Finally! Just learned what I wanted was called Embed, other extensions seem to no longer work which were called (more intuitively) fill i.e. fill browser, fill window.. This adds a button to the left of the current youtube buttons fill screen, theater mode etc. for Embed which basically makes the video fill the browser window and resize appropriately, THANK YOU. Finally can watch youtube videos sized for browser window just like theater mode in twitch.

This application is the best in world for what it is doing. And it does not even bother you with annoying pop-ups.
