I really enjoy getscreen, makes my business run much easier and smoother. Get support and never had an issue with the program, it has been a game changer for my business.

Very good value for money, especially with the rising cost all around. Software is easy to use for support engineers, and easy to deploy for our domain. Support for Android is a big bonus for us. Will be looking forward to iOS support in the near future. One downside is they currently lack proxy servers in Asia, so the latency can be a little high.

When the family needed help, looked for a solution that wouldn't break the bank! I like how customizable the business model is for different use cases. The same functionality at a fraction of the cost! Glad I found Getscreen.me. Plan on this being my go to product for remote management.

I used to help my colleagues with computer troubleshooting using Timeviewer, but then I find on Appsumo this little app. It's a handy tool for remote assistance. I use it for Remote Support, File Transfers, Remote Training, and Server Maintenance.

Super simple way to help as a support team for any business!

Getscreen.me allowed remote work to be easy because my team could access my laptop without the need to be physically present. I can assign tasks to my team, and they can directly use my device if needed. The tool allows me to finish many tasks simultaneously with my employees' help despite the distance because of the remote work feature. It saves me a lot of time than doing everything by myself.

Getscreen.me is an extremely valuable tool for remote assistance. It’s essentially a screen sharing software that allows you to connect to a client’s computer through a web browser. The web screen sharing feature is a very useful tool as it permits for you to see exactly what it is that your client is viewing. The remote assistance operator can view all open windows on the client’s screen. This not only gives you a better understanding of the issue at hand, it also allows you to show a client how to resolve an issue.

Very good remote desktop & support tool. I was a big Screenconnect (aka Connectwise), but I've found this one to be an easier option. Not quite a good in terms of additional plugins, but it does remote control very well.

I love getscreenme! It's been a game changer for our agency. After years of struggling with other (expensive) and less functional tools, getscreenme has the features and ease of use that we were looking for. I love the availability to quickly and easily access our computers and be able to download files from my desktop while remote. The android app and quick customer support features are the cherries on top!wnl

This is a great low cost product with better security than some of the free alternatives out on the market. A suggestion however would be to bring the branding feature down a level or two as small businesses which do not have many users would still like to see relevant branding given the privacy issues going around at the moment, names are great but this is so easily spoofed.

This is by far the best alternative to other programs that let you be a "viewer" of your "team". No recurring subscription fees and browser integration.

Chrome extension makes easily remote without opening the page + sync to all your chrome devices. Remote is fast and smooth just the quality is lower than teamviewer however is more than enough for remote support or checking something on your machine or client.

Been using a competitor's software for many years until I discovered GetScreen.me. It is very quick to setup and straightforward to use. There are quite a few features that are either being developed or have been submitted as suggestions, but quite confident they are working their way through them all. All in all, very happy with the purchase and looking forward to the updates!

Getscreen.me is an easy tu implement and easy to use remote desktop access software. We use remote desktop software as a tool for support and for remote work. Our tech department uses it to support our other departments on a regular basis. Our other teams use it to access office desktops when working from home or when out of the office. It has been an easy and very adoptable product for us. The rating is based on features vs price over time. Purchased product with a special license that over time will allow cost basis to be distributed. Most if not all features of other products like teamviewer, gotomeeting, remotepc, but with a much lower cost basis. Recoup of cost withing first year.

Over the past few years that I've been providing Digital Marketing services. I've had multiple clients, especially staffing agencies, that see me as they're IT guy. Now I upsell basic IT services to small offices in my local area. Using Getscreen.me has been a huge help and worth every penny. Ill be grabbing a couple more codes. amazing teamviewer alternative

Both the extension and service work great. Offers some integrations and branding which is nice. Works on a variety of platforms and seems they are expanding things. Service is reliable and consistent like you would expect.

I use TeamViewer before and then they kicked me out every time, stated that I was using it in a corporate environment. I then switched to Chrome Remote Desktop. Very good software, but not so convenient! Then I landed on this piece of gem. It's fast, super responsive, and really helpful when I need it. I'm not sure if there's a mobile version yet, but hopefully I can find it soon, then it would be perfect!

It is super fast! I am new to it but I think it will go long way with me and my team, I have small resto bar business and me and my IT can get all the job done at the couch of our house.

It works quite well. Very satisfied customer. I've been able to simply share my desktop and instantly send a link to access and operate a distant machine using their Chrome extension. I was able to brand the link with our firm name, which increased the client's confidence. I believe this is the simplest remote access method I've ever used.

This is such a lifesaver! always wondered how I could access my laptop without bringing it around all the time and this was the solution that worked for me! The other usecase is that i dont have to drive down to my parents home to fix the laptop if it starts to act strange.. can diagnose and fix it right away from my phone or laptop! such a useful tool!

GetScreen.me is an awesome tool to use in our office. We use it to connect our employees computed in the office for when they are out an about. I also use it slightly to help out friends, and family for their quick troubleshooting needs. This extension is an easy shortcut to get into some of the basic connections without having to go to the website for the full breakdown per say.

Great software. I needed a remote desktop application that allowed me to control mining rigs that have no monitors or keyboards, and have their own internet connections with changing IP addresses. Getscreen.me does this easily, I access it from the extension and all of my computers are there and I can connect to any of them from my phone or laptop from anywhere in the world. Honestly, the best RDP software out there and mega easy to use.

I have used many other RDP tools like Teamviewer, Logmein, Windows Remote Desktop. It has much more versatile features. It comes with almost all the features that many other established Remote Administration software tools have. The Chrome extension is very convenient and integrates with Zendesk as well as other help/support apps. It replaced TeamViewer for me for any remote desktop support solution. Great features and simplicity at a fraction of the cost.

i am running and screaming from Teamviewer's draconian practice of limiting my usage because their algorithm thought I was using for business related matters. I help friends and family. Getscreen.me is a great replacement.

A simply great robust solution that can compete head to head with the likes of TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and LogMeIn. Lower costs bundled with some unique features make this a almost no-brainer if you are in the market of a remote support solution.

Getscreen.me is fast, intuitive. The price is great. They respond very quickly. Once I got set up, I was able to figure out all the features within 30 minutes without reading any documentations. This means the developers put a lot of thoughts into the UI/UX. The price is also very attractive considering what you pay to LogMeIN and some of the others. Get this now in Appsumo before the prices go up. Great service; great price; great product.

The product is awesome! A great alternative to TeamViewer. I bought this as a LTD and never really have too much hope on it, but it has turnout to be more useful than I thought. The easy with which you add new devices is astonishing and it seamlessly connects to your remote desktop via browser. At last, I got great features without the high fees that normally comes with it.

I needed a working solution to the high costs of LogMeIn and other tools like TeamViewer that just simply work. GetScreen does exactly as advertise. It works and I'm very happy with it. The branding was a nice bonus feature (didn't imagine I would need it) but it does give a nicer cleaner look to my brand.

Amazing product!! I use this for all of my clients now. It has replaced what I thought were the best of the best. Though those programs were industry leaders, I feel that GetScreen checks off more boxes.

I was hesitant to pull the trigger on purchasing Getscreen.me because I thought I did not need the application. If you have family members that rely on you to fix their computer, you have to purchase this. Instead of providing a walk through over the phone or recording my screen and having them follow along, it is easier to have them launch the program to give me access. Easy peasy. Here are features that I like: Access: Log in to your account and have permanent access to hundreds (depending on the plan you’re paying for) of devices all at your fingertips. This is a serious win. I can hop onto any computer that has a browser or use an app on my phone to gain instant access to all these devices. Access by invite: You can easily share a link for the users to give you access. This does not count toward your permanent access list. File sharing: The ability to share files is seamless. I can repair corrupt files by a simple drag and drop. Price: Low cost solution per device. No matter what plan you select, this is comparable to its competition but comes with more features and convenience. Screen recording: I can record a repair job and share the recording with all the other admins easily. This saves me the step of using another program to make the recording and uploading. Android app: There are two different types of applications for Android. One is a server, which is for your client. The other gives you access to the server. These are well thought out programs. Here are features that are on the road map that I am looking forward for its implementation: • iOS support. • Improve image quality • Improve speeds • Sound is only available for WebRTC connections for now. They plan to add sound for WebSocket connections as well • Multi-monitor support Here are some cons: Slight lag. How slight? I would not use it for playing any first person shooters. Otherwise, for technical repairs or for access to files, this is a non-issue. Android app: There are times when I have difficulty swiping the screen, remotely, from my desktop. The UI needs some work to make the process appear smoother

I have been using this for the last 4-5 months and it has been working on almost all laptop desktop scenarios. This helps me to get to the machines that are behind corporate firewalls. I also tested remote support with auto installation and uninstallation system. Which is very handy as well. They are also keep on improving the product which is one of the best traits you can ask for. I am managing 3 macs and 4 PCs remotely. Occasionally supporting family and friends too. Now they can catch up on this because teamviewer was complex for them to setup!

Getscreen.me is a fast and reliable remote control app. It is used for remote control with multi-touch, remote control with mouse, remote control with keyboard, screen sharing.  I've been using Getscreen.me for a couple of months now and I found it to be the best remote desktop app out there. We were using Splashtop until we ran across this gem! Came across it at just the right time, as Splashtop was starting to have more and more issues. So happy with the move and we are never going back. Excellent product.

After being forced by TeamViewer and AnyDesk to pay for a service that I occasionally use to help family members with their devices I have had enough. The program is amazing and just as feature-rich as its competitors. And a lot cheaper than its competitors.

This remote desktop app is the bomb! I was able to install and connect to another system in about 5 minutes. Getscreen.me is so much easier to use than some of the other remote desktop products. The Chrome extension is very convenient and integrates with Zendesk as well as other help/support apps. Branding is available and hopefully there will be more with the addition of CNAME; will be nice too, but not a deal breaker. I ran a continuous session for over 2 hours without a drop and did a reboot and picked-up a new session with the same PC. It has everything I need to do remote work and transfer files. This has replaced TeamViewer for my company's remote desktop support solution. Great features and simplicity at a fraction of the cost.

Getscreen is working great. Have not lost any connection and the laitancey is very low. I am happy with Getscreen so far. I can't wait for whats more to come.

Buy this tool - its worth every cent! I have been using TeamViewer for almost a decade but with its changing model from a purchase to a subscription, I have been looking around for alternatives and this was something I decided to try - but didn't expect it to be a true replacement. I am cynical and didn't expect something this affordable to let me handle supporting a company spread over 3 countries and 2 continents, but it absolutely did. I have been spending a few weeks gradually installing the Agent on machines I normally access with TeamViewer and held off reviewing in case I had problems. I have had none. This is my new favorite tool

This is going to be a big game changer tool. Not only it works on Windows but they have a beta release on Android as well. Seriously, compare them with any of those remote access tools you will find them not only cost effective but with much needed toolsets. The 2FA security and updates are very much available. Company branding is icing on the cake with logo upload and personalisation.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt this one was necessary. Getscreen.me is the best app I have found so far for screen control, record it while you access client's system, and also get on a call without the other person having to install any software. The interface is easy, and you can even use it on your desktop or mobile.

This program has a great dashboard to keep track of your computers you log into. It's also a lot cheaper than Team viewer by far! I like it.

TeamViewer who??!? I was skeptical about this product when I saw it but thought why not give it a go, they have a few features that appealed to me that I hadnt seen before: 1) Browser based - No having to download any software. 2) Telegram integration - Issuing quick support reguests takes about 10 seconds and I can join from the Telegram app. 3) Branding - Ill admit I haven't looked very far regarding this feature but I really like it, I'll be completely sold when they introduce CNAME capabilities. 4) Beautiful interface - I can't help it but I always judge a book by its cover, I was very pleased to see the awesome UX/UI this service offers. 5) Teams - It is unbelievably easy to add new team members to this system, click, type done! 6) Recording - This is the best system I have tested regarding this feature, it just works! Click the button, there is no lag when starting a recording and you can access the recording via the History section and delete them just as easy. 7) Embed option - I really like the embed option so I can place the join module on my website. I really love this remote desktop. It is very convenient as i just need access to a web browser to monitor the various computers i need to get into. The mobile phone version of this works well. it is trying great as I have 2 young children.

This is, hands down, the #1 remote desktop sharing app I have found online. I switched to Getscreen after TeamViewer thought I was doing business through some automated catching software (I had only connected to one computer?). On that application, I also would have difficulty connecting and staying connected. Getscreen is simple and easy for me and anyone whom I wish to connect to remotely. It is amazing how developed this product is and yet its free tier is so expansive. A few more reasons why I love this app: 1. It's free tier is more than enough for me. 2. The connections are effortless 3. Statistics, like the connection history is a nice plus! 4. The UI is 10x better than any I have experienced from another remote desktop app 5. I can connect in the browser, I don't have to download the client!
