i don't usually write reviews but this is such a great extension, I was initially just searching for a reliable recap and intro skipper but this is a whole package of that and much more that make for a much smoother experience and I appreciate that you seem to really listen to the users :) thank you for this!

love it and been my main netflix extension...would be 5 stars if ratings were more aesthetically pleasing and loaded without you having to hover over title before they appear as can be seen below: shorturl.at/juTZ8

i loved this extension earlier but this past week i having trouble in subtitles they are showing duplicate subtitle with the original one in the screen. i am not able to disabled that. i have also tried this extension in different browsers but still this problem occurs. Netflix is working fine the other browser where i have never install this extension, i think this might be some bugs. can you guys please fix this up. this extension was the best to chill except this bugs.

Simply works

Like it much including aggregating multiple review sources to best make sure you see a rating. BUT it doesn't show ratings for A) Episodes of a TV series (see example below). B) The many movies shown on each movie info page in the "More Like This" section such as for netflix.com/title/80174608 as an example. Please fix these.

To whoever created this extension, it works really great and impoves my Netflix experience a lots. But I really, really love it if you would add this feature: The ability to hide the video player controls completely. The video player controls take up 1/5 of the screen when you pause or forward/rewind the show. When the video player controls shows up, the subtitles would jump up a notch and down a notch when the video player controls disapears. Overall, it's kinda annoying. Love it works as advertised on the brave browser! Thank you for your work! One request for the developer(s), would it be possible to add an option to 'Don't autoskip intro on first episode in session' I normally wanna watch intro's just one time when I first start watching but then have them skipped and I'm a lazy baby about doing it myself.

It works cross-wide on all web-browsers I use with a small exception of Edge. It works in Edge but only if it's installed via Chrome Web Store. At first I installed it from the Edge Add-ons. It didn't work, had no impact on Netflix movies at all. Then, I enabled Chrome-Web-Store, installed Netflix Extended and - Voila! The app turns out to be really helpful to avoid the "Are you still watching?" pause, removing intros, recaps and disabling the mouse volume control which is pretty annoying if you use a laptop touchpad. Thank you!

It was not showing the ratings until i enabled it from settings. Only problem is it can not find ratings for some movies. For example for these two: tt16379224, tt15216504

Overly complicated feature set, doesn't even save your settings in between episodes, GUI hangs over the show and building into the playbar obscures content whilst you fiddle with a million needless options. Awful, avoid.

loved this for quite a while but recently I can't seem to get in and change any options... have to disable it completely.. annoying

I absolutely love this addon, it's even better than the Firefox one I was using before. One question though : how on earth do I set it to automatically allow access on all pages rather than only on netflix.com?

This is just awesome. Automatically switches to next episodes as well keeps the description of the episode faded. And the new Icon loving it. Kudos to the developer.

Plz remove the green color from button in UI. All buttons are transparent and the green color in the circle is annoying. thankyou

Great extension, without it I couldnt watch Netflix. I have one question though, when you pause video, and the title screen appears, it shows episode description and title, but i have them turned off in options. Did this somehow changed? Also the green dot is on the left edge of the screen, not sure why.

Hi I have just started using Netflix and your extension certainly enchance the watching experience a lot! There's a tiny issue though, the green dot is showing after the windows 11 update (it could still be access on Netflix homepage), could you fix it if possible? Thanks!

The options menu is not available (the text is faded) :( I would want to configure all the features in the extension. However, will not be deleting because the skip intros and outros work!! Most other netflix extensions don't work and i see from the reviews that you are constantly updating the extension so thanks for that! Update: Settings can be accessed by hovering over the green dot that shows up on the netflix home page in the top right corner. Everything works perfectly! This extension has so many good features, I highly recommend to literally any and every netflix user. It's a must-have!!

video speed option doesnt work

Second rewrite: Even with Netflix updates breaking extensions, this dev is on the ball. Today is the first chance I've had to try it out, but this extension works exactly as I hoped it would. The only thing I wish it had is key bindings for adjusting playback speed, like the Video Speed Controller extension, which this one seems to interfere with (they have overlapping functionality).

I watch Netflix on browser just for this add on. Makes life a lot easier. Love it. <3

Perfect addition to Netflix, broken since Netflix had to fix something that wasn't broken... Any word on a timeline when it should be back up and running correctly for the Intro Outro skip?

Best one around, and yes people the new UI on Netflix has broken this for now, but the dev is working on it.

I have no idea what else the extension is capable of (a lot of things it seems, I'll check it sometime), but I've installed it because of a no "off" option for subtitles issue I have on some shows, and it solves that as advertised, so thanks.

Awesome extension. If I could make a feature request? Maybe see if there's a way to mark a show that was cancelled and ended on a cliffhanger? Maybe something user curated?

From what ive seen this extension has high hopes, but i couldnt get it to work for me, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning off and on again, re-logging into netflix and it just wont change anything. If this works i would gladly give it 5 stars but at the moment, i cant use it

Is there a way to disable the status symbol/popup while playing media? It doesn't seem very useful while watching movies. -EDIT: Thanks for the amazingly quick response from the dev! That sounds like a very good option.

I like that I don't have to click Skip Intro or wait for next episode. Had to spend a couple of days with it off (a bug that was quickly solved!) and was really bothered by Continue Watching or intros.

Works perfectly, but there isn't a option to disable keybinds whitch is annoying.

I had to configure the extension several times when I first installed it because I didn't realize that I had to "save" my options. It's very odd to have to save the configuration of a chrome extension before they can take affect. The main reason I installed this extension was the IMDb ratings, which don't show on the movie title when I hover over it, I have to expand the title card and wait for the rating to load. This extension looks good on paper, but unfortunately using it is very counterintuitive.

Skips intro as expected (unlike the top result I found), the subtle green dot is a nice touch

I really enjoyed this until I started realizing that instead of playing the next episode of whatever I was watching, it was playing the next title of a different show all together. I have ADHD and it makes sleep a nightmare because I can never quiet my brain down, sleeping with netflix running has helped me immensely. Unfortunately for me, Netflix wants to make sure you're active at all times..so I figured after Never Ending Netflix gave me problems, this would be the next best fix. It sometimes plays the next episode of the show I'm watching, it sometimes skips onward to an entire title altogether. I don't like the fickle nature of that, because whether or not I'm asleep, I will notice that the dialogue has changed and it will wake me up and the original purpose of me downloading this becomes obsolete. If you're able to fix this, PLEASE do. I love the concept :'(

Loved this extension. Been using for some time already however I think two days ago Netflix has updated some of its UI features or some technical stuff behind and this extension has stopped working for me. Wondering if this is affecting others and if so will there be an update from you? Thanks!

Flawless. Wish it would work on Chromecast (without having to cast from laptop).

I switched to this from a different extension as I had notification of malware. In the description it says that I can change the speed of the movie/show...but I am not finding HOW to do that or that option.

In my opinion, these are the shortcuts netflix should come with by default, cant't believe it does not being a leader in tech and all that... One bug that I have found is trying to unselect the autoplay feature, it simplt turns itself on again. I disabled this in OG netflix but here its like I am forced to do so. fix this and I'll fix my review :)

Very good and must have if you hate netflix's newest practices, love the idea of the rating too! I would also suggest the team to add an option to toggle off all of the netflix originals which are constantly being pushed as real content when most of is filler at best. Fantastic app and thanks for sharing it

prior to this i never really bothered with Netflix extensions other than the Netflix Pause Removal extension to bypass those annoying "are you still there/watching?" breaks... BUT, over the past several days Netflix has broken their native autoplay feature, and since i use the Chrome browser as my main Netflix viewer at home, Netflix Extended is a perfect workaround. thanks! :)

Other extensions similar to this one have had issues with just generally pausing the show when the next episode starts. This one skips the recap, the intro, auto changes to the next episode. Love it! 10/10

After installing this extension adware began opening new tabs as well as another chrome browser. Malwarebytes found 20 + threats which were removed but appeared again. To test if it was Netflix extension, I removed it and did a scan. No malware was found. I reinstalled the Netflix extended did a scan and the various threats appeared again. I let it run and the pop ups continued. I deleted it and the scan was clean. If you want to use this, Know that your browser will be acting without your permission. It did what it said it would but I give it a one because of the Malware

The extension works as advertised. It's a great feeling to have a lazy Sunday and not have to pick up the mouse, watching it skip intros, recaps and outros. Excellent extension. However I have one major issue with it, and why I unfortunately can't use it. I've discovered that if I fall asleep with this running, when I wake up the following day my Netflix gives me the error "Netflix site error". I've phoned Netflix each time and they tell me I just have to wait 24 hours and hope it returns to normal (it does). I've tested on different devices, smart TV, phone, multiple PCs and get the same issue. What I suspect is happening is that Netflix is likely automatically detecting that my account is a "bot" account and temporarily suspending it in an attempt to combat people downloading entire seasons to pirate. After all, the behaviour of istantly pressing buttons must seem suspicious. With that being the case I'd like to request a feature, the option to randomise a delay between when the extension presses the skip button. I suspect this would seem like more typical user behaviour and hopefully avoid these frustrating 24 hour bans.

Finally I can watch Netflix like i want to! great extension!!!! Now get something for google chromecast!

This works flawlessly and is created by someone who must use it a lot! for those having issues, disable your adblock on netflix (you shouldnt need it anyways)

I'm liking it, and it actually works unlike other Netflix rating score extensions, but I'm confused why Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic ratings won't work for TV shows. This is the main reason I got it.

takes so many edges off of the Netflix UI, there's no reason not to use this

I love being able to lay in bed and not have to get up every time to skip recaps or click to the next episode. It's super quick to skip everything right away and saves a lot of time so I can continue enjoying my shows! I haven't experienced any problems like the other people below... I use Ublock origin for adblock and this still works like a charm!

im mostly here for a randomizer feature.. and this one doesnt work.. when the binding is set to r it just refreshes the page. set it to t and it opens a tab. set it to / and it opens a terminal. made sure it wasnt my vimium extension messing with things but it is not.

Hi, the extension works well (most of the time). But when it doesn't, the "auto skip intro" will do some weird thing like keep reloading the intro again and again, and i have to manually click on the time line bar to skip the intro (pressing the skip intro button also make the intro repeat).

works well! sometimes it doesn't skip the outro but the ability to skip the episode with the push of a button helps this so not really much of a problem!

It does the job perfectly. A little button on the netflix player which can disable the extension is a nice touch! Bravo.
