This is probably the BEST extension for Twitter media downloading. + Working as intended + Updated recently + Actual button on the tweet that blends in without a popup + Customization page with more features + Open Source I previously used Twitter Media Assist, but that hasn't been updated since 2021 and the recent Twitter changes have broken the download button with the addition of the bookmarks button and views. My only requests are: - Saving gifs as .gif rather than .mp4 - Videos require playing before the download button appears at the moment (resolved)

Pretty great overall, just wish you had an option to not download thumbnail/still when grabbing videos, just creates extra pictures I have no need for every time.

I was looking for an alternative to Twitter media downloader extension since it doesn't work when you have clicked the twitter post and this exetension was the best alternative I could find and it also uses the same icon!

Great overall. I have 2 complaints. It was the best! but now all the downloads have jpeg_orig extension, It's useless :(

I don't find a lot of extensions and such that I don't wish would look better or do something different. With doing social media blogging, having the files downloaded renamed automatically is INVALUABLE!!
