Liked: nice GUI, and one of very few re-titlers that make the new name persist through reload, restart, and bookmarking! Deal breaker: works well if the new name is written in as a single line, but I tend to paste in text after copying it from some other text source, and unless that text is only a single line, the extension will not take it. Other than that, this extension would be my #1.

This extension works for me (although rather buggy) in Mac Firefox, but doesn't work _at all_ in Chrome on my Mac. Does nothing at all, no matter how I set the various options. Deleted.

Does exactly what it states. Note that if you want the title to persist while the tab is open, and you intend to refresh the page, you'll want to choose the second option down "Set for this tab."

Doesn't work on all sites, but for the majority it really helps me to keep organized!

Works exactly how i need it, wish the pattern add window in settings would be resizable, but hey it's such a silly thing that it doesn't change my over all satisfaction with the regex functionality! super-duper cool one can match both the title and url!

Superbly executed extension. I was able to meaningfully title tabs for different states where the enterprise timesheet software was throwing back a generic title. The exact match was perfect for [URL]/?query strings.

Hit refresh and the tab name vanishes. gets named as it was earlier.

Amazing extension. Really good amount of options to choose from, and it works well (I use in Vivaldi). Would love if renaming an already renamed tab would keep the current title in the edit box (or the current title would be always prefilled and preselected in the box, so you could add something or just replace it just by typing the new name).

Good good. Tab ReTitle does exactly what it's supposed to do. Really useful for labeling the mouse-over text in my browser sidebar, as not all websites do such a good job of setting an intuitive page title for their web pages/apps.
