Hi, thanks for the great Chrome extension! Just wanted to ask if it was at all possible to enable a default 2.0x speed if we're cycling through a large number of videos instead of clicking 2.0x each time.

This does not work with Adobe Presenter (HTML5). I will love you forever if you can update this to work with Adobe Presenter.

Would love to be able to go beyond 4x increase, I see no reason to limit it at all. There are times when 8x is needed but I have to use a different extension to do that.
