It was ok - it was also working - just doesn't open anymore - removed it re-added it and nothing not even an error just nothing - no blocked pop-ups either just nothing - so not using it anymore.

Is this a supported extension? The last update is over a year ago and the how-to video's gone. I'm trying it because it would help make posting issue info very nice. The screenshots and session info are uploaded to the issue, but I don't see the video capture or notes submitted to Azure DevOps. I see there's difference in access for basic and stakeholder, but this doesn't seem to be one of them. What am I missing?

The idea is excellent!, could be useful to attach a file for a Bug/Task

Hi! I have following problem, after installing extension and trying to make a snapshot error occurs "To capture screen or action logs, make sure Test & Feedback extension is connected to globalfo.visualstudio.com." I tried a lot of things to solve it but nothing works, any thoughts?

I had one issue where it only records 15 screenshot and then it overrides the existing screenshots.. that's the only issue I had. If this is upgraded then I recommend this tool to all my friends. Let me know whether it will fixed in near future

Great concept if it works correctly, doesn't always capture the session. I'll try to create a test case from a session, but it simply doesn't capture all the interactions with the browser, so you end up with half a test case or bug.

There comes a time when in the middle of execution, the whole browser crashes when you try to capture a screenshot. When that happens, Google chrome will no longer respond thus it will exit. If you reopen your test case, it will have a status of "in progress" and you can no longer resume your execution. You have to re-execute everything. It is troublesome when you have more than 20 steps and plenty of screenshots

Extremely powerful and has fantastic integration with Azure DevOps.

JUNK! The tool is a junk! It is literally a lottery to force it to create screenshots, and I can not see any adequate ability to link video recording to your test case! (I use 'Connected' setting i.e. linked it to work TFS server. Usability is ZERO! (I am certified Advanced Test Analyst/ Advanced Tech Test Analyst if it makes more sense).

2 starts just for the idea, but the implementation sucks. video file may or may not be included in the work item type, which you have to download to view. I really want it to work.

Crashes chrome when trying to record a video.

i used to like it and used it all the time but for the last few months it just crashes chrome every time i try to record my screen. Hope this will be fixed soon as right now its totally useless

Version: 1.0.140.4 Browser information: Google Chrome 71 Azure DevOps Services/Team Foundation Server URL: itportal:8080 Comments: Team, plugin is excellent effort as I used it today but one problem which I am facing is that when I saving bug or tasks plugin hangs on and continually saving the bug and after some time plugin close the window and when I again create bug previous bug show with unsaved state. Plus I would like to add 1 new feature in the plugin which is we need to give the option of assigned TO Drop down field as well , bug/tasks assigned to some member as well.

We received the (automatic) update from Google Chrome of version 71.0.3578.80 which rendered our Screenshot capturing for web applications useless. After selecting a ' full screen' option, only a dialogue is shown, without a representation of the selected page to edit. Will this issue be resolved via an update? (our current workaround is to disable automatic updates, remove Chrome installations en reinstall a previous version..) Many thanks!

I'd like to be able to delay the screenshot so I can open combo-boxes and get the contents into the screenshot.

The bug report in VSTS contains screenshots of how the user navigated through the site, and the browser system details. It is missing the urls and the http requests and responses. It would also be useful to have the javascript console contents.

Best extension for screen capturing and easy tools to add markings

There is no way to respond to a "Request Feedback" from under Team Services. In the website I can clearly see that the extension should show the list of feedbacks assigned to me, but no such thing is happening when I try it. (I'm connected properly to my VSTS account). It has potential but the one thing that made me look into this extension is not working.

Fantastic tool and it's great as a standalone tool if you don't use TFS etc. :)

I loved this extension but there seems to be a few issues: 1. After I select "Create bug" and take a screenshot, the capture doesn't get saved properly. I don't see the image in the actual bug in VSTS. 2. After I select "# similar" to find out bugs matching the title, there is no way to get back to adding title experience.

This is a great tool. By default this tool captures the last 15 screenshots. Is there a way to configure this setting to record more screen shots?

It is a great tool indeed. I have one issue though. If the exploratory session consists of screenshots, notes, recording and it was ended without creating a task, bug or a test case, how do we view what was done as part of the exploratory session?

Really impressive and useful tool that can be used by multiple users in the Agile Process.

This is a bit of a game changer, it provides really nice reports with minimal effort. I'm using it in the standalone mode

With the Agile Process, this tool creates bugs/test cases as child items. Test cases that are "child" and not "tested by" do not appear on the kanban board or test sutes. Also if you have set up bugs to appear on the kanban board with stories, the story disappears off the kanban board if the Test & Feedback tool adds a "child" bug to a story.

Good Tool, helpful for testers. But still needed some improvements.
