                For users of the Wildix telephone system, this extension allows the user to integrate their CRM tool.

The functionalities include the following:

- Screen-Pop where an incoming call will generate a Chrome notification and when the user clicks on the notification it will open a contact record directly in the CRM tool.
- If not contact found, then there is the option to create a new record in the CRM tool
- If multiple records found, then it will allow for the user to select the relevant contact before opening that contact in the CRM tool
- Click-to-Call functionality from the CRM tool to initiate calls to the contact
