It utilizes the ExifTool library by Phil Harvey to read metadata information in the file header of a wide range of file formats. The extension runs on an isolated window. It can read many metadata including EXIF, GPS, IPTC, XMP, JFIF, MakerNotes, GeoTIFF, ICC Profile, Photoshop IRB, FlashPix, AFCP, ID3, and Lyrics3.
