                This extension allows you to share your screen when you are calling with someone on www.calltheone.com. It will ask you to share your whole screen or a specific window when you start sharing your screen during a call.

Without the extension you can still have video calls with each other, but you will not be able to share your screen. 

If you try to share your screen during a call, you will be asked to allow this extension for the first time. You need to allow it in order for the screen sharing to work.
