Woodropship is a good tool to manage your products & orders from AliExpress. I had a good experience with their support too.

It's great when it's working but when it's not, customer service chat does not respond and there is no email provided for any assistance! I'm logged into Woodropship, I've downloaded Chrome extension and when I try to add AliExpress products into it. It says I'm not logged in!!! Am I getting any help soon?

Extension doesn't work for me. Installed it and went to aliexpress to try to push products to my store and it didn't work. Contacted support so they could change the keys that I generated, said it would take three hours took 24 hours. Tried it again but still didn't work. Tried to contact them again and about the issue haven't heard back yet. I was really thinking about buying the extension glad that I didn't. I think I'm going to have to find a different extension to import products from aliexpress.

WooDropship saved my life helping get rid of the tedious time-consuming task of manually importing and editing the details of products that I was dropshipping from AliExpress. Now I can import products from AliExpress with just a click. The order placement is also a click away. Great product! Hats off! just love WooDropship and their support is also amazing. The after-sales service is great. They are ready to help anytime regarding anything, Its s must buy and deserves to be in your plugin list.

Very good tool and very easy to use. All working perfect and also their customer support is very good. In future I am sure they will also add 24/7 support. But anyway now they reply in few hours or maximum 24 hours. Defenitely I recommned this tool.

This company is SCAM!!!!!! They promoted that in 48 hours they will deliver the site but took more than 3 weeks, then support is the WORST!!!! Never answer no by email no by chat. I could not cancel my subscription and had problems with my credit card.

WooDropship is a great and quite useful app for my WooCommerce store,Save my time and make more money for my store.

Works perfect for my store. Customer service is surprisingly super now!

the program is good, quick and easy to import and looks greats. BUT if you ever need CUSTOMER SERVICE FORGET IT! The worst customer service I have ever seen. It takes days for them to get back to you. And they don't bother to read your emails if you keep on them. They just keep sending you the same message or don't even bother to answer.

So many Bugs. Bugs rate is very high, Support blame me for bugs. Its not worth to use. after import and publish 30% products shows out of stock. support staff blame me. I Import all as default but they still blame me. after importing 240 products its ask to upgrade your plan.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, stalled my progress for 5/7 of my trail days and literally couldn't do anything because the plugin wasn't integrating into my word press site. Customer service is rude and doesn't actually read anything before answering!

Not worth the effort. I can build a store in 45 minutes or less, fully loaded and ready to go with 1000 products. Still waiting for this to post 1 item. Day 2 of my 7 day trial

Not having a good experience... There is NO support when having problems. Products will not import to store and NO one will respond back to assist. Once this month's membership expires, I'm looking elsewhere

Dont waste your time, customer service is nonexistent, 3 weeks and no response to emails of chat request

When I first signed up service was pretty poor. Replies to emails etc was slow. However, now that I pay monthly, have many products in store and invested a lot of time using their site; customer service is non existent! I have been trying to get hold of them for over a week, cant push products to store, not hit any limits and they just don't reply. Stay well clear and avoid. Not even worth a star

They are really bad with their customer service. I have been trying to get a hold of them for a while. No answers to my emails, or chat. Free version works better. As soon as I pay all the problems start.

I am not able to connect API to the wordpress site. Neither the Consumer Key, nor the secret key gets connected to the Woodropship

Terrible support, no answer on my problem as it does not push to my website till now.

So far, not having a great experience. Found it hard to sync to my shop but managed to get it sorted. I also have a shopify shop using oberlo and find the oberlo button in aliexpress covers the woodropship button and I can't push products to my woocommerce shop. Is this normal? Is it possible to use oberlo and woodropship side by side? Have emailed support for clarification but looks like this will not work for me.

This was a plugin I liked at first. I tried it for 7 days and it seemed to do what I wanted. I then paid for the 30 days subscription which is when I noticed I only had 54 products in my store and most with 3-8 variants. I would have had to have over 50 variants for each product in my store to reach the 3000 variants. support has not messaged me back in over 4 days as of now.

Hated the app and very disappointed, they dont reply to your messages when you have a problem on time, also does not accept visa card payment when its time to renew your plugin. It took them 3 days to reply my message and when they finally did reply they gave me empty promise. Dont use their plugin just purchase Alidropship once and save money

Price and inventory doesn't work. Bad dropshipping app!

Found that the plug and site does not sync the product inventory and prices. emailed support and no answer after a few days even as a paid user. I will go with oberlo instead...

Does not work

The dashboard feels quite awesome, all lot more features can be addded. Functionality is more than enough but can be made better for dropshippers like image editing etc.

The best part is their support and response time. Simply awesome!

The time required to push products is a bit more than Oberlo but I am happy as long as it works. :D

Works like a charm! However, can be made much more useful by adding image editing and automated car payments.

Good product but terrible customer service they doubled the monthly cost the second month and was only able to upload 20 products and they want me to upgrade to the $30 per plan. Not worth the price.

Perfect tool, but it has stopped working for me! It was fine when I first got it but a few days later it no longer syncs with AliExpress. Waiting to hear back from support atm
