A very nice tool, but not enough to rely on it completely. So, I will summarize the negatives: 1- It read a little more than the truth about the number of sales and reviews of some products. 2- You need to update and re-login approximately every half hour. 3- The graph does not give clear data for 100%.

It's useful doesn't give sufficient data on Australia market place. It's not better than Helium 10 and Jungle scout.

there is a BUG issue as of 5/27/2022 in the saudi arabia Market it doesnt work it ask you to set default location several times without excuting the order !! plz fix ASAP

Good tool to identify sales of products on Amazon. Gives a fair idea of the potential of a product sales and revenue. Moreover, it comes at a cheaper price as compared to other tools.

I found it very helpful. The feature I liked the most about eGrow is it's "Opportunity Score". It gives a quick understanding for the product we are hunting.

The monthly sales and revenue estimates are way higher than reality however it is the only software that covers UAE and KSA.

Purchased Premium Plan yesterday from egrow website but it still shows upgrade and no active subscription. Wasted by Full day. Plus sent me automated response on my billing issue ticket. Bad support team experience. Helium10 support was great.

All I can say is "WOW".
Unfortunately it stopped working and the reinstall does not work on ANY Chromebook I have tried. There seems to be no support from the developer. I liked the tool when it was working. It was about the same as Jungle Scout with a slicker layout In addition, we sell on Amazon and this estimates the monthly sales around HALF of what we actually sell for our products - so it makes me wonder if it is equally as inaccurate on other products.

I am an Amazon seller. I have already used jungle scout and the sales figure are extremely exaggerated. I know this because I checked the sales estimate of my own product through Jungle scout chrome extension and it was nowhere near the actual sales. But when I checked the same details with Egrow, it showed resulted which were very close to my actual sales. Good Job Team Egrow.

Super Extension
The program is amazing and tends to be a lot more accurate than most of the misleading information that you get from AMZScout and other programs similar to it. However, the program does show slightly lower than what is being sold. For example, the program may show it sold only 20 products but the sales amount may actually be around 30. Customer Service: The customer service is beyond terrible. You are not even speaking to a customer supporter most of the time, and the only way to contact them is through email. There is no phone number to call them whatsoever. Their promise of a refund is also a scam so do not trust it. They promised me a full refund if I contact them within 14 days beforehand. I contacted on the 5th day through email more than five times on different days, and they have sent the same exact message over and over again saying I need to discontinue my subscription by myself. However, Egrow does not have that option at all in their menu. Their guidethrough on how to cancel my subscription was to no help at all. I told them to either call me or provide me with their number so I can speak to them personally, but they still send the same message saying I just need to cancel my subscription and that they need my email that was linked to my Egrow account. I provided all the necessary information needed to cancel my subscription, but they never responded back afterwards. The after the 14-day, I emailed them again that my subscription was still up and that I still want my refund. They later replied back to me saying that it was too late to get a refund. Do not expect much customer service help from them at all. Their program is amazing. However, their customer service is very poor and their refunds are a scam. You can get better service at McDonalds than them. I would give it 5/5 if my refund was given and if their response was not a copy-paste of what they previously said.

Both extension and desktop tool is really great !.. They do the developments frequently...You will decide to use desktop tool after using the extension for a short period as I do...and you will not regret...
