It s a good app to call
used to kind of work but you had to right click and selection the option "call" as all other methods wouldn't work at all. Now even that method doesn't work. It will not send any number to any phone as of 05/14/22. TRASH!

Even though Chrome offers an integrated Dial function as well, "Call From Browser" initiates the call directly when right clicking a selected text and choosing "Call!" from the context menu. Reliable and super fast. Whereas when using the Chrome integrated Dial function I first have to reach for my phone, unlock it, open the message center, tap on the "Tap to call" message, wait for the Dial App to come up with the number prefilled and finally tap one the dial button. Cumbersome. This extension is so much better and I had no issues making it work following the basic steps described on the extension's page.

Does what it shold! In my case App has to be open, and I have to be carefull that the mobile usues the same gmail account like chrome. Than it works smothly. I would love to have an shortcut to make the call it would increase my workflow a lot ;). Thanks for this solution.

It was great until I got a second phone and now does not work.
Do you have a windows app that can catch tel: links from windows native apps?
interesting to call you app "call from browser" and then it doesnt actually call from your broswer. Genius! Its a stupid app and a waste of time and has horrible instructions

When it works, it works just fine. But then call requests just stop coming through and you have to restart the app on the phone. I wish it just worked stable.

Amazingly good tool.
Does not work in Chrome Browser as of 6/20/17, tel; hook just opens new tab with no result. Can get to work by highlighting NON tel: linked numbers and selecting "Call" after right-clicking. Hope this app gets fixed, it COULD be great!
Could not get it to link phone to Chrome browser. Could not find ANY documentation beyond, "log in under the same account and it works!", which is NOT my experience. Deleting.
works well so far. I would prefer if you could highlight phone numbers and then I click insted of the contextual menu.
Stopped working after a week.
Simple and effective. A real time saver. Even copes when the leading zero of a number is bracketed. (The app has to be running on the phone to work.)
Works ok, the directions on how to use it are just incorrect. You have to highlight the phone number, right click on it, and select call from the menu.
