What a godsend. It's like hiring an admin. But the admin magically knows the schedule of everyone on your team -- and what can move and what can't. Worth an hour a week of my time. At least.

I love how Clockwise helps create Focus Time for me throughout the week and resolves scheduling conflicts. It does all of the heavy lifting for me, and saves me so much time that I can use doing productive work. Clockwise scheduling Links also makes scheduling time with people outside my org a breeze. Love it!

Love the concept, but I can't use my student outlook email nor my personal gmail. Would love it if it becomes available for students, could be life changing

Could not manage my workday without it!

I found Clockwise through one of their sponsored posts on a YouTube channel, they wasted their money. To use Clockwise requires two things: 1) Installation of the extension. Ok, done that, as confirmed by the emails from Google. 2) Approve access to my Google account in order to sign up. Step 2 is where the problem is. All I get in is an unspecified error. No explanation, just "Sorry, there was a problem signing in." So that's it. There is no link to get some help, no suggested solution, and to uninstall the extension I have to sign in to the account. I get the impression this app is pointless to me anyway because of the assumption that I must be in a team.

Clockwise has very quickly become that service I tell *everyone* about. As a type 2 thinker who appreciates quiet work/focus time, I was looking for exactly the service Clockwise offers. But the pleasant surprise has been how many other features I'm enjoying as well. My one feedback- I just wish it was easier to integrate it within my company. I know other colleagues who would love to use the feature, but I don't feel fully comfortable spamming them with requests to use this app. I wish there was a more engaging/ valuable way to share the service with colleagues that didn't feel spammy.

Apparently, Clockwise does not currently support signing in with a personal Google account? Even though their website literally says "Your personal calendar assistant". Cute idea but terrible service

My organization switched from O365 to Google and this provide similar (and more) functionality to MyAnalytics. I use it to block out my lunch time and focus time. I use autopilot from my 1:1s. All of the events controlled by Clockwise will adjust as needed (daily and sometimes real-time) and try and maximize my or other people's focus time. It does have the ability to automatically color code the meetings, but I wish I could have more control over that and color code them like a Gmail filter rule. Currently they are by type of meeting 1:1, External, etc. I literally just has someone reschedule a 2hr meeting and clockwise just schedule focus time in its place. Nice!

Extension is incredibly useful for scheduling with my team! Really love the slick integration they have into the user experience of Google Calendar itself. I'd recommend this to anyone trying to schedule with other co-workers without disrupting time to focus on personal work.

Really good stuff. The best predictor of how much work i'll get done in a given week is how many blocks of 2hr+ uninterrupted focus time to really grind, and this wonderful app gives me more of those beautiful focus blocks than I'd have thought possible

I've only been using this for a couple of days now but it's been answering all my prayers! such a simple concept well thought out and executed.

Used for a few hours, already loved it. Just seeing how much (or how little) "free time" (aka WORK time) we have, this has helped me.

Love this tool. This is the best tool I have tried in it's class. The team does a great job anticipating how it can optimize your schedule, and make things easier when working with internal teams.

Clockwise has been great at blocking my calendar with Focus Time so that I have blocks of time to work on projects that require more thought. I also appreciate how it groups my meetings together and adjust meetings to increase focus time. It would be great if they could name Focus Time something else or make that a user setting as some of my team make fun of the name.

Really helps a lot with managing calendars, using no actual effort at all. The new teams feature is also a great addition that creates additional insights in how much time the team actually has.

Great idea, but the execution is lacking. It still leaves gaps in my calendar between meetings and is buggy with notifications. Support is slow and not very helpful.

There's no going back to life without Clockwise.

love the way it syncs multiple calendar. it'd be great if it can provide a calendly like feature to suggest best meeting times.

It works great and it improves my meeting organization tremendously.

Love it but I can't join a team I was invited to, for some reason when I click the invite link it doesn't allow me to join the team. When I try to go to my settings and join a team it only gives me the option to create a new one.

Clockwise is an AWESOME add-on to calendar and Slack. I started using it at first when the Google Calendar integration for Slack didn't update your meeting status, but I've kept using it (and gotten the rest of my team on it) because of all the other awesome features. It basically reduces all the administrative work of managing a hectic personal and team schedule. The only thing it can't do is schedule a meeting for me haha. Also, the support team is really great - I've only had one issue after a Chrome update and they were super responsive. I will say, we are a pretty budget-conscious organization, and are not likely to pay for a tertiary app like this. So I will be very sad when they finally decide to charge for it.

It ok, but the configuration is not enough and to nested to be intuitive

Works fine initially but then starts giving "connection error" even though I have good internet access. Refreshing the page and reinstalling the plugin doesn't help. Fixed the issue once when I switched machines only to face it again. Using it on a macbook pro with Chrome.

So good at finding blocks of focus and keeping team in sync

Clockwise has really helped our team recognize just how inefficiently we were using our time and how broken up our days were. Being able to autopilot weekly meetings has made is so that we are able to really focus on whats important.

Completely broke my Google Calendar: buttons became unresponsive, events silently failed to save. Don't install this app.

I love how easy it is to reschedule 1 on 1s to times Clockwise tells me are optimal for both of us, without any need for back-and-forth communication for each one.

I'm a GTD adherent, and using Clockwise has enabled more "flow". Pretty cool and impressive in what it does behind the scenes to free up blocks of time.

When calendaring, I constantly find myself wishing for more from GCal. Luckily the team at Clockwise has granted a lot of those wishes. Rescheduling events as my calendar changes, prioritizing working time during the workday, and creating new events without navigating to different pages, are a few of the features I use daily. Looking forward to more releases!
