I haven't had group convert long but so far I've been very impressed by their customer service, which is a really BIG deal for me as in our tech world these days that's hard to find. Most places only provide email or a chat bot, but they've been open to hopping on a Zoom call with me twice now during set up when email wasn't clarifying things and I really appreciate the personal support, especially from Michael! It's this kind of support that will inspire me to tell other people about group convert!

I had a 1:00 pm CST appointment and Michael was on time. He was able to walk me through and correct my setup in less than 15 minutes. Michael is cordial, patient and knowledgeable. Even when he had to repeat instructions for me, he did it in a calm manner and tone. I am pleased with Group Convert and the service they provide. I would definitely recommend them.

Great add on as part of the toolkit to manage and review facebook members in our facebook group. Support was requested and I received a quick response, was able to share screen and work out the problem and find a resolution quickly. Great job :)

I have been developing a few groups and wanted a way to stay more connected with each person who joins. as well as share offers and articles they may be interested in. It takes a lot of work to run a face book group. Group convert at least makes saving data from the three questions easy. It is a great way to collect email addresses and grow your email list

I wanted more control over who I let into my group and who I don't so wanted to ask questions when people request to join, and I didn't want to lose their answers when I approved them, so I went looking for a tool to help me do this. I found a few chrome extensions that do this, but I liked this one the best so I signed up. The onboarding process to get set up and using the tool is great and made it super easy to get going. Now I have the best of both worlds - monitoring who enters my group AND easily capturing them and their answers to add to my CRM. Awesome job Kim - thank you!

Incredible tool. Whenever someone joins my Facebook group they have to enter their name and email address. Groupconvert captures their name and email address, puts it on a csv file on my google drive and then zapier pulls that information from google drive to my email autoresponder and adds the person on to my email list. I'm building my email list on autopilot and every successful online marketer knows, the fortune is in the followup. You should be able to average a dollar a month for everyone on your email list.
