I have been a paying customer since 2015 and just disconnected today. Has been very spotty lately, disappearing, not tracking even though i have all updates done and keep reloading it, turning it on and off....to no avail. I have hubspot on another mac and it seems to be humming so that is where I am going...was a good run, enjoyed the product but too many bugs today...i paid for 7 years and the product got worse with time.

Yesware is really an amazing tool to track your email and run campaign.

Would love for it to work consistently, but continues disappear in both Google Mail and Calendar.

I was using another program for a long time and then it started having issues with tracking so I got frustrated and canceled. Boy I am glad that happened as I would not have found Yesware which is amazing, it does so much more tracking than my last program, super easy to find things and it cost LESS! I love it

Essential for Cold Emails. If you're sending individual emails then it's a great tool because you can see who opens it. You can cold call the ones who open if that's an option. The only problem is that it doesn't integrate with my email software so if I send cold emails in bulk, you can't track those emails. Apart from that, it's a great service and it's easy to set up.

This extension has given me more time back to do other money activities in my business! Love it!

can't rely on to work. pricing changes. always trying to upsell and add to other accounts. was a great product, pretty meh now.

I shifted to Yesware from Hubspot and it's been a pretty productive tool. The reporting features gives you an insight into the numbers efficiently. I recommend Yesware, great tool.

Yesware is really an amazing tool to track your email and I really love it.

Yesware made it super easy for me to schedule meetings on my calendar (which is super helpful when your calendar is literally packed and you don't have time to constantly check when you are available). They made it so easy for me to create different campaigns to nurture my leads so that I could hit my target and made it really easy to share with the rest of my team. I had used tools like Outreach before and while that was fine, for some reason, Yesware just felt more intuitive and I felt like I had a bit more control over my campaigns, activity, etc and it was really seamless integration to SF. Previously, I had systems that wouldn't sync as easily to SF but yesware did sync every time which made it awesome for my SF maintenance (which any salesperson knows can take so much time). Overall, really pleased with the product and extension! Made me more efficient as a salesperson and really became really helpful for my visibility as to how clients were engaging with content I was sending.

I have been a customer of YesWare since 2014 and really appreciate both the simplicity and breadth of its functionality. While YesWare could be a bit redundant with some modules of common CRM tools, I still favor using YesWare for email outreach and tracking. Templates are great, customization of multi-touch efforts, and links and attachment tracking options are also very useful. I highly recommend this tool.

Yesware has made my work way easier especially in cold emailing and tracking people's activity on my emails. I however think sometimes it gets the locations wrong, something you should look into or atleast explain

My company has been using Yesware for a little over 2 years now. My team shares a large number of templates and we are able to quickly schedule campaigns to go out to our customers, with the option for multiple touches if needed. It also provides an at a glance click tracking and number of views which really helps us determine who to follow up with and who will need more nurturing. I highly recommend Yesware to anyone looking for a quick, easy-to-use solution for email campaigns and email tracking.

Yesware has saved my life for years now. I first used in 2016 at Teach For America. It allowed for easy follow up communication and has been greatly improved since then. Upon joining Girls Who Code, I was able to transfer the entire organization from Cirrus to Yesware for far superior features including a reminder for a future date and integrated scheduling links. We are so grateful for the analytics features and templates! Thank you, Yesware!

Yesware is a great tool that provides valuable insights and saves me tons of time with their campaign feature. It is so easy to use and has helped me take a more data driven appraoch to my daily sales tasks which has yielded alot of success!

Doesnt work, I test sent email to my second email wont even see that I have opened them, using chrome.

It is helping me scale my outreach and stay on top of follow-up. I've already recommended it to some colleagues.

Seems promising but here are the issues: - For gmail it shows same IP address irrespective of where it's opened. Say an email opened in US and from Australia, both shows same IP address. It doesn't show location details as marketed in the promotion. - The device information is inaccurate. - If you send an email from macbook chrome and go and open the send item on the iphone gmail app then emails are shown as read. The email was sent and opened from the same sender account but sent to a different recipient account. Tried it with same wifi as well as wifi and data. Team need to fix all these issues to give full 5 stars. -

I like that it helps me save time with email automation and that I can move recipients from one campaign to another. I would love to see an update on 1. Detailed report of the email/recipient activity and be able to download the report, not just the number of emails sent. I find it time consuming to click Prev-next to see who clicked or read my emails. 2. Maybe a separate dashboard is cool like MixMax? 3. When creating an email, you'll have the option to save that as a template Thanks and looking forward to your product update. :)

We tried many, and this is the most reliable and easy to use email tracking too out there.

I have been a Yesware user for years and I couldn't work without it! It enables me to see who has opened my mail, which helps me be more proactive in my communications.

Invaluable for my business, in creating templates for emails, and tracking who and where an email was opened.

I love knowing if someone has opened my email, then I can reference back to it or call them to follow up. I am sure there are lots more tools hidden inside that I haven't even got to use yet, but this alone has been very helpful to know that my messages are being opened.

Briliant app and service, well worth the $30-40USD per month in the significant time it saves you. The product team are very engaging in new developments too.

lots of conflicting issues with gmail, and other apps I use its been stopping me from sending mail at times. gmail will just time out the actual tool is great, when it works The work around is to delete it and add it... but Ive been doing that 3x a week lately not cool

It is a good product that does what is needed. But just one concern about the privilege needed, why does the app needs to be able to permanently delete emails from my account ? Any one knows how to revoke this privilege?

This is one of the best programs I've installed to use with my Gmail. The templates & tracking are the best features and worth the price alone. Definitely give it a try!

Solid product - does what I need

Doesn't work for mac outlook desktop. Customer service not helpful.

My favorite feature is the "Book a Time" It saves me SO SO SO much time. Today it disappeared for some reason - maybe the recent upgrade by gmail? I hate that I cannot chat live with a Yesware Support person but instead have to submit a ticket. I already have more functionality than I can use so I don't need to enterprise version. I'd be willing to pay.

Great product and really helpful in maintining templates, add reminders and automate emails. However, I feel the extension slows down gmail drastically.

Yesware is amazing in my opinion. It gives enterprise level tools to your average everyday small business owner. It is an indispensable tool that could benefit any business when used properly.

Yesware saves our organization mounds of time by giving us a quick way to sync contact details to our CRM and by allowing us to dish out pre-made templates again and again. Yesware allows our sales team to scale... cannot live without it!

I'm a huge fan! Love the reminders I can set for follow up and the new campaigns feature. Your marketing emails are great too. Biggest new thing I love is booking calendar times.

I don't know how I ever LIVED without Yesware! I'l never go back to the Before Yesware times again.

I don't know how I would get anything done (and remember everything) without Yesware. I love it! I use it mostly for the reminders and the delay send. Fantastic.

easy to use, great insights

Just started using this package and I really do enjoy it. Not only are notifications (if you want this) immediate but you can report on clicks in your email (and send follow up or other nurturing emails). There seems to be a glitch in the printout of these reports (only the first two pages show up) but overall I'm very happy with the package. Additionally, I use the book an appointment with me in my emails and it worked!

Doesn't work with chrome on Mac for me. Works fine on my chrome/windows.

It's an incredible tool and it works

Switched to Yesware from Prosperworks...cheaper and more reliable. I've not been unhappy with it at any point since switching. Works well for me and the features are helpful in managing communications and reminders to touch base.

A great, affordable solution for email/click tracking.

There is no one to contact and I cannot find my yesware dashboard at all. All I keep getting is the page to upgrade. Nothing is being tracked. I will upgrade my rating if someone can reply to me quickly.

I love the possibilities with templates. Scheduling is also good, although I'd like to see the option "Send in 1/2/4/8/12/24 hours".

absolutely awful, cannot make calls, cannot send manual emails. please be aware before you purchase this for outlook. its all drift automatic emails. terrible terrible service compared to the gmail version. DO NOT BUY IF USING OUTLOOK

Yesware didn't work for 3 months. Asked to cancel and prorate a refund. REFUSED, so I had to dispute the charge which my bank mediated in order to get the prorated refund. Terrible customer service and an OK product.

awsesome., powerful sales tool and I only started using the templates. the ability to know when prospects review your email is extremely helpful in knowing when to check in next.

The data it gives is hugely inaccurate. I've tested it a ton. Unopened emails show up as opened, Emails opened on three devices by two people say they were opened on a single device by the recipient. If you use Gmail especially, steer clear of Yesware.

It's mediocre in it's functionality and the reporting on the Pro level is useless. By all accounts there are many extensions doing the same thing for a lot less money. The only unique thing it offers is a document tracker, not just a link tracker.

Yesware is very nice to have. The biggest complaint I have is that if I am on my phone, and open up an email that I've sent to someone, Yesware treats that 'open' as if the original recipient opened it. This really should be fixed.

Despite uninstalling I continue to see Yesware reminder at the bottom of my Gmail. Nowhere on the site of Yesware any guidance given how to uninstall Yesware Reminders.

Honesty is always the best policy; if you are installing something that will cost you to use long term, then say so. Misleading, strike that, FAILING to fully inform users that this is a trial and will cost you to continue is similar to bait and switch advertisement that was outlawed a long time ago. VERY disappointed in the utilization of these tactics by Yesware! Now I have to Uninstall it and so on. You should rapidly correct this, after all you are looking to grow you presence on the web, aren't you!

Rarely use extensions, but this is a must have if you using Gmail or Google Apps for business emails. Love the ability to track attachments and link clicks without having to change the way I send emails.

Not sure how this extension got installed -- having a helluva time uninstalling it. This is malware!

Recent update is messing up fonts and margins, making text impossible to read. Will get rid of it / not buy until this is fixed.

After last update (July 11, 2017) it's messing with how Gmail looks. I had to turn it off because it changed Gmail font and margins, etc..

Annoy UX! Although I turn-off the start popup, it always display a screen when I open gmail. A stupid UX! And it doesn't work correctly. 1 star!

excellent, useful software

Price-Point Pain. Not a fully featured product until you spend 600 a year. If there was a way to open up features to all users with a tiered-use mechanism, I would see more adoption and better stats on what people value. Good idea, but not financially viable for those that are on a shoestring budget. (Basically those that NEED this the most)

I love the product, now I know when my email was opened when I send to a famous person in my field :D
