Highly recommended. There were some issues, but they have been solved. The developer's willingness to provide excellent customer service makes this extension stand out from the rest.

Great highlighter compared to the rest but would be nice if the "notes" dialog focused on the notes section and not the tags section every time it pops up since I always write notes but I don't always use tags so I have to press tab every time. Not sure if this is similar for other people.
