFY ADS, AWESEOME. I have this and another big ad blocker and together they get rid of everything.
Didn`t Work.
Instead of making the youtube ads disappear it made the skip ad button disappear instead making it worse than not having the extension.

It is very good, worth installing to be honest it does ask for donation but thats only once in 2 years so i dont have a problem.

I should say my Chromebook loves it, my computer has never run so fast and blocked ads while pulling only 60 megs, keep up the great work, have one happy machine!

This works really well! It blocks all the ads and never mistakens something else for an ad. It shows you how many ads it has blocked and in just a few months, it has blocked 300,000! They also have a lot of nice settings, such as: - Blocking remote fonts - Blocking JavaScript - Blocking cosmetic filtering It lets you turn the ad block off for specific websites. I highly recommend this ad blocker!

i cant complaint it one of the best i have used so far at all several that i am using along with it, i always other as back but this is my primary.

I really like the blocker but it's annoying that an ad-blocker has these annoying pop ups nagging for 5 star reviews and to contribute money.

mira vamos a ser claro, yo no esperaba mucho de esta app, pero sinceramente fue la mejor opcion, super se las recominedo y creanme que no recomiendo cualquier cosa. hay que probar para ver que es verdad, que no te mientas y que no te cuenten mis amigos.

I have only used it for a day and I love it. I was using the other Adblocker, but I noticed that I would still get pop-ups on some sites and at times forced to pause Adblocker in order for the video to play. Asblocker Max seems to find a way to get rid of those pop-ups without me having to contend with any message about needing to remove Adblocker to watch the video.

Who and why gives this scam extension 5 stars? It is almost exact copy of uBlock Origin with a only difference - annoying popup screen to buy crypto currency by following a referer link which pops up every day and cannot be turned off. My guess it does not happen to everyone, for example, on one PC it did not pop up at all, but on the other every single day. I guess this is done to get higher rating from users who are lucky not to suffer from added pop up. Anyway, this extension is pointless and untrustworthy, just download uBlock Origin instead. The author of this extension was lazy and did not even bother to rebrand help pages or links, or change GUI. They just stole uBlock Origin, added pop up with their own ads, changed extension name in few places, and called it their own.
It does what it says, too bad most people can't be the same way.

Scam. I have no idea why this is so highly rated. This is literally just uBlock Origin (none of this original code) that popped up asking for donations in crypto AND THEN another pop-up linked to his Paypal. None of this is even his original code. Scam from a Chinese code re-writer. Don't be fooled and just use uBlock Origin.

This is a 5 star because, when i go on Now.gg i had adds but when i got this, there is no adds and, on YouTube i don't have any adds and its YouTube premium but for free!

Some ad blockers have more pop up ads trying to sell you their upgraded pro version than the actual ads they block. This ad block doesn't need an ad blocker to block its ads. It does its job quietly. Nice.
