Worked great for a while then I kept getting an error that it wasn't working on gmail. Once it is up and running again I'll use it often.

This is a excellent & Fantastic App. It allows companies & executives to communicate and to know that their communications are received as intended.

Was unable to get it to work. Wanted access to contacts which I don't know was necessary and it appears that it is subscription based only, which has not been made clear here.

Extremely useful for sending documents that require security and receipt acknowledgement. Excellent service.

I cannot get this to work with Gmail. Emails sent using this service simply go to my Drafts folder and never get sent. Any idea how to fix this?

it is a good app but photos can not be encrypted

This is by far the simplest way to send personal information securely. The RMail for Gmail app is simple, practical, and I am not sure how I used to get by without it.

Cracking app - I can now track AND prove delivery of my key emails. No more denying they didn't get it! Also I'm using ENCRYPTION for certain messages and attachments - super simple 1 click stuff all the way through. By far the best one I've seen. Highly recommended for business or personal business.

Great app. I'm handling a warranty dispute with a company right now that claimed yesterday they aren't receiving my emails, so today they are getting it Registered!

Simply the easiest, most efficient and complete way to record proof of service by e-mail. Absolutely incredible for e-mails sent before late afternoon because, when recipient opens within 2 hours of your transmission, your complete audit trail not only shows delivery to recipient's server or mailbox, but also shows that your e-mail was OPENED -- and precisely WHEN. Makes a separate subdirectory to keep all receipts until needed. Judges love it. "No further questions!"

Living overseas I am asked to email copies of my passport to obtain various services from re-entry visas to bank accounts. Sending this information securely is very important. Rmail for Gmail makes this very easy.

I'm pleased I have access to Rmail through Gmail. I've been using Rpost/Rmail since 2009. Now I can access through my gmail account! My Rmail usage has increased dramatically in recent months as I am the Managing Partner in an investment that is under litigation. I use the registered feature all the time as proof of delivery to the defendant and their attorneys. Ultimately registered Rmail will also be used in Court. I also use registered Rmail to communicate with the TSSB Texas State Securities Board and FINRA Financial Industry Regulatory Authority regarding the lawsuit. Mike Mauer

Fantastic product with great features

If you are a lawyer then you need to add RPost to every contract's notice provision. Why require certified mail or UPS delivery when you can send a certified RPost? I require notice via RPost in all of my agreements.

I recently started using RMail for Gmail for my home business. RMail makes it easy for me to encrypt sensitive emails and attachments for my suppliers and customers. The automatic delivery proof also gives me peace of mind. Great product!

I did a search in Extensions for a service that could fill our needs of sending document encrypted for privacy and for esignature. We found Rmail to be the only one in the Extension store that does both. The emails and attachments are encrypted in a way that is one-click for us and easy for our members. We can also get our rental agreements signed easily too which helps us immensely. Great find.

It's great if you want to encrypt the body of an email. It sucks if you want to encrypt an attachment. It won't do that. Also, you get 10 free emails and then you have to subscribe.

I've used the RPost stand alone service for my business contracts for over a year now and love it. Connecting it to my email is even better. Can't recommend enough.

Finally a very useful encryption software that I can use with my GMail account. I have used this already for signing my tenancy agreement and in sending over confidential information. Its good to know that I can send electronic information in a secure manner and have the peace of mind of knowing that my emails have been delivered! Excellent solution.

Seamless integration with Gmail - couldn't be easier!

I found using RPost’s encryption feature for Gmail very easy to install, easy to use and equally important, was easy for my recipients to open the message and the attachments. The registered receipt (confirmation of email send and receipt) provides piece of mind for any message sent using RPost.

I like the fact that I can send encrypted email using my Gmail account, and the eSign feature allows me to get more business done using Gmail. Easy to install and use!

Great suite of services for any business user! The RPost app for Gmail allows me to track and prove delivery on all my consequential business emails. The encryption service is extremely easy to send & receive. RPost also provides very intuitive electronic contracting tools in the new RMail app for Gmail. Great app!

Who knew what when? Sending standard email is like sending a postcard written in pencil. Message content can be easily snooped or changed with a few mouse clicks without detection. Most of the time it is delivered; but sometimes it is not. Delivery is uncertain and in many cases, untraceable for end users.
