Cant make it through the tutorial because nothing is working the way it says it should...when I highlight text no color bar shows up for example... highlighting text doesn't do anything special. Does this extension not work for chromebooks on tablet mode?
Have to sign in, no other option... and apparently deletes your entire account after you remove the last workspace. After making annotations, a saved card shows "Oops! Failed to load this web page." and there seem s no way to make them reappear on the original URL. Absolutely useless.
Unfortunately, I can't even get passed the 'Let’s set up your workspace' page. There is no response when I click on launch workspace button.
So what is his shortcuts on the keyboard? ‘shift + widow + u ’ this was what i used, i can't turn on/off
The next-gen Notion. 'nuff said.
Why do I need to signin to edit PDFs?
This is a really great solution its just that it doesnt work. When i click on the qoute i annotated it doesnt show the comment i left on it. its completely broken. It's not letting me view the comment i made. Please fix it.
its a rlly good extension it works rlly great and it keeps my stuff organized very well for gaming .
This is going to help my internet studies alot.
Nope. Wouldn't load a PDF 10Mb. Wouldn't let me delete my account.
I love this so much!! As a student, this has been the key to all my research projects especially during COVID. Thank you so much for this!!
your extension have bug it will sometime use many cpu ussage. after i disable it it become normal.
Without a doubt one of the best collaborator tools exist on the net. GREAT WORK GUYS !
I can't highlight/cite local pdf files. Yes, I have given the permission.
A very promising tool for research (somewhere between Diigo and Raindrop). For now it is ok, but for the future it needs improvements. Hopefully developers will improve annotations, tagging, card manipulation etc Keep up the good work!
It disables the backspace / 'click to go back' on a website.
was very hopeful and optimistic about this app, ive been needed a new tool since highlighter was acquired by twitter. But unfortunately ive been stuck in an email verification loop that doesnt connect to or recognize the extension. two minutes from downloading and i haven't even accessed the interface. frustrating.
I love it, but please add a way to change the deadline settings. It's currently set to day/month/year. It is a bit confusing for me and others I share my work with. Please add month/day/year option.
Word. More to come.
Login with Google account did not work on the website, and the extension refuses to do anything without such login.
A weeks worth of research and project analysis was deleted because of a server error and "it seems that it would be difficult to recover the lost data".
Best curation website period. Has almost every unique feature that is so useful i cant say how much i love this app!
I really like the structure it provide to manage the web resources, this is just how I wish my research or projects working and organizing. Thank you very much for this amazing extension.
This app is great for organizing research and outlining projects. It's pretty easy to use once you spend some time with it, the layout of the site is clean and easily navigated, and I really appreciate the library of images that are available to help personalize your posts.
It needs a link to a user guide or tutorial you can go back to and reference when you need it. Maybe I didn't find it. Otherwise, so far so good. Also, are the projects public or private? Update: I am really getting frustrated without a user guide. It's all trial and error and I've deleted work several times because this is not intuitive for me. Other people seem to love it, so that is great. I can't use it. Sorry.
Additor is really well thought, wonderful solution to conduct internet research, store and organize results. It's still in beta version, and it's very promising ! THANK YOU!
I loved the app! It would be perfect for me if I could attach larger PDFs.
Loved it at first, but now frustrated with privacy issue.. Can't remove people from projects and can't tell which ones are share and with whom.
Still not used to integrate it on my daily browsing activities but I love how it looks, fresh, light, modern and overall simple... I wish to see more implanted features and the possibility to integrate it more to other web apps maybe or allow the import export of data or just managing it within the app to become a valuable resource for data hungry geeks like me.
Loved it and using it for long. Amazing happy and dedicated people behind this great tool. :)
Please make it easier to deactivate highlighting, i dont need that to popup each time i select text anywhere on the web
This is pretty app, but can we add an image in to section?
Awesome application, very light in loading and great UX to manages thing. But here is one suggestion for you Team. Please develop mobile applications also with the same feature. Great job Additor team.
Love the idea of this extension, but it is making my web browser unable to load a pdf page. I am on comodo dragon in windows 10. pls fix this huge problem
Liked it but I am unable to load PDF with additor I am on chrome in linux
I don't know if I have misunderstood the way Additor works. After selecting and highlighting some text or paragraphs in a page, I closed and reopened the page and found the highlights are gone from the page. I tried toggling "Highlighter ON/OFF" but they are still not visible (It only controls the highlighter popup window). However these highlights are saved in my Additor home and I can view them within additor.io site. Is Additor designed this way or is this a bug?
I have never used anything quite like this before. I have been looking for SOOO long to find a decent Chrome extension to help me highlight, annotate, share my annotations without compelling the user on the other end to sign up or install anything, get replies etc AND I not only got all of this here BUT also so much more, alhamdulillah. You have done a FANTASTIC job, ma shaa Allah. I will be so happy if Google considered your extension to be a default functionality of Chrome and paid you loads of money for this. I have a feature request. Right now, when I see highlights it is not easy to find out which highlights have annotations and which don't. It would be great to be able to find it quickly without having to click on every single highlight in the document while I am reading it. May Allah reward you in both this life and the next one for making such an amazing extension FREE for use.
Ugh, I was so excited about this extension. They got everything right...except that it breaks the scotiabank login website.
It's everything that I could ever dream of. Much more convenient to use than Trello and other services i've been using for project management. I'll give suggestions later on.
It's a useful app for you who need to do research online. Just take 10 minutes of your time to learn Additor and then voila! Your research will be much more manageable, and the best thing is that we can add more member. It's like google docs with a trello template
Love it from the 1st sign because of its beautiful simplicity. I even sent Additor Team a suggestion for a new feature and they do answer me back real nice right away. I really hope you guys keep doing your good job and more people know about you
An awesome little extension that does exactly what I want it to do. It's great for students to gather notes and sources online. I'm looking to move away from carrying heaps of paperwork around with this handy tool I'm one step closer to solely digital note-taking. Keep up the great work Dev Team!
It breaks text selection when active.
good
just started using it, very good extension :), Thanks Developer
Perfect app for me. So easy to highlight and bookmark. This satisfies both my personal and professional work. The web app is also very promising.
Additor seems really awesome and a great idea so far. Like others, I would really appreciate a full tutorial since it seems to have a lot of features that you just have to figure out on your own atm. One example: It's hard to tell whether your projects are private or not. There's links for sharing, but I'd like to know when my stuff is private and when anyone who happened upon the link could find it. :)
Great tool for research and project planning. I would like to see the ability to remove projects. Some glitches occasionally noted with highlighting.
This is an amazing app to curate knowledge. Their updates make it even better every month. Excellent way to organize research, collaborate with teams and for self learning. Keep it up!!
I was really interested in testing this app as it seemed very useful, but when I wanted to sign up using my email address, because I was using my gmail account it forced me to do a Google Connect sign in, something I avoid with almost any third party app. I don't believe forcing users to do this is a good practice, I guess I won't be trying the app anytime soon.
Very nice, intuitive and useful one. one problem though I am not able to remove a project (that I created for test) also the tool has a lot of capabilities, it would be great if you have some kind of video tutorial on how to better use it.
beautiful and minimalistic please add night mode in future update.
Absolutely outstanding. Create projects, have posts within projects each with their own links and notes. Seems capable of being able to be a research tool for something far beyond just posts. Very well done and excited to see your progress moving forward.
Bookmarks and notes can be made beautiful in this app. I like this design of the bookmark app the most.
Excellent tool for organizing my stuff and all fine for me. Absolutely satisfied !! If pdf fully supported, must be perfect. I've been looking forward next updates :)
It’s all-in-one clipper. Most of all, it is the simplest one of similar kinds. Also, this app offers its own web which is really helpful to organize the bookmarked.
Horrible waste of time, I downloaded this so I can highlight important notes from websites for my research paper, it would highlight occasionally I'd have to refresh and try again and then if it highlights, saves on occasion wasted me 2 hrs, and only saved 3 out of 15 notes
