I used this to send a text message campaign, and it's incredible. It has really cool and useful two-way text communication: so all text message response come directly to my email. And can just reply back and that is magically converted to text message.

I was tasked with a volunteer project see email via Google Workspace email account. MailKing is a perfect solution! It can mass email my contact list in seconds. Very very useful and nicely done.

MailKing lets me send campaigns and notification emails directly from my Workspace email. Very handy for sending quick campaigns and updates.

Problem with delivering emails. All yahoo emails are bouncing and some gmail receipts do not receive when sent in mass. When you send one-to-one email for the same account the emails are delivered. I am worried MailKing is failing somewhere. We need clarification on this. Our account is paid one with Google Console Admin

It makes mass mailing with statuses and reminders super easy. And they have cool add-ons like polls, surveys, etc.

I use free version to send notifications emails to my team. Very useful.

Fantastic product, however a couple of features missing (they told us they are working on it): - ability to disable link tracking (the link tracking is on by default and sometimes we do not need that) - track of replies for mobile text campaigns

Been loving this extension for chrome. If you are running a business and need to mass outreach to hundreds or thousands of potential clients, this extension is right for you.

This is EXCELLENT. I used this to send a text message campaign, and it's incredible. I haven't tried the email campaign portion yet, but this is really simple to use and I have a 98% open rate, and an 82% reply back rate (so far). Does what it says and does it well.

Our company owns 10 licenses and we have had an extremely difficult time getting in contact with customer service representatives. We've had issues with email metrics for months. Sometimes the numbers would be completely incorrect and other times the metrics would not load at all. When we contacted support about these problems they would take days to respond. When we finally heard back from them they would tell us that the issue would be fixed in a few days, but the issues have continued and we have not heard back from them. We currently have not had email metrics for over 2 weeks and have not been able to receive a solution from the support team.

I'm planning on using this product for event invites. So far the design builder has been easy with the amount of customisation that I need. Additionally their customer support exceeded expectations. I had a small issue that was resolved within 24hours by a real person. They took the time to send me screen captures and was able to explain both why the problem was occurring and how to fix it in laymen's terms.

We have been having some issues and reached out to support and have heard nothing back yet. Really hoping for some assistance.

Everyone says it's easy but it's not. At least not for me. It doesn't save my changes and I'm always having to double check if it took my edits even though the option to save later is there. Then there's moments when it would not even let me back in so I can't even send out the email I need to. If in a rush, I'm not sure I can depend on this to work.

The extension is great because it’s complete. It gives me the ability to actually email large amounts of people, design the emails myself & see who’s opened the emails to know how the outreach is going. When you have that one stop shop it’s much better. Great product.

I love being able to copy campaigns because design is so hard to get right sometimes. I don’t always have to start from scratch, I can just tweak what I have and send it to all my customers.

Greetings Simple to use but not easy to upgrade and use the same template once again.You should start from zero if you have to re-build a next campaign. I believe you should have been able to store your template once its done and re-use as much as you want. i have not been able to upgrade my plan because when you select and click on the individual product to Premium upgrade ,you cant purchase the product that you want to upgrade,you will have 2 choice only ,either you buy all products or the Entrepreneur Package which normally i will not use. Kindly solve this problem

Mailking was great until now. I've lost my icon my gmail account, which means I can't send campaigns. Is there another way to send campains without the "Campaigns" icon?

It keeps sending after the limit is reached. Also i can only send 100 emails per day. I contacted support. but no reply.

Mass emails won't send for me, I'm sure it's a technical issue but support won't respond. Save your $10 and try something else. I usually don't leave bad reviews but when you are trying to find the best way to send mass emails and you can't even get a response within 24 business hours...it ends up being a waste of time. Sorry mail king, I wanted this to work out.

Spent a lot of time creating a campaign only to find that the SAVE FOR LATER button does not work. Lost EVERYTHING! Very disappointing.

When i add my contacts i loose my designed email campaign. All it sends is a page that says loading...

Great tool. However, some of the editing features are not so goof. You can not scroll down you have to use the arrow keys. I have not used ot that much but I am starting to see the value. thanks Cloud HQ.

Loading... Loading... Loading... NOTHING HAPPENS. I tried ONE recipient (another email address I have). Tried 5 times, Mailking never sent the email, just stayed with the LOADING pop-up.

Sends emails out rapidly, no complaints

I originally thought there was a free tier and a paid tier..turns out its all free! I love this extension--the ad at the bottom isn't any different than any paid campaign manager.

This works super well, and since Gmail has a limit, I spread the campaign over a few days.
