Works well until all settings are "forgotten". I suggest exporting settings once they're to your liking. If/when the settings get reset, simply import per instructions. I've been using ver 4.9.1. No updates. Why the reset?

I'm sad when I don't find this extension in other browser stores. It's the only scroll extension I use.

I never use my pc without it for as long as remember. Wont use any other scroll app on my browsers. This and one other apps are my must haves. Thank you

Doesn't work - no arrow appears

Works exactly as advertised. Easy to set up,with no problems whatsoever.

Used to support persistent scrolling to bottom for lazy loading pages now it doesnt .. What happened???!

Loved this extension, but then just stopped working. It no longer appears on the page.

I've had an awful fight to try and "send" a contribution via a Paypal account that hasn't been used for years, that seemed to have been put into abeyance, with different phones and addresses associated that are long gone etc etc. Nightmare. Just to do the "right thing" and give a bit like in the old shareware days of the 80s - if anyone here is old enough to remember that era before our modern saturated online, internet mediated age. (There weren't many of us around in that erstwhile times of Bulletin Boards and email lists; such as Cix here, and Craig's List in the US - and anyone old enough to remember such as compulink, the .apc domains, the association of progressive computing? A time of innocence, high ideals and vision? Like Greennet: @gn.apc from circa 1979/80 origins? Systems which I, now, in this age of communicative abuse think actually worked better noise/signal ratios than present-day "social meeja" with its Total Surveillance Capitalism. Worked better, in a vastly simpler manner etc etc. For e.g. we had better and further -reaching information diffusion and links into the deepest recesses of "underdeveloped" lands, in Africa for e.g, until relatively recently with the rapid, only recent years, diffusion of mobile phones into the wider world. And as I said, without the systemically embedded abuse of privacy and information there now exists). Frustration. Either I've put in the price of a pint of Hook Norton Gold best bitter from our local traditional brewery (est. 1680-something) into Paypal's "send" click field at least EIGHT times, and on each been slung back to the login prompt. No idea if its me missing something and pressing the wrong button, or with the recipient's account...? I've checked "Activity" record and no payment seems to have been sent, but if its not been logged properly the developer is becoming a rich man at my expense... Plus I'd completely forgotten a standing monthly payment to support Wikipedia set up about the turn of the century! So the account has been active despite being unable to access it without being tied into knots. Don't begrudge Wikipedia at all, so will continue (and urge others to do so, despite its travails of persistent "truth pollution" from certain sources (looking at broad associates of a movement supporting corporates and ex-presidents for example). Indeed more resources might help with issues of veracity checking and suchlike. Well.. Its taken nearly 3 hours to get to this point of writing onto the review page, after having an equal struggle to recover useable Google accounts for one I can actually log onto in order to post to this review page... Accounts that haven't been used since, with the earliest, the beginning of the last decade when it was in beta test. (Later it was realised Google was farming email data for commercial gain, and in at least Gmails earliest beta and rollout days, apparent evidence email content was being scanned for analytic marketting purposes). There are a couple or three early Gmail accounts irretrievably lost 'cos the ancient mobile phones of 90s vintage and numbers are long gone as linked recovery devices, as are the ancient 70s and 80s email addresses also associated with Google and Gmail. No idea the system had been set up in a manner as error intolerant, or as user friendly as a cornered rat. Is the world really run by the Devil, where doing the right thing is made so awkward? Does this explain the inverse koan of the motto "Do no evil", of a modern, "natural" monopolist corporation embedded in the communicatively driven new world order? Where is Teddy Roosevelt and the trust-busting Congress of 1900s when we need them, one of the best things the Yanks ever did - and seems so long-forgotten in a mean, dishonest decade, now? Will Pratik ever be rewarded for his contribution to the web page reading public benefit? Ah. Well.

Use it all the time

Using advanced settings I chose the second icon, reduced its size, and increased transparency... and positioned it on the middle right side... I love it.

Simple, does what it says. Seems to be an extension that goes in my permanent list.

I really like it but for a couple of issues. First, I would like to see a down scroll when I am at the top of the page because on some pages I want to go directly to the bottom of the page right away. You have to scroll down a bit to get the down scroll button. Yes sometimes it is there but not always. Secondly, the icon shows up on videos and I don't want to keep closing it to get it off the video...Youtube videos for example...

I got this extension because a few of the sites I use regularly do not have this feature. So far it's been working great! The only thing I would suggest is to have an option where this ONLY shows up for certain sites, not all. I only need it for a few site not every. single. site. on. the. internet. Thanks!

I think this is an essential extension for most users. The buttons are highly customizable and I've found a layout that is almost perfect. The only improvements I could suggest would be to save my settings to my Google Account so that when I open a new Chrome on a new computer I don't have to remake my arrows again. Great work on the app and thanks!

I use it on firefox, but when searching to add it to chrome, there are several others with the same name. you might get more installs by placing your name at the bottom of your name information screen where it says "with love from india".

Perfect, was looking for something to mimic Basecamp 2's feature of double clicking top/bottom corners.

i like the fact that when i'm on my lil mouse pad i don't have to click and hold and then scroll with other finger or hand yes i know they have gestures and so on put what a pain they can be. And the fact it is convenient to just be able to click and be back at top or bottom, not sure if it affects different web sites such as bank, and other sites that have there own back to the top. i have many gadgets connected to computer and i never seems to have them all figured out. simplicity is great and the more the more clouds, accounts, app, doc, etc. The more confused I get! So its nice to have something that is simple and works just the way it should. The only thing i've been haveing a glitch with is the fact it doesn't seem to save my settings all the time. other than that wonderful extension thank you ill send support at a later date. Thank you again.

I am using the Chrome browser for the first time today because, after using FF for more than a decade, I found that FF lacks in listening to the feedback from those that use their browser and the people that make the extensions/addons don't really care what people think. To me, it's all about making as much money as fast as you can. I loved the open source browsers and came to rely on more than a few addons, but when I see that the developers, after publishing their work, seem to forget bout the last one in pursuit of the next, greatest addon. This shows, to me, the lack of respect they show those that would otherwise fund them. The way it is, I might go back to IE.

This is the best extension to scroll to the top (or bottom!) of a page via an overlay button. It's even better than the extension offered by PoziWorld, the latter having a button that does not smoothly fade in or out when scrolling from the top or bottom of a page. Scroll to Top, on the other hand, has a button that smoothly fades in or out when scrolling. You also have more customizability, including being able to use your own "Scroll To Top" button icon! So stop manually scrolling to the top, and get this feature from the future—today!

Not for lazy people at all... rather, for those that are very busy and have dozens and dozens, if not over 100 tabs open at once. Use double-arrow, vertical, with auto-hide! This extension appears to be free of adware unlike some of the other Scroll-To-Top extensions for Chrome. More features and exporting of settings too. Nice Job!

This is great! I guess it would be awesome for lazy people like me to have clone of arrow on the opposite side too! I mean for now we can set arrow/arrows at only one place not both left and right side. :D

love love love this. a simple arrow, but boy oh boy does it ever make a difference when you're on the computer all day!

A very useful addition to the browser, surprised it's not a feature built in already. It would be a 5 Star extension if the icon choices you can select from were a matched group that replaced the 6 that are shown, instead of only changing the main one. That's a very minimal complaint, granted, but it's the type of detail that sets apart the elite (5 Star) extensions from the rest. If that changes in a future update, then my rating will change as well!

This extension was awesome. But now it contains malware. It pushes popup sidebar adverts randomly into various websites I visit, showing consumer items to purchase from SuperFish website. Uninstalled !
