How to install Material Design Palette extension 1.1 from crx file

1. To use an Material Design Palette extension 1.1 CRX file, first download the file to your computer.
2. Then open the Chrome browser and go to the Chrome Extensions page: chrome://extensions/
3. Drag and drop the Material Design Palette CRX file onto that page. Chrome will then install the extension.
