Absolutely brilliant piece of kit that I use on a daily basis at least 20 or 30 times a day. It does the job and is simple to use. Now added prompts to it to allow me to quicly insert prompts into chat gtp for even better results. Great tool that I could not do without.

I switched from TextExpander to TypeDesk. I absolutely love it. There are a few kinks you need to get over them and a few features missing, but all in all, it is a great product. Can't wait for their iOS and Android versions to come out. If you are someone who repeatedly types the sames messages (more or less), again and again and your team does the same, this is the product for you to use. For sure.
This is such a brilliant time saver, and I wished I had found it earlier! I can save so much repetitive typing and also look up details for payments etc. It is so clever and simple to use with such complex outputs. I 100% would recommend

I love the tool and have recommended it to many friends and colleagues. It is a wonderful tool. I am a professional consultant and trainner and also faculty at a university. I constantly give feedback. Typedesk allows me to configure multiple vesions of a response and quickly retrieve it using just a simple shortcode. Yes, I could have done it by simply using copy-paste, but believe it or not each of the copy-paste transactions takes a couple of minutes. Multiply this by 23 - 120 transactions - and time starts to add up quickly. Typedesk is a timesaver. I am now going to extend its use to include proposals and other items and correspondence where I can use varialbes and versions as well. I highly recomend it. PS. I purchased a license and am using both the extension as well as the desktop version.
I really like this extension. It helps me to organize all my canned responses which I use in day to day life in my work. Handy short cuts helps me to save lot of time. Thanks for Typedesk team for creating this little tool, which can save time to people. Looking forward to see Mobile application ?
This is a very useful tool. It saves me a lot of time in using shortcuts to templated emails, my linkedin, my house address. I love this.
One of my favorite time-saving tools. Perfect for ANY text I use more than once (my signature, answering the same questions over and over again, URLs I have to manually type, instructions and how-tos, really anything I don't want to have to retype), typedesk makes my life so much easier. I use both the extension and paid desktop version. The desktop version rocks. Full UI, variants on canned text, formatting text and adding images... just works flawlessly. I use it daily.

Amazing tool, Typedesk helps me save a lot of time for typing repetitive texts. It also has Windows and Mac app. You can also set variables to set personalisation while sending canned messages. The teams feature is a great way to share canned messages with your staff so they could use them with ease. Great product!!
Have a paid account. Good idea and product. Lousy extension. Extension brings Chromebooks to a crawl. Have powerwashed a few times and installed extensions one-at-a-time. Same results after installing the typedesk extension. Even after diasbling/removing the extension, Chromebooks are still slow. Resolved only after powerwashing.
The extension stopped working and I only see a blank white page with un-usable search function when I tap on the extension right now. I will update my review if the extension starts working again.
Makes inserting canned responses really simple. Highly recommended if you want a simple way to add canned responses to your emails.

Same situation here. Installed Chrome extension, but I find no way to add / create a new Canned Response.
Not clear how/where I can create new canned responses.
